A Beautiful Stay on the Lake

My family and I had a great time staying here. There was great access to the lake and kayaks, plenty for the kids to do and some nice local places within walking distance. Would definitely recommend it!

We LOVED our stay. The house was absolutely beautiful—the pics are accurate (and perhaps even undersell the house). Such a cozy, well-decorated, yet spacious house! Four adults and a toddler were very happy here. And Judith is a very kind and generous host!!

Perfect house for a stay near Lake Sebago. We didn't have a boat, but spent time on the dock on morning just watching the world go by. The house was spacious, the kitchen had everything that we needed and the location was awesome. Judith even left a basket of goodies for us to discover upon our arrival. Would love to visit again.

Perfect Stay!

Great location on Sebago Lake. Water access with dock and mooring allowing easy access to our rental motorboat. Everything we needed for a fun comfortable stay with 5 of us. Beautiful sunrise, convenient walking distance to local store, and very well cared for property. Short drive to all points on Sebago, Portland, and other ME sites we wanted to visit.

Beautiful house that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The host was very nice and responsive. I would definitely stay here again if in the area. The house is located behind another house so it doesn’t directly front the main road, which is helpful to know if you are arriving after dark and don’t see it immediately from the road.

We had a great week at this beautiful lakehouse. It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need....from kitchen supplies to beach toys for the kids. The dock and mooring provided us with the opportunity to bring our fishing boat and enjoy the lake from that aspect. The owners were very kind and responsive, even leaving us a beautiful welcome basket. We would 10/10 recommend this rental.

An enjoyable weekend getaway

It was a lovely lake setting with a beautiful view and lake access. The house had everything one needs and as five adults we were very comfortable.

Our family spent a week at this property. In fact, this is the 5th time we have stayed here. The location is excellent, water access at the dock is perfect. The house has been newly renovated and is very nice. Two full bathrooms make it extra comfortable. Judith provides everything needed for a relaxing and fun vacation—from games and books to coffee filters and paper towels. The heat pumps were really appreciate this week as the weather was near 90s every day. We loved our stay and hope to come again! Thank you!

Perfect Accommodations

Our daughter was getting married at ALE and we rented Judiths house for family coming in from out of state. The accommodations were spectacular! Judith thought of everything and made the check in so easy and made the stay relaxing, enjoyable and memorable for all….just what I wanted for our out of town guest. Highly recommended for a trip to the lake, or when attending an event at Autumn Lane, as you are just three miles away. Thank you Judith for opening your gorgeous home to us.

4th of July Getaway

Great stay

This place was beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I didn’t realize from the photos that you have to cross a busy street to get to the dock access but it was ok. Just would have preferred not to have to do that with a toddler! Lake was gorgeous. Overall very happy with our stay l, we were sad to leave

Wonderful Sebago rental!

We had a wonderful stay at Judith and Kent's place! The house was very clean with everything we needed for our long weekend on the lake. It was a short walk directly across the road to be on the dock for swimming and floating, sipping coffee in the morning, or bringing food down to the picnic table for meals by the water. The kayaks were a fun bonus, and it was great to have access to a mooring for our pontoon boat rental as well. Judith was very communicative and a wonderful host, and we feel very lucky to have found this listing!

Wonderful Cabin

Everything was perfect for our stay! The cabin was fresh and new - had been redone prior to the 2023 summer. It was perfect for our family of 4 - lots of room for everyone. Amenities were wonderful - kayaks, dock etc. Kitchen was fully stocked! Yard was beautiful and peaceful. Cabin was so close to the marina and a terrific restaurant. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect. Thank you to our wonderful host! Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful house with lake access

We rented this cottage during a 4 day heat wave. It was perfect! We had access to a beautiful dock and mourning to tie our jet ski to all week. The water was crystal clear. The home owners supplied kayaks we could use. It was a wonderful week on the water.

Beautiful and clean property, great location and the dock was awesome. Judith and Kenneth are very caring owners that want you to enjoy your time here. House was well equipped with everything you might need and then some. My granddaughter wore me out Kayaking, swimming and playing the many games that were at the house. Short ride up to Naples where you can rent jet skis, boats or go for a ferry ride. Also plenty of shopping there. Would definitely return to this property !!!

Our family (2 adults, And kids 17, 14,14, 12) Had a wonderful stay at the lake. Kids were happy to have WiFi and more than enough tv to occupy them when not out on the lake and enjoying the private dock (shared with adjacent property). We’re able to use the launch less than a mile away and free morIng provided. Owner was helpful and not overbearing. New ‘lobster cooker’ was super efficient, quick, and allowed us to cook outside and keep the heat/steam there. Wife and oldest used kayaks to explore. Nice fire pit and lawn area. Was nice to be able to take a trip to the lake amid this pandemic and provide us with some Sense of normalcy - thank you!!

My Stay

For me was not clean, spider webs in corners, windows, etc. When we walked in it smelled, it really needed a good douching..I also asked about dogs and was told as long as they were house broken they were ok thats why i chose them, My granddaugter brought her dog up and then i get a bill after we left trying to charge me another 150.00?? My advise to them take the time to spray around house every year for bugs and clean better.

Great Family Stay

Pros: Great location, great host, well supplied home, each room has separate AC units so great for people who like different temperatures. Cons: Some bugs but common with rental homes, 1 bathroom for 3 rooms (vintage claw foot tub so hard to get in and out)

Quiet spot with lake access, and a nice beach within walking distance for a small fee.

It was a great private lot, in a busy camping area for a small family get away. We had a great time with room for outside activities.

Great stay at Loon House

This home was wonderful! We had a family of 5 and it was just right. The location couldn’t of been better with the dock and lake equipment for the teens to use. Judith was extremely responsive and we look forward to returning next year.

OUR NEW HOUSE HAS PRIVATE WATER ACCESS FOR BOATING
AND SWIMMING. IT IS QUIET WITH WOODED BACKYARD THAT HAS A
DECK TO GRILL AND A FIRE PIT TO ENJOY.
NICE FLAT LAWN AREA IN THE BACK TO PLAY CORN HOLE AND BOCE.
THE WATERFRONT HAS PICNIC TABLE AND A 40 FT DOCK WITH STAIRS
AND SEATING FOR ENJOYING THE SUN. THE WATER IS PRISTINE
AND BOTTOM IS SANDY. THERE IS A PRIVATE MOORING AND
WILL ALSO ACCOMODATE A JET SKI OR KAYAK. WE HAVE A DINGY
IF NEEDED.
THERE IS LONG BEACH WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE WITH A MINIMAL CHARGE.
THERE ARE ALSO BEACHES THAT CAN BE DRIVEN TO.
SEBAGO STATE PARK IS WORTH THE TRIP.
PORTLAND ME WITHIN 40 MINUTES AS WELL AS THE OCEAN. THE HOUSE WAS REBUILT IN JUNE 2023 DUE TO DAMAGE FROM A FALLEN TREE IN JULY 2022.
