Frye Island 3br +Loft Home w/Semi-Private Beach, Dock, & Mooring Across Street

3Br (plus loft), 1 Bath Home With A Large Living Room and Eat In Kitchen

The home has a master bedroom with a king size bed and two other bedrooms with full and queen sized beds. This place features a large living room (with Fiber Internet, TV & Roku/DVD player), an eat in kitchen and a large loft, a first floor deck (with a gas grill), plus an additional second floor deck. Aside from the 12 beaches that are only available to Frye Island owners and renters, this newly updated rental also offers semi-private beach access (shared with only the owner). We provide beach chairs, a boat dock and brand new mooring (for one boat or watercraft after June 1st) all at a non-waterfront price. We have installed heating pumps for to keep the place warm or cool.

We had a wonderful stay with two families and four kids. The house was spotless, well maintained, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Courtney and Josh were excellent hosts and very responsive. The waterfront location was ideal. Peaceful, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying the kayaks and other water activities. Both kids and adults had an amazing time. The sunsets were unreal and we had the perfect location for viewing the meteor shower. We will be returning next year.

We’ve been coming to Frye Island for 50 years. Love the place! Had a great week at the Ogden's with our 2 adult daughters and 2 of their friends. Though it is a "1 back" it nearly feels like you are right on the water. Plenty of space for the 6 adults. Comfortable kitchen. Loved our stay! Owners were friendly and though they were staying right next door, left us to enjoy our vacation but were right there should we need anyhting. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay on Frye Island

This was our first time at this property and we're definitely coming back! The house was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near other family members. The semi-private beach was a HUGE plus and came with plenty or canoes, kayaks, and other fun things. We utilized the fire pit several evenings - absolutely magical! We had all the amenities of a waterfront property without the price. Courtney and Josh were super easy to communicate with and took care of all of our needs. I would highly recommend this place!

Could have been better

We made the mistake of going early in the season, 6/14-6/21, and turned out it was the week of yard clean-up as the neighbors had leaf blowers going all day long on 3 of the days. It was frustrating, but nothing that the owners could control. We had all the windows open in the house for fresh air but we didn’t realize that all of the screens had holes in them. So even after we closed them, we had a million bugs in every room of the house for the duration of our stay. My husband tried to take my kids out on the kayak but it had a hole in it so they didn’t get past the dock. The beautifully set up lights draped over the fire pit area did not work, which was hugely disappointing the one night we had a fire. The location of the house is lovely; the sunsets are gorgeous. It was just a miss for us.

A lovely holiday weekend

Courtney and Josh are amazing .. communication was great. The place is perfect, the island is beautiful and the cafe on the island has delicious food and drinks. It was our second year back and we had an amazing time despite the weather being rainy for most of the weekend. Quiet and relaxing.

Great place!

My family & I had a family wedding for a weekend on Frye. Home is clean with plenty of room. The owners also have golf carts for rent if needed. Cute beach area/ fire pit across the street. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

Cozy waterfront cottage

My family of 6 adults had a fantastic week on Frye Island. We were concerned about managing with 1 bathroom, but it worked out fine . House had everything we needed for cooking, and Courtney responded quickly to any requests, and was happy to provide Island information. The water is gorgeous and clear. We rented a golf cart, and had a boat on the mooring, also rode our bikes around the island. The sunsets felt more spectacular every night, and we spent every night enjoying the fire pit as the sun went down. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful location

This little piece of heaven was a great dwelling for our group of 8 for our vacation week. Plenty of space and beds for everyone. The semi private beach is a short walk across the road and had some of the most amazing sunsets! The house was equipped with everything we needed! Courtney and Josh were fantastic hosts and were there for anything we needed! We will definitely be coming back!

Great Place for a Vacation!

Our family had a wonderful vacation here! Thank you Courtney & Josh for being such great hosts. They were friendly, very welcoming, and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The cottage felt spacious & clean. The semi-private beach across the street was super convenient and enjoyable. We really appreciated the use of the boat mooring and the use of their kayaks and paddleboards. And we would love to come back next year.

Relaxing in Maine

This property is by far our favorite place out of all the places we have stayed in the Lake Sebago area. Courtney and Josh are fantastic hosts. The property is exactly as described and pictured. Plenty of room for everyone and a short walk across the street to the water. Watching the sunset from the dock every night was amazing! We were also able to hook the boat we rented up to their mooring which was great!. The next time we come to Sebago we will definitely be looking to come back to Courtney & Josh's.

Perfect summer getaway!!

Had the most amazing time at this incredible cabin! So clean ,comfortable and relaxing. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Courtney and Josh could not be better hosts! The amenities were far more than we ever expected. Private beach right across the street with the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever experienced. We can’t wait to visit again!!

This property is better than it appears when advertised. Peaceful, quiet, relaxing, fun times all week. Frye Island itself is a little paradise but this property was more than myself and my family could have asked for and we are already planning for next year:)

Beautiful, naturally lit house on an incredible island.

Peaceful Frye Week!

Our week on Frye was perfect! Courtney was over-the-top helpful in helping us get prepared for the week and making sure we had everything we needed (extra ferry passes, a golf cart!, and other accomodations). The property was perfect and the fireplace/beach area has got to be one of the best spots on the island to watch a sunset. Thank you Courtney for a great week!
