¡LAS VISTAS NO SON MEJORES QUE ESTO! Verdadero frente al mar con una vista panorámica del Océano Pacífico, la isla de Lana'i, las montañas del oeste de Maui y el puerto de Maalea. Espectaculares puestas de sol y palmeras. Gran observación de ballenas (diciembre a abril).

CONDOMINIO PREMIUM Nuestra casa está bellamente decorada con buen gusto y cuenta con excelentes comodidades que incluyen Internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad gratis. El condominio está completamente alicatado. Nuestra sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble, un sillón y una silla. Gran HDTV LCD (cable), con DVD, estéreo. La pared de la sala de estar frente al mar es de vidrio con control deslizante de doble apertura. Dormitorio principal con cama King, HDTV LCD montado en la pared y prácticos enchufes para recargar sus teléfonos y otros dispositivos electrónicos.

COCINA mostradores de losa de granito con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que pueda necesitar.

Jardines bien cuidados, piscina grande, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de ejercicios pequeña con sauna seca, putting green. Hay gimnasios mejor equipados cerca, contáctenos si necesita información adicional.

Si bien nuestra playa no es la mejor para nadar, es una playa despoblada para disfrutar de caminatas. Está protegido por un arrecife frente a la costa que solo genera olas pequeñas. Se profundiza muy, muy lentamente. Ambas son cualidades excelentes para niños pequeños. Las suaves aguas de la mañana son perfectas para practicar paddle surf de pie (disponible para alquilar junto a la piscina). Hay gran windsurf y kitesurf para participar u observar. Nuestra vista panorámica de lanai es increíble y no encontrarás mejores vistas de Maui.

Si conoce la puesta de sol de Maui, querrá conocer nuestra ubicación: nuestro condominio está en el edificio B, número 421. El primer número (4) indica el piso, y el resto (21) denota la unidad 21. Cada piso tiene 23 unidades, siendo el número 1 el más alejado del océano y el número 23 el más cercano al océano. No hay un mejor condominio para alquilar en el Maui Sunset en términos de mobiliario y nuestra opinión.

El clima cálido y soleado de Kihei es el mejor en Maui. Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada a poca distancia en automóvil del aeropuerto, Lahaina y Wailea. Camine hasta la tienda de comestibles cercana, tiendas de regalos, mercado de artesanías, farmacia, oficina de correos, restaurantes, comida rápida y tiendas de regalos. Excelentes campos de golf están cerca. El mostrador de actividades en la propiedad puede ayudarlo a coordinar viajes y actividades especiales.

Amazing property in a beautiful location. The condo is updated, comfortable, and has everything you could need. Maui sunset is our favorite place to stay in Kīhei. The pool, beach, and everything else on site is a dream. Definitely recommend this unit and property!

Our family stayed for a week in the condo, we would have stayed longer if it wasn’t for the pool undergoing routine maintenance, and with children a pool is needed. The location of the condo in the complex was perfect. The views are amazing, morning coffee on the lanai everyday. The condo was clean, bright and welcoming. The hosts were quick to respond to questions. We loved how organized and well stocked the condo was. The location in central Kihei is perfect for checking out beaches, going out for meals, groceries are close, and sightseeing options are a short drive away. We have stayed at Maui Sunset before, and although the exterior of the building could use an upgrade, the grounds are immaculately kept clean, the pool area is clean, the bbq's are spotless. We will be back to Maui again, and we will stay here again as well. Thank you for an amazing family vacation.

Really enjoyed our 4 days here. Plenty of room for 4 adults to hang out. Having a washer and dryer were nice additions. Location is perfect with the beach just steps away. Pool and hot tub appear to have been recently remodeled and are very nice. Overall a great stay.

As promised by host, Everything we needed was provided in the condo. The grounds were perfectly manicured. Pool and hot tub extremely clean. Location was central with grocery and shopping nearby and whatever activity you might need. The beach was a little rocky as you enter the surf but very lovely nonetheless. Million Dollar View is accurate.

The owners put in a lot of effort and work into this unit. The view from the huge, balcony was spectacular. The attention to detail was unlike any place we have stayed in Maui. White fluffy towels, comfy bed, phenomenal shower pressure, beautiful art displayed everywhere and it is all very new and very clean and very well kept. The full washer and dryer, high end dishwasher, huge fridge, cooktop and oven were so handy. If you love to cook the kitchen had EVERYTHING you needed. It felt like home for us. There are elevators and carts to help you push your things from the car to the unit. The 3 AC units are a little loud so we just put them on for a little bit before we got ready for bed and then shut it off. There are good ceiling fans and beautiful trade winds that help during the day. The pool area and grounds are stunning and well kept. Lastly, the owners give you peace of mind. They care about you and the unit they have renovated and it shows. We just packed a few clothes and went to Costco, Walmart and Target for groceries and ate out a few times. Will definitely return to this unit.

Perfect location that is close to everything. Condo had everything needed in kitchen. Loved all the outdoor stuff for day adventures. Sunsets were amazing. Pool was clean and lots of chairs. Updates in unit along with quality sheets and linens made our stay the best we have had on Maui. Decorations were well done.

Beautifully decorated condo! So modern and all amenities needed. Grounds are beautiful, nice pool and hot tub. Activities on property, watched turtles in the surf in front of park. If you play pickleball, there is a court just down from the tennis courts that many people gather every morning at 8am to play. We really enjoyed that!Highly recommend this unit and location. We hope to visit again.

