Casa de 3 recámaras, 1 baño recién remodelada. Duerme seis con camas King, Queen y Double. La casa reside en 5 acres bien mantenidos. Hay una cubierta trasera perfecta para relajarse, asar a la parrilla y disfrutar de la puesta de sol de la tarde y una vista de un pequeño estanque ubicado en la propiedad. Se ven con frecuencia ciervos, pavos salvajes y otros animales salvajes. La casa está ubicada a solo 15 minutos de la Universidad de Florida y Santa Fe College, a 10 minutos de la ciudad de Alachua y a 20 minutos de High Springs. We were extremely happy with our stay here. The host was very easy to reach and communicated well before and during our stay, always eager to assist in any way. The property is quiet with beautiful scenery. We enjoyed having a washer/dryer to use, a comfortable living room to relax, plenty of towels and extra blankets, along with numerous bathroom amenities to use. We enjoyed the thoughtful things - such as labeling items throughout the house and luggage racks in the bedrooms, as well as some kitchen items like coffee, and some seasonings to use. We were very comfortable here and would definitely come back. I highly recommend this place for your next visit to the area!

Property was well kept and clean! Enjoyed the gaming room. Beds were comfortable. Everything was easy to find and accessible. The house was 81 degrees when we arrived around 4:10-4:15pm. There was a timer on the nest counting down from about 2 minutes to reset the temp to 75 degrees. We had to leave at 5:15 and returned after 10:00 and it was 75 degrees. The next morning it was 72 degrees. There were ceiling fans in most rooms and portable fans for all rooms. The living room stays rather warm and the ceiling fan has only a low speed. Because we were there mainly in the evening, we did not contact the owner to have it adjusted. Location was about 20 minute drive to Santa Fe college, but worth it for the peaceful country living. We would definitely stay again.

So nice we stayed twice

This is the second time we have rented this property for a family vacation. We had an absolute blast last time and the second stay was just as perfect as the first. The house is fantastic for the person who wants to compleatly check out and get transported back to a time where life was way simpler. We will 100% be staying for a third time!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Wanted to spend a long weekend with the family at Ginnie springs. Rather than camp I decided to look for a house to rent. Came across this listing and knew it was the one. The owner was super responsive we had zero issues and loved every second of our stay on this beautiful property! We are planning another trip to the springs this summer and we will definitely look for this home again!

Cute country house

We were in town briefly for a football game and this house worked great for us. About 20 minutes from U of F campus. While there are three rooms, there is only one small bathroom so this is a consideration based on the size of your party. Will was a great communicator. House was well appointed.

Happy to Have Returned

We LOVE this property and often think of the wonderful past times we've been here. The house is updated but feels like a cozy, inviting home. The grounds are beautifully well kept and we love being outside as well as inside. There are some of the most relaxing reclining chairs in their living room and the beds are so soft. The kitchen is well stocked with quality utensils, check-in and check-out are easy, and our kiddos loved the foosball table. ''The Gainesville House'' is definitely in our top places to stay.

Nice 3 bedroom near springs

Great 3 bedroom home near area springs and shopping. Also close to Ocala and Gainesville. Separate game room and living room. This was our second stay.

Wonderful Stay

We were in town for a sports tournament and this house met all of our needs. We loved the quiet location. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare family meals. The kids enjoyed the foosball table and darts. Will was a great host. We will stay again when we come back in the fall.

Perfect stay!

The home is perfect! Plenty of space and so quiet! Yard is so pretty and peaceful! Owner has a book by the door with everything you will need to know during your stay. The beds are so comfortable for a great nights sleep! Foosball table and darts was a hit with the kids!!!

Sweet Country Spot

Cozy house in the country close to the Temple of the Universe! We enjoyed the house and the fresh country atmosphere and air. Great break from the buzz of the city and Will was easy and wonderful to connect with as the host. 😀

Secluded & cozy

This was such a treat to stay in a country setting. The wide open spaces were so relaxing and beautiful. The house is clean, cozy, and just like home. Will is such an amazing host. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. I highly recommend his place to anyone. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Great stay

Spacious, remodeled home in peaceful area. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Easy access to UF events or outdoor adventures. Would definitely stay again!

Peefect Weekend Stay

The house is super comfortable and extremely clean and tidy. It is well furnished with interesting and somewhat unique artwork and decorations. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable! Nice and quiet, and conveniently located.
