Este condominio ofrece lo último en relajación frente a la playa. Puede experimentar el amanecer a solo unos pasos de la playa o desde su terraza de nivel superior, muy privada. Si estás en el master, puedes ver el día comenzar sobre el océano desde la comodidad de tu cama king size. Con mucho espacio en el estudio y una cocina completamente equipada, encontrarás todo lo que necesitas para experimentar la vida frente a la playa y el océano. La habitación de atrás tiene una individual sobre doble con un nido doble. Si está buscando más que la playa, milepost 7 está en el corazón de OBX con restaurantes, supermercados, putt putt, etc. todo a poca distancia. Beautiful Views, Great Property

We enjoyed the awesome ocean view from the top floor. The property was clean and had a fun beach theme.

Really great location and balcony views! Condo was clean and nicely done. The four flights of stairs did get tiring at times but we would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful beach and comfortable accommodations

Our stay went very smoothly. The kitchen was well equipped and we had no problems cooking all of our meals with what was there. The decor was very nice. Modern beachy. Beds were comfortable. The 2nd bedroom ran really warm so we used a fan in the hall to push cool air in. The steps were a lot durning this recent heat wave. Beautiful views of the ocean.

It was great - seems like issues with VRBO messaging - but they were responsive by phone and text. Would benefit from an explicit checklist for check out... Strip the beds / run the dishwasher / take out the trash...etcClose to groceries and various bars and restaurants. Beach was moderately quiet and not too busy.Overall very pleased

Good Location/Great Views

Great views from the 3rd floor of the beach from the balcony. Walking distance to Goomby’s for supper. Yes there are stairs and no elevator but there is a luggage lift for your stuff. The view is worth the steps. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

Great time!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. FYI dirty dishes were put back in the cabinets and the back door doesnt lock. The guest bathroom "rings" when the light / fan is on for several minutes.

Cozy

The place was quiet, comfy, and cozy. The balcony was perfect for your morning coffee while watching the surf and on a few occasions dolphins swim by. It is also a great place for a relaxing evening meal. The host was great and responded relatively quickly to any questions I had. we can't wait to go back!

Great, well equipped condo.

Loved the condo. Wonderful view of the ocean. The owner paid great attention to detail and meeting the needs of the traveler. Didn't like the steps to the third floor.

Exactly as posted! Great oceanfront! All the things you need and more! Views are wonderful! If you can't handle going up and down stairs, (49 total) that would be the only draw back! We had a great time! Nice place!

Perfect condo

This condo was clean and everything we wanted and expected. The nice deck overlooking the ocean was our favorite part of the condo, eating breakfast, lunch and dinner out there. The bed is comfortable and nice kitchen to cook in.The screen door needs repair. But other than that it was perfect.

great view

the best thing about this trip was the view. I struggled to get the key box open tried calling every number on the site and got no response. Finally a neighbor helped me and he had to get a tool from his truck. The place was not clean and the mildew was bad. The view is amazing and luckily the weather was good so we spent our time outside.

We Enjoyed Our Stay

What a beautiful location! We enjoyed watching the sunrises from the balcony of the condo. Even though the weather was chilly, the views of the ocean were wonderful. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and beds were made when we arrived. There is some surface mold on the bathroom ceiling that needs to be remediated, but otherwise the bathrooms were clean. We would definitely choose to stay in this condo again.

Relaxing stay

Loved this property. Well equipped, clean, great views. The living areas felt dark, although the furniture was very comfortable. Two items that need some attention: the hall bathroom sink faucets were a little leaky. The lamp in the back bedroom didn't always stay on. There may be a short somewhere. The view made it all worthwhile!

Awesome location.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was awesome. The condo was fully stocked. There was nothing we needed everything was provided except maybe some kitchen towels. I would highly recommend this condo and hope to go back soon. My only complaint would be that the owner was not easy to get hold of. I emailed them a couple of time to ask a question and never got a response. But everything went smoothly anyway. It is a very nice property.

The unit was exactly what we needed & excepted! We were able to work & stay there while enjoying the great view! Only things that we didn’t enjoy were the 3 flights of steps that we had to walk up mainly because of recent knee surgery but we definitely enjoyed the luggage elevator to help carry everything up & down. Also the master bathroom shower was very small like a cruise ship shower😁 also a curtain in the master bedroom would have been nice to keep the sunlight out in the morning.

Tub and shower werent cleaned at all, no toilet paper as advertised, screen door broken, stains on sheets and pillow cases, manual can openers rusted and didnt work, electeic can opener rusted and didnt work, not enough cookware. Disappointed. Paid too much for these results. Stayed at a place a couple doors up last year for the same amount of money and more room and had no issues. Wont stay with this property again. Too much money for what i got. Sorry.

Too much deferred maintenance: Two lamps without any bulb, screen door off track, adjuster missing from levellor in living room, burned out bulb in refrigerator, dead battery in wall clock, torn window screen in bedroom, peeling surface on deck, bracket missing in master-bath, peeling/missing paint in master bath shower.

Just a few details not right

Don't mean to be picky......but just a few things......stale ice in ice maker, no soap in second bathroom and only a half roll of TP in each bathroom. Master bedroom TV had no sound.......emailed to ask about it and was told that the cable company had been out twice......didn't solve our problem. Nice property.....very clean, like I say....just a few details not attended to....
