Tenemos la escapada perfecta para una pequeña casa, completamente nueva, construida solo para esos momentos de escapada íntima. Esta cabaña de un dormitorio y un baño se encuentra en medio de un bosque de loblolly y está amueblada con antigüedades y todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y modernos, que incluyen cocina eléctrica mejorada, encimeras de mármol, pisos de piedra caliza y nogal. The onsite farm manager is retired from working 40 years in the shipping industry. Thi s is a hobby farm with a quiet and restful atmosphere in a 50-year-old Loblolly Forest, surrounded by nature and pecan orchards.
This land has been in our family since the 1820 Georgia Land Lottery, so it is very special to us all. We have enjoyed it and want to share with you. This section of the land has new construction which isn't quite ready to put on VRBO, but soon. Meantime, we are offering our RV which we stayed in while building the cabin.
This land has been in our family since the 1820 Georgia Land Lottery, so it is very special to us all. We have enjoyed it and want to share with you. This section of the land has new construction which isn't quite ready to put on VRBO, but soon. Meantime, we are offering our RV which we stayed in while building the cabin.

Easily accessible to Hwy. 84 and in-between the cities of Waycross & Jesup, GA.
Our RV is a 35' Jayco 5th wheel with 3 slideouts. The interior contains a faux fireplace, central heater, pop up large screen tv in living and bedroom. All new floors in the living and kitchen area. One toilet, sink, shower, and makeup mirror. The bedroom has a queen bed, lots of closet storage and is a comfy sleeper. Maximizing space we removed the sofa and replaced it with a lux twin beds for extra sleeping room. Two comfortable sitting chairs, dining table & chairs and gas cooking range, stove & all cooking utensils, coffee pot, dishes tableware included. No dishwasher. Washer and dryer privileges, shower and toilet with an additional outhouse behind the RV, made from reclaimed wood. Antique sink and new American Standard toilet..... no wooden seats here.
Roam in the loblolly forest, take an ATV ride (if you have one)walk in the orchards or pick up pears and pecans in the fall. This is an active hobby farm. There are two four-acre ponds for fishing and swimming, a veggie garden in summer (organic, non-GMO) flowers planted here and there, horses on the property and a 4 dog kennel.
