This Condo far exceeded our expectations, The view is breathtaking which makes you forget it’s a little dated Bed was very comfortable. The resort has everything you need and within walking distance to shops and RestaurantsYou do not need to hire a car as the local bus is reliable and very cheap We will be back soon. Thank you

This has got to be the best view in Honolulu !!!!We’ve stayed here at the Ilikai five times and always try to get the marina ocean view. Never get tired of itCondo very nice Plenty of towels Kitchen well equipped. Bed comfortable Hopefully we will be back!!! RV

Great location, beach chairs (Tommy Bahama) great, utensils and kitchen ware well provided, very nice beach towels, bath towels amply supplied, hreat view from balcony. However, the pigeons are a problem, nesting behind HVAC unit. Needed wasing daily.

They were trying to make a nest , while doing this the outdoor carpet and walls have suffered. With bird dropping all over.Making it not real enjoyable to sit out on the patio. It seemed to a problem With other units also. Taking the outdoor carpet out would make it easier to clean.

Amazing Sunset Views!! Will stay again

We booked this condo for our honeymoon and couldn’t be happier with it! It was so easy to get into our unit and the sunset views over the harbor were incredible. Our only complaint was that the mattress is extremely firm ans has some noticeable body indentations. But we barely cared since everything else was so great. We look forward to booking t this unit again!

My husband and I visit Waikiki each year and stay at the Ilikai via Vrbo. We had an excellent experience with this condo. It met all of our expectations and needs. It was clean throughput and comfortable. We highly recommend this for your next stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were able to valet park our vehicle quickly and go straight to the unit without any other checking-in. It was clean and the view was gorgeous! Bed was comfortable and A/C cold. My son was happy to find a boogie board and pool noodle to use at the lagoon, and we made use of the beach chairs and small cooler when we went on day trips. It was about near Waikiki Beach (or at the beginning of it) and in the heart of the traffic....that is the only downside. But it was easy to get to everything you needed. We’d stay there again. Great unit!

Problems with the internet

Location was good, amenities as described. Tiny little soaps to use that barely lasted during the stay. Difficulty getting the internet as the modem and router had to be reset every time the tv was turned off. Called the manager the first day and was told maintenance would come to fix it but they didn’t come til we were leaving.

Needs deep cleaning

Overall I liked this apartment. Nice view , very comfortable bed and everything as described. But it wasn’t clean. I found a lot of send by the balcony doors and bed, looks like they just missed that area, and the shower wasn’t clean at all. I found peaces of foam on the walls and it didn’t smell like my shampoo

Beautiful view and an easy location!

The property has an even better view than shows on pictures. Its a beautiful place to sit and just watch the boats from the marina. Quick and easy access to the beach. The pool was extremely crowded during our stay so we didn't get much use out of that. Unit was very clean and comfortable, big soft bed was great after a day of travel.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our stay at the Ilikai was a good experience. Booking was easy. The booking company told us what to expect and sent messages at every step. We were given a contact number to call or text and when we used it we received responses on a timely basis. The unit was clean and had almost everything one would need. It would have been nice to have some coffee filters to use in the coffee pot and maybe a few basic spices instead of just salt and pepper. The best thing about the unit was the view. We overlooked the marina and watched several beautiful sunsets from our lanai. The Ilikai property is nice but there isn't much to do. Luckily the Hilton is a short walk away and we could easily walk and use their facilities. The Hilton lagoon and Waikiki beach were also a short walk away. The only issue I had was that the TV was awkward and confusing. This wouldn't be an issue as we didn't watch TV much but it was master's weekend and I wanted to watch some of the golf before we started our day. Instead I was forced to sit on our lanai with my morning coffee and look at the view.

Wonderful location…gorgeous view of sunset!

We loved staying in this unit, it was very well appointed. Kitchen was very nice and had all the necessary utensils/dishes. The a/c worked as needed, we loved being on the balcony to watch the sunsets, looking over the marina, and eating breakfast each morning. The bed was a bit soft, and the mattress topper had a “dip”in it, recommend replacing it. We would hope to stay in this exact unit when we return to Honolulu in the future, it had everything we liked in a place away from home. Getting around downtown by walking or taking the bus was the way to go. Having hertz rental in the lobby was a real plus when we rented a car to go to the north shore. We picked this place because of the distance to Ali Moana mall and the beautiful sunsets without any obstructions.

Nice location

I have been to the Ilikai 2 times before. The location can't be beat. Ocean view, close to 3 ABC stores, The Bus stop and the unit itself is home away from home.

Reviewer Comments: 2nd time we rented this unit. we enjoy the Ilikai and the location of the condo as well as this unit and its view. with that being said, we were just a bit disappointed to find the same noisy box fan with the broken switch still there and a a piece of cardboard placed where there should have been a glass panel going out to the patio. neither was a deal breaker but owner needs to spend a few bucks to upgrade the experience.
