Una gran pared de vidrio trae la vista del océano a la unidad con acceso directo al amplio balcón. Hay dos baños completos. Cada baño cuenta con una bañera grande (de gran tamaño) y tocador doble. La unidad también tiene una lavadora y secadora en un cuarto de servicio. El dormitorio principal tiene una pared con vista al golfo con vidrio de piso a techo y también acceso a la puerta al balcón. El dormitorio principal también tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y un reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una pared con vista al Golfo con vidrio de piso a techo y acceso a la puerta al gran balcón. Además, hay un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 'y reproductor de DVD. El condominio tiene más de 40 pies de ventanas con vista al océano.

Best customer service

The location and property was perfect! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! The host was wonderful to work with. I could not have asked for better customer service. I am beyond pleased with my stay!

Perfect place that we will revisit again!!

We were very happy with our stay! The property owner was very attentive and even shared her cell number. We did have a set back getting checked in on time and had to wait in the hall with all of our luggage but the location is great and the condo was spacious enough for all 6 of us. Somethings I would suggest adding to the condo we stayed in (Tower 1) is 1. blankets and pillows for the pull out couch - we were not able to use it because of this 2. a wine opener - we had to get creative 3. shades for the bedroom doors - it got bright early Overall we were very pleased and will be back again to stay with this rental company!

Family Vaca 2022

The online pictures of this property do not do it justice. The inside is much better than pictured. I have three recommendations: 1. Get better online pictures! 2. Add a book for quest to add their favorite places or information to. This would have been really helpful. It was our first time to PCB and there are tons of things to do and see. 3. Upgrade the master bedroom to a King. We have a little one that loves to sleep with us and the master bedroom bed is raised pretty high and it's only a queen. But, that didn't take away from our amazing stay!

Do Not Stay Here

I was extremely disappointed with our stay and hope to save another family the trouble. We booked this property as the last available avenue for a family trip. To start, the information on the VRBO listing is not accurate. The master bedroom only has a full size bed in it after the listing saying it was a king. I am 6’8” tall do this was obviously important to me. After immediately contacting the owner I was told that I was the one who booked the condo and not them. I have screenshots of this in case it was denied. After this conversation the owner changed the listing online to VRBO to a queen bed. The owner instructed me to call VRBO as it was not their responsibility to take care of this. When I called VRBO they informed me that the listing was for a queen bed and had been changed that same day. Luckily I had a screenshot of the listing as a king. I am still waiting on a call back from VRBO on this. Aside from this issue, when we checked out the owner told us hours later that we would be charged for not leaving the parking passes that we were instructed to. I have screen shots and pictures of the property instructions that never mentioned this. In this instance the owner was at least decent enough to let us mail them back to him once we got home. The property is outdated and has poor colors with green carpet. The doors are all rusted over, the lock barely worked, the toilet paper holder was broken upon arrival, and the towel holder in the other bathroom were not even on the wall upon arrival. Overall, we were very disappointed in our stay and how we were treated. We had family staying in other units at Long Beach Resort and let me tell you that there are FAR nicer options out there. Don’t do what I did and try to save a few dollars by staying here. Go stay in a nicer unit and enjoy better customer service and your vacation as well.

Great Vacation

We loved the condo and the pool. The beach was wonderful. We loved being able to walk to Pineapple Willies too. Parking was a breeze. Thank you for an awesome vacation.

Exactly as described

Check in was 2 hrs after the agreed check in time…master bed could be bigger and a light could be added to the balcony if possible. overall a good experience and no crazy ridiculous complaints

The location of the unit is great. The unit it self to lest to be desired.

All the windows was left Dirty it was not wipe down I’ll clean which led me to believe how clean the unit was. Some hardware I need it to be upgraded such as doors and curtains. The unit itself is in a great location. We would definitely book this location again just not in that unit

Enjoyable

The property was very clean. A large unit that was decorated very pretty. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook. One of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in. Will be going back.

Fantastic Condo with wonderful owners.

Use of the VRBO APP was extremely easy to use. The owners were absolutely AMAZING. They were friendly, kind, and extremely accommodating. The condo was spotless and immaculate. I would love to rent from them again. Highly recommended.
