The master bedroom would never get cool, despite turning the AC down to 60. We had to sleep in other rooms to stay cool.

Since it was off season the owners kindly left some beach chairs in the condo for us to use. The views were spectacular from the living area and master bedroom and the sunsets amazing. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at Aqua Resort and I really wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

It's bright and clean with wonderful panoramic views of PCB and the gulf. As always the office staff is exceptional in their courtesy, care and response to any questions or concerns. We highly recommend the Aqua 2211 for any group from 2-8. You'll find everything you need in the kitchen and you'll love the walk-in shower in the master.

Every unit we've stayed in over the last 12 years has been beautifully appointed, well maintained, and exactly as described. With every unit facing the gorgeous beaches, you cannot go wrong! This most recent stay was quite possibly the best yet. The west facing panoramic balcony was great for relaxing breakfasts, afternoon reading, and breathtaking sunsets! Friday night we even had a front row view for the firework show off the pier. Aqua provides excellent walkability to a multitude of Restaurants and shops, impeccable customer service, and a perfect place to take some R&R.

Paradise in Panama City Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my 3rd renting this property, and Iv'e already booked a week for 2024. I love this condo. It's always clean and fresh on arrival. The view is spectacular and it's close to all the shopping you mat want to do. We always dine at Captain Anderson Seafood Restaurant when we visit. I also try to do at least 2 half day charter fishing trips with Capt. Anderson's marina. We look to returning every year for a weeks stay. My only concern is I wish the owner would provide more bath towels for each quest. Other than that, It is an excellent vacation choice.

I left a pair of diamond earrings on tv base called back when I was at airport they claimed when they went in to check earrings wasn’t there! Which is a lie!!! I laid them down there and got sidetracked and forgot them! Would I recommend the Aqua NEVER!

Worst experience in 7 years

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been vacationing at Aqua for seven years and this was such a bad experience we won’t be back. The construction noise from next door was literally deafening much of the time. Even inside with doors closed it was a constant roaring so that taking a nap or enjoying the scenery was impossible. The condo had very uncomfortable living room furniture. One chair that is in the pictures was missing so there was not room for more than 2 adults to sit without squeezing in on a couch. The ocean view bedroom has the bed arranged in such a way that you can’t even see the ocean from the bed. Not well thought out at all.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an amazing experience and would stay at this location again. The only negative was with the unit itself and that was the pull out bed on the couch was broken which caused us some issues with sleeping accommodations. The property/building was very clean, well kept, and centrally located. We could walk to many local attractions such as Gulf World, Pier Park (which as many restaurants), and it was only about a mile from Walmart which made grocery shopping easy and convenient. I would stay at this property again in the future.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THERE WAS A NEW BUILDING BEING BUILT NEXT DOOR. AQUA SHOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT WE WOULD BE DIRECTLY ABOVE THE CONSTRUCTION. THE CONSTRUCTION CREW STARTED EVERYDAY AROUND 6:30AM. THE NOISE WAS UNBELIVABLE! WE HAD NO PRIVACY ON THE BALCONY BECAUSE THERE WERE ALWAYS 20 TO 25 PEOPLE ON THE BUILDING NEXT DOOR. OUR VACATION WAS A DISASTER AND WHEN I COMPLAINED TO AQUA I WAS TOLD NO ONE ELSE HAS COMPLAINED. WE HAVE STAYED HERE A FEW TIMES BUT WE WILL NEVER COME BACK. AQUA IS ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY! THERE ARE MANY OTHER NICE PLACES TO STAY ON THIS BEACH AND I WOULD CHOOSE ANY ONE BUT AQUA! SIDE BAR SOME OF AQUA'S ELEVATORS WERE OUT BUT THEY DID NOT TELL US THAT UNTIL A FEW DAYS BEFORE WE WERE TO ARRIVE. SOMETIMES YOU HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN 10 MINUTES FOR AN ELEVATOR. AQUA SAID YOU CAN USE THE STARIS, WE WERE ON THE 22ND FLOOR. AQUA ONLY CARES ABOUT $$$$

Family Vacay

Our unit at Aqua is a GREAT, spacious and comfortable unit. The decor is just like pictures show. Do know - there is a huge concrete wall the prevents you from seeing to the left of the beach when out on the main balcony. It was a bit disappointing at first, but the large balcony and then the second balcony over the main road, made up for it. We were told a week prior to checkin the elevators were having issues (2 of 4 worked) but that did not impact our stay. Everything really was great!!
