Beautiful views!

This is a beautiful and spacious condo with amazing views! It was very clean! Coffee maker did not work the first morning but a new one was brought to us within 40 minutes. The sliding glass door is very difficult to open and close so we had to call maintenance. They came and put WD-40 on the door to make it a little easier to open and close. it was a very close walk to get from the condo to the beach. The community was beautiful and we will definitely be coming back again!

End of school year getaway

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was wonderful and similar to others we have rented here in the past. It was very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The view was perfect from the balcony. Unfortunately, the service in the pool area left lots to be desired, though. If staying here, I would suggest that you confirm ahead of time if the pool and clubhouse is available at all if this is something that you expect to use. The pool closed at 7:30 pm each day we were there despite it being Memorial Day weekend. The check in instructions indicated no coolers or outside food in or around the pool area because of the club restaurant/bar but it was not open at all. The one and only day that it appeared to be open, we went in to order and the employees not only said they were closed but asked us how we got in (door was unlocked). They proceeded to serve a large party outside for at least another hour after telling us they were closed. The renters here definitely do not get a warm welcome from the employees or the owners on site.

Laid Back & Relaxing

This condo and property were great. The view was perfect, the rooms were spacious, the building was quiet, and the beds and living room furniture were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat. Just a few things to note/that I wish we knew beforehand: When we arrived, the dishwasher was not working, and it was clear that it had not been working for a bit. I'm not sure why this had not been flagged, but we we contacted the property management, a maintenance team was out there immediately, ordered the needed part, and the dishwasher was fixed by the 4th day of our trip. Not ideal, but I really appreciate the communication and responsiveness of the management. The 2nd bathroom is in the kitchen and is not super close or privately located to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Make sure you are comfortable with your travel party knowing your bathroom business if you are staying in the 2nd or 3rd bedroom. The pool staff was rude to us when we had a cooler. We were unaware that coolers were not allowed at the pool, and would have happily complied with said rule, but we were yelled at upon entry, so we left. Luckily, the ocean was so convenient to the condo and was not crowded at all, so we just stayed at the ocean all week instead of going to the pools. All in all a fantastic stay. We can't wait to come back!

Everything Was Perfect

Reviewer Comments: My last emails from the rental agent with check-in info ended up in my spam unbeknownst to me: only as we were driving (after a long day of travel) to the rental with only about an hour to spare did I realiz I didn't have what I needed to check in. Donna from the agency went the extra mile to get me set up on the fly - I believe she ended up staying late just to help us out. After that,everyone one we came in contact with at Cinnamon Beach was pleasant and friendly and our rental was lovely. We plan to stay again.

We appreciated the towels, beach chairs and ample supply of pots, pans, plates, and utensils. Just a word of caution about the glass-top coffee table. Nearly everyone hit their shins on the corners of the table. We ended up moving it out of the way.

Family vacation

Nice secure quiet neighborhood. Condo was nice, no issues at all. Coquina rocks in the ocean were the only negative and wish you could get access to the Hammock Beach resort golf courses

Excellent location!

This condo was in excellent shape. We absolutely loved it. The ocean front views from the extra wide patio are just perfect. The location was perfect too. Just down the street from the pool area or a short walk to the beach. Quiet and peaceful area. We will definitely be back.

Nice and quiet

Pros... Very clean, extremely well stocked , excellent patio and furniture, excellent t views of the ocean. Cons. Not a lot of natural light Ocean has a lot of huge rocks making it difficult to swim but pool and splash area are great

Excellent property. Beautiful view. Well stocked and well thought out. Patio furniture is set up very smart. Potentials enhancements replace dishwasher, replace clothes washer, upgrade to sleep sofa couch.
