Villa Arena located in the exclusive and private area of Pedregal and with incredible view of the Ocean from almost the entire property. Very spacious ,it has a private pool, heated jacuzzi, equipped kitchen, fire pit in the garden, board games, rooftop overlooking the arch, gym and firepit. Golf cart to get to the tennis court area or the private beach that you will also arrive in 6 min walking.
We will love to welcome you for your next vacation just minutes from La Marina.

We loved the house. It was perfect for my wife’s 40th birthday, with 13 people total. Breakfast was amazing and concierge was on top of everything. I want to go back! Easy walk to the beach or just take the golf cart. Clean property built in 2023. It’s awesome. Book it now!

The dreamiest vacation of all time!

Spent the long weekend with my best friends for my bachelorette and could not recommend this home more! It was everything we could have dreamed of - the space, pool, amenities. Paola welcomed us with open arms from the second we booked till the second we left. She set us up with a wonderful chef service and made sure our home was clean each day with the help of Erica. I will DEFINITELY be back in the futur :)

Amazing House, beach and whales!!

Stayed for three nights with a group of 11 and had the most amazing time! Paola, our house concierge, was absolutely top notch! She was very detail oriented and set us up with an amazing tequila tasting at the property! The Beach…. A 3-5 minute walk from the property and amazing! Sunrise and sunsets were incredible. It was also a refuge from the craziness of Cabo and so calm and relaxing. We arrived in mid February and saw over 50 whales while sitting on the sand. Everyone from the group said they will happily stay at the same home again and definitely in the Pedregal neighborhood. Thank you so much to Paola and the entire team for giving us such a wonderful stay.

This keeps the praise strong while making the concern about the view clear and credible:This house is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a larger group. It's well decorated, thoughtfully laid out, and has every amenity you could ask for. The golf cart was the icing on the cake, allowing us to easily get around Pedregal, visit friends, go to the beach, and explore the area.The best part of the experience, however, was the staff. Erica prepared an amazing breakfast for us every morning, and Juan was the best butler, bartender, and host we could have asked for. They truly made our trip exceptional, and we couldn't have been happier with the level of service they provided.The only negative worth mentioning is the ocean view. Prior to booking, I specifically asked the host whether there were unobstructed ocean views from the main living, dining, and pool areas where we could enjoy our morning coffee, meals, and evening cocktails. I was assured by the booking representative, Barbara, that there were. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Other than the terrace off one of the bedrooms, the ocean view is quite limited and only visible from a narrow angle. When seated in the dining or pool area, the view is even more restricted.We stay in Pedregal every year, and this is the first property we've rented with little to no usable ocean view from the main gathering spaces. Had we been given an accurate description, we could have made a more informed decision. I don't fault the p
