There is ongoing construction work outside the building, so there might be intermittent noise in the morning.

Pls note that the lanai will be closed from 3/23 to 4/17/2026. The schedule may change due to the work progress on the condo. If your booking falls between these dates or is affected by the lanai accessibility, the room rate will show the discounted rate. Pls check with us before you book if you are planning to book around that time. There might be intermittent noise from the lanai work on the other side of the building. Usually the works ends around 4:30pm and no working on the weekends.

***Appliances: We strive to ensure that all appliances are in working order during your stay. In the rare event of a malfunction, we will make every effort to arrange for a repair or replacement as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee an immediate resolution due to the availability of parts and technicians. Therefore, issues with appliances cannot be used as grounds for reimbursement or cancellation requests. Please proceed with your reservation only if you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

*** Please note that the condo may occasionally experience water shutoffs for maintenance. These situations are beyond our control and typically last only a short time because some units request that we fix the plumbing. Additionally, power outages caused by the electricity company or local issues are also beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding, as these interruptions are usually temporary.

If water is shut off for more than 8 hours on that day, we will refund $100 for that day.

Paid parking next to the building is managed separately by another company. $33/night, but if you buy a multi-day pass, it would be free to go in and out of the parking during your stay.
