Nice place in thecwoods

House was spacious, well equipped, comfortable rooms and beds, quiet location. Deck furniture a bit worn. Easy to get to things and has a big yard for activities. We really just need a place to sleep and it was perfect for that.

Long weekend

Lovely home, a group of 6 of us stayed for a local wedding. Great location and well-equipped home. Would highly recommend!

Good place!

Comfortable and attractive, very clean, beautiful setting, very nice, friendly host. The exceptionally pretty area has great restaurants, boating opportunities, and hiking trails, and the host has provided lots of info about things to do. Cafe Routier was my personal favorite restaurant.

Very nice house in great location. Good supplies and equipment. Only issue it need a thorough cleaning. there was thick dust all over the coffee stuff. Had not been cleaned for months

Beautiful home- great communication from owner — beds were super comfortable- plenty of room, extra blankets, pillows Has a keirug and coffee maker- great porch yo hang out on and beautiful kitchen. 10-15 minute drive to beach! Great spot

Holiday rental

Stayed here while visiting family for the holidays. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a very comfortable home with plenty of room and set back off the road so it’s extremely quiet. There are all kinds of games and puzzles which was a nice way to wind down after a long day. We had great communication throughout our stay with the owner and have already talked to him about staying there again.

Loved this place

We really enjoyed our stay here. We were surprised and delighted to be greeted by a Christmas tree and festive holiday lights. We wavered between renting this place and another one in Old Lyme, and were really happy we chose this one. It was great for kids, comfortable, and had a well-supplied kitchen. Lots of board games and puzzles available. Adam was a super responsive host, and had also left very clear instructions for everything. We really loved the area and may return again. It felt like home!

Quick trip, easy and clean stay!

We stayed for just 1 night but it was excellent. Stunning neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Everything you could need is available and well stocked. Check in and check out was the easiest we've ever had in any rental. Owner is courteous and left great instructions. We are a clean group and respect peoples property but the fact that we didnt have to turn down beds and gather all laundry etc was great. Because that is what the cleaning crews are for. The house is set up to have a great time in the summer. Great outdoor space, surround sound, porch and games. Overall great stay and hope if we need to come back to the area, its still available.

Beautiful Property!

We were so pleased with our overnight stay! Property is lovely and peaceful. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and amenities inside the home. Roomy and spacious! Loved the surround sound speakers and lighting control b in the home too! The master bathroom toilet for sure is the best! I want one! Thank you Adam! ☺️

Beautiful Old Lyme with a great home

The house was wonderful, plenty of room for a family weekend. All the amenities were there, it was convenient not to bring linens. The kitchen was amazing with a huge island for enjoying meals. The only complaint I have is the refrigerator had lots of condiments in it including an expired container of sour cream. Bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We may be back next year.
