Esta casa moderna único es perfecto para unas vacaciones relajantes. Se alza sobre el centro de Manitou Springs con vistas parciales del pico de los lucios y un corto paseo hasta el corazón del centro de Manitou Springs.

La casa cuenta con un hermoso patio al aire libre con una cascada de agua, una adición completado en 2007 por Elizabeth Wright-Ingrahm, nieta de Frank Lloyd Wright, con un concepto de ventana de la imagen, una ventana de cristal de tres pisos con un concepto de diseño solar pasivo. Esta maravilla arquitectónica es una joya en el corazón de la hermosa Manitou Springs.

The view and location were great. The host was very communicative with any questions I asked. The only thing that wasn’t a 10/10 was the tiny showers in the upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. It’s definitely not something that would keep us from renting this place again.

We loved our stay! It was a gorgeous view of Manitou Springs and the mountains. While it felt like a little oasis, we appreciated the easy walk to downtown Manitou Springs. There was plenty of space for our group, and we each had our own personal space. Communication with the host was excellent and helpful. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area!

A spectacular view and architecture! plenty of space to spread out. Surrounded by nature yet only blocks away from the center of town. We absolutely loved this place.

I cannot begin to describe how breathtaking the mountain view from this property is and how wonderful the house itself is. A short walk down to a Hallmark movie like town. Just book it and get it over with.

Really stunning property. The upper and lower bedroom/bathroom layout is interesting, as there are very few doors. Worked out fine for girls getaway, but only because we all woke up at the same time. But the views are breathtaking and the proximity to town is very convenient (albeit a steep walk home.) Really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing views!

This house is so unique - we loved it! The windows, the landscape, the wildlife - just beautiful. The beds were comfortable. The location was perfect for us, we hiked at Garden of the Gods, and Red Rock Open Space. We loved the downtown area right by the house for dinners and ice cream. Overall just a great experience for my family. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience! This was the cleanest home we have ever stayed in on VRBO. It was spacious, well equipped and comfortable for 4 adults and 2 teens. The views are absolutely stunning and it was very relaxing the sit on the patio at night and see the town below. The host was wonderful and communicated extremely well. The property is definitely walkable to downtown but be prepared for some steeper slopes on your way back up to the house. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful view!! Overlooking Manitou Springs, the Manitou Incline, and Pikes Peak. Close to town but all downhill then uphill without sidewalks all the way. Non-traditional house…really small bathrooms, no central place to relax and watch a movie or a game. We didn’t use the kitchen, so can’t speak to that. Primary bedroom was spacious with sofa, panoramic windows of the mountain range…but bed was a queen Murphy bed. For our purposes, it all worked!

Beautiful escape to the mountains

This property was amazing. Gorgeous views outside every window. Excellent location near shops and dining in Manitou Springs. Friendly community. Very close to Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. Perfect location for two parents and two teens. One of our best VRBO experiences.

When outside on the deck, you can actually hear the roar from the various Manitou Springs events such as the Pikes Peak Marathon and the New Years Eve Pikes Peak fireworks.