Amazing Vacation Rental

This property was awesome. Great ocean front views. Everything we needed was located in the unit. Clean, updated with all the amenities you could need. Owner communicates everything very well so no questions about anything’s. We had an amazing week and will definitely be back.

Maui Summer 2025

The condo was perfect for my family and I! There was the perfect amount of room for five. We had a great place to hang out when not going around the island. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare quick meals or snacks. The view from the balcony is the highlight!! Perfect sunset views without leaving your room!! The beach is a quick walk away. My kids loved walking out to the sand just to run in the waves.

Excellent home away from home

The house provided everything we needed for a relaxing week on the beach. Really enjoyed the on site pool and tennis courts. Beautiful views of the ocean, the sunset, and the beautiful lawn where many gather to enjoy a wonderful evening with family or friends. Within about a mile of fast food, a supermarket, souvenirs, a luau, and lots of local eateries like Maui Burgers where you’ve got to try an Aloha burger or one of the many other choices. Rates 5 stars on everything because I really don’t have one complaint.

Great Family Vacation

The place was great, wanted to share a special moment with my parents in Maui and make some cool memories and this place made that happen. Check in process was super easy and check in info was really detailed which I appreciate. Place was very clean and organized very well and the grounds by the water were beautiful. P.S those winds are no joke, my mom and I got blasted off the beach one afternoon :D (again great memories) Thanks again for letting us use your place.

Perfect

This condo is on the 4th floor with a great western view of the sunset from the lanai. The kitchen is as well-stocked as any I've seen. It even has a candy thermometer, I haven't seen one of those in years. The location is very convenient, about 25 mins. to the airport and the beginning of the road to Hana, and about the same to Turtletown. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great spot for a family vacation

Lovely updated condo that suited our family of 4 very well. The building was a bit dated, but the unit itself was tastefully updated. It had everything we needed--boogie boards, snorkeling gear, towels, chairs, yoga mat, tennis gear. The owners were very easy to deal with. Paul managed to get us an early check-in which was greatly appreciated. The location was good for taking day trips. The atmosphere was family friendly and casual which we enjoyed. Highly recommend for a family vacation.

Great stay for Christmas!

The six of us had a great stay and would definitely come back. The views and kitchen are gorgeous. Two people slept on the Murphy bed and found it comfortable. The condo has everything you could need!

Absolutely awesome condo with everything you need and more! Amazing location!

I stayed here for a week with my family of four and two extended family members. We loved everything about it. The view is gorgeous and the condo association has tons of amenities. You can swim on the beach there (bring water shoes) and walk on the beach a decent distance but honestly the view in the shade of the lanai kept us out there most of the time. The condo itself is very nice and spacious. The kitchen is awesome. The beds were comfy. The a/c provides great white noise for sleeping but you don't need it during the day because the breeze is enough. The only stuff you need to buy to make meals are perishables and your main ingredients because they have spices, sauces, etc. There is snorkel gear including fins, beach chairs, beach towels, sunscreen, beach bags, and a beach umbrella. The washer and dryer work great and quietly. The owner was very helpful and responsive before and during the stay. Quick walk or drive to lots of great places to eat, and not far from other things like Haleakala. It's a very pricey stay but if you can split with people not as bad. And it's worth it. We really loved it and would happily stay again in the future.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous location

We loved this apartment- it was comfortable and roomy with a fabulous view of the grounds and the beach. It was well-equipped with everything we needed - if there was one extra thing we could have wished for it would have been a kettle or electric jug. The apartment was nice and cool - with the fans and breeze through the lanai we didn’t need to use the air conditioning. Hosts Paul and Joan were great - we had to reach out to them with a maintenance issue and they resolved it super quick. We highly recommend this property.

The property was in a great location with the beach right in front. We enjoyed every sunset and everything we needed was included. We only wished we had a little more time to enjoy the pool more, but we had penty of water activities while in Maui. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Paul and Joan currently reside in Texas and Minnesota. Prior to that they lived in West Virginia and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Paul was lucky to have spent two years on Oahu as a child. A medical meeting on Maui rekindled the passion for Hawaii. They love to visit the different beaches, snorkeling, kitesurfing (Paul), pickleball right outside, and relaxing on the lanai - especially the mornings and sunsets.

After exploring all the condos in Kihei we chose the Maui Sunset for it's ambience, impeccable grounds and pool. Everyone was so friendly. When we first walked into the condo we ultimately purchased we were left breathless by the view, and knew it was the right one. Our beach is never crowded and perfect for daily walks. The central location of our condo makes it easy for us to explore the rest of Maui.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We keep our condo equipped the way we like to enjoy it. We've taken care in our 2021 renovations with modern features. Wall oven, island cooktop, large refrigerator, and updated full sized washer and dryer. Island pendants and canned lights provide generous lighting. Our guests appreciate these touches and all the amenities we leave for them to enjoy. Joan loves to cook, and we always have dinner parties with friends when we visit. Most days we take small half-day trips to enjoy all that Maui has to offer. By late afternoon we love to soak in the pool and hot tub, read, and talk with our friends (old and new). We cook most of meals in the condo or outside on the BBQs. Morning coffee out on the lanai while watching the West Maui mountains light up with the rising sun never gets old with us.
