Construido en 1998, esta fabulosa casa de estilo Santa Fe ha sido completamente actualizada. Los 2,100 pies cuadrados incluyen 4 habitaciones espaciosas, armarios grandes, colchones y ropa de cama nuevos y mucha luz.

Hay 2. 5 baños y 2 chimeneas. La cocina abierta se completa con granito, nuevos gabinetes de pino y vigas de madera encantadoras con saltillo y pisos de madera.

El área de comedor tiene 2 puertas correderas que se abren a un patio privado con fogatas de adobe y 2 terrazas de observación que dan a la ciudad, el Manitou Incline y Pikes Peak.

El principal cuenta con una terraza, chimenea, vestidor grande y un nuevo baño privado con ducha doble y bañera grande en la esquina.

La sala de nivel inferior tiene un área de bonificación excelente para la diversión X-Box y medio baño.

Hay un garaje para 2 autos y espacio para estacionar autos en la entrada, lo cual es raro en Manitou.

The location was great, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The host communicated well with me prior to our stay and ecen though we didn't need anything while there, I know they would have helped with anything if we needed it! Perfect spot in Manitou

The house was exactly as described. It was very clean, well stocked, and furnished. We didn’t have to worry about anything. The location is great just like all the reviews said. You can take the bus into town or walk and not have to worry about parking. Everything is convenient and there is a grocery store a few miles away. We would almost never have needed our car except for visiting garden of the Gods and grocery shopping. We would definitely stay here again. The views are also amazing! The only thing I can say is that if you have any issues with stairs this may be an issue with the three different levels. It was not an issue for us however. An amazing gem!

Location was perfect

We gathered here for a family vacation. Great to have different levels, close to downtown, and communication with host was excellent. There are a number of stairs at this property, so it is not meant for those with mobility issues. As mentioned in other posts, the driveway is very steep, but great to have a two car garage.

Absolutely loved it. Stayed with our whole family and had plenty of space and comfort. We were able to walk one block and catch the bus into town or even all the way to the cog train, or we could easily walk the half mile or so to the main part of downtown. We loved the porches and decks, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The house was beautifully decorated, and we had everything we needed and more. We even had a visit from a deer (pronghorn??) on the back deck one afternoon! We will definitely use this home when we are back in the area.

Beautiful views and very comfy base camp for a very active vacation

The house was great and had all we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. We had probably one of the best equipped kitchens I’ve had in a VRBO and the views from the house were just breathtaking with pikes peak and the manitou incline just outside. We were able to walk to the downtown and to the shuttle for the incline. Very clean and quiet too! Hosts were great as well

Family vacation

Our family had a great experience here. Beautiful, spacious and clean home. Close to everything in Manitou Springs, we walked or rode the nearby free shuttle everywhere. The home had everything we needed and owners were very responsive.

Wonderful stay!

My sister and I along with our young adult kids had a great time staying in Manitou Springs! The house had plenty of room for us all and was so comfortable! It was a great location as we could walk into town for shopping and eating and were so close to Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs. It was a great place for us all to stay!

Great place, great location

The property is within walking distance of the old part of downtown Manitou. Right across from a park, and just a few minutes from Garden of the Gods. The bus shuttle to the Pike's Peak Cog railway was also just across the street. The property was outstanding, and as far as being stocked for a place to vacation (band-aides, condiments, TV networks (via Roku)), it was the best I've ever experienced. On the down side, neither my Lexus nor my son's Civic could clear the "bend" in the driveway. The drive comes out a few feet with just a little slope and then bends sharply to create maybe as much as a 45 degree angle. Both cars scraped their bottoms where the driveway changed angles. We ended up parking on the steep part of the drive. The emergency brakes held, but some of us needed help to keep the car door open while we entered and exited the car. The road leading up to the house was also quite steep, but all of us were able to make it up the hill...and then stop to catch our breath. Overall though, this is an excellent place to stay.

Beautiful home. Very friendly and helpful host

We had a group of people from different parts of Colorado meeting in Manitou to climb the Incline. This property was perfect; walking distance to town and half a block from the main parking for the incline. The host also worked with us on our needs. This was my first short term rental and it was a very positive experience.

Went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable!

My Dad and his wife had never stayed in a vrbo before and commented frequently about how nice it was for us all to be together. We realized on our way to our stay that we had miscalculated the number if beds available since two of our family members (adult cousins) were not a couple interested in sharing a bed. I reached out to owners and they arranged for a queen size air mattress and bedding to be set up and ready to go by our arrival. All of our group of eight were really happy with the location and the place. Favorite areas were the deck with views of Pikes Peak, the large beautiful shower in master bath, the quick access to downtown Manitou Springs, as well as the shuttle. Furnished comfortably and seemed to have everything we needed for cooking when we used the gas grill on the deck for preparing and then eating dinner. Very comfortable and relaxing. 👍💕🙏

Perfect Manitou Springs Location

We stayed in July 2024 with our family. The property is in a great location within walking distance to both the Manitou Springs shuttle to the Cog Railway/Incline and the historic district. In addition, it is a short car drive to Garden of Gods, Red Rocks Canyon open space and other attractions in Colorado Springs. In terms of the property, it is very well maintained and very spacious. As others have mentioned the driveway is very steep, but the garage is flat to park in. The house does require using stairs to access all levels even from the garage, so something to keep in mind if you do not like climbing stairs. This is offset by having living spaces on multiple levels and providing great views from the upper levels. The owners are very responsive and have thought of everything in terms of how the house is setup. Overall, it was a great experience. I would recommend anyone who would like a very nice place to stay near all the attractions in Manitou Springs/Pikes Peak/Colorado Springs to stay here.

Jeff and I live in Manitou and have twin, teen girls. We love the area as it's great for hiking, biking, and enjoying the bohemian, lots of live music, and, an artsy-style downtown area. We have lived in Colorado for over 20 years, but are so fortunate to call Manitou our home.

This home has such inviting Sante Fe style character that we love, and it's in excellent condition. The best thing about it is the privacy, views and the location which is a block from downtown that's easy to access.
