Siesta Key 3 habitaciones, 3 ½ baños, 2900 pies cuadrados.
Ahora ofrecemos nuestra villa de 3 dormitorios y 3 1/2 baños para que disfrute de su estadía en Siesta Key. A solo 1 cuadra de la playa y 2 cuadras de The Village, este es el lugar perfecto para sus vacaciones en la playa. Camina hasta la playa en menos de 3 minutos. Nuestra lujosa villa cuenta con un amplio garaje para 2 automóviles. Su elevador privado hace que sea fácil moverse por la casa y es ideal para llevar alimentos, equipaje desde el garaje a todos los pisos y hasta la azotea.
En el piso principal tiene la cocina, baño, sala familiar grande, TV de pantalla grande, comedor con capacidad para 6 y una isla de cocina con capacidad para 6. Un patio con mosquitero está justo al lado de la cocina con una mesa para 4 personas. La cocina cuenta con electrodomésticos modernos que incluyen una vinoteca y todo lo necesario para preparar comidas o entretener.
El 3er piso tiene 3 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. Ambas habitaciones están decoradas con buen gusto, comparten un baño completo con camas queen, armarios grandes y televisores con un sillón en la sala principal de búsqueda. bañera de gran tamaño, tocador de granito con doble lavabo, espejo grande y cabina de ducha.
Si quieres relajarte, mira el juego o pasa el rato en el último piso [azotea]. Aquí tiene una barra para tragos con mini refrigerador, microondas, máquina de hielo, TV grande, baño completo y un sofá que puede desplegarse en una cama queen si decide usar la habitación como cuarto dormitorio. Desde aquí puede salir a la gran azotea y sentarse alrededor de la hoguera o relajarse en las tumbonas y disfrutar de la vista parcial del golfo y los sonidos de Siesta Key.

Paradise at Siesta Key

The Villa was perfect for our family. Ages 18months to 79. The home offered everyone a place of their own and many places to hang out and make family memories. We experienced Red Tide for a few days early in our stay but the pool was perfect till the Red Tide cleared out. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the village. The Villa had everything we needed for the beach and it was just a short walk to the beach for sunny days and gorgeous sunsets.

Perfection!

Everything about this property is wonderful! Stocked with every amenity you can possibly imagine. We have been to this area 5 times and we loved this house so much that we are already booking it for our next visit. Vicky was easy to communicate with and truly cares about her guests feeling like they are at home. She makes it so easy for everyone to have a good time. This is one of those homes we want to tell everyone about yet also want to selfishly keep to ourselves so it is always available to us. If you get the opportunity to book this property you won’t be disappointed.

Great vacation

This home is just beautiful and has everything you need plus more. It was great to have chairs and beach toys and the necessities for a baby. There’s even a drawer in the kitchen with coloring books and toys . We had the pool to ourselves for the week so that was awesome . Loved riding bikes up to the stores and watching the sunset every nite up at the beach . Vicky was very pleasant to talk to and she is a great host. We just love Siesta Key and the laid back vibe it has . Can’t wait to go back .

Summer getaway

The pictures do not do this place justice. Even more beautiful in person. Had everything we needed and much more. Any questions I had were answered very quickly by vicki! Perfect location to downtown and the beach. We will be back for sure!!

Beautiful House, Great Location, Well Stocked!

Mom's beach house was fabulous!! Great location - short walk to town for dinner or to the beach. The home was so clean and well stocked with everything you might need from kitchen equipment to baby supplies, to beach stuff, towels, bikes, sunscreen, etc. Sparkling pool was refreshing after a day in the surf. The elevator was handy for hauling luggage and groceries. Spacious, spotless garage big enough for two vehicles. And the owner was great about communication, answering questions and providing check in and check out process. Highly recommend and would rent this home again!

Location, Location, Location....

I really do not know where to begin, this place was absolutely perfect! From the minute we walked in the door, we knew we selected the right place for us. Vicky, thought of everything we would ever need for our extended stay. We stayed for three weeks and I wish we could have stayed longer! The home was so nice and clean, which is really important to us when we rent a unit. I have so many good things to say, so I will try and highlight as much as I can. 1. The beds were so comfortable. This is important to us when we travel. Lots of pillow options were also available. 2. We loved the quality of everything in the kitchen. It was not "rental" grade anything....top of the line for all kitchenware. We cooked many meals there and did not need a thing! 3. I think we spent every single morning and many evenings on the screen porch. It is perfect!!!!! So many memories made around that table! 4. The beach is so close for those that want the beach. We only went a few times. We loved just using the beautiful pool instead! It is a shared pool, but we did not feel crowded. We actually made some good friends who stayed in the other unit. 5. The location is what was an added PLUS! WOW! We are walkers and this place was in such a great location. We walked for necessary groceries, we walked to dinner or a drink at any of the great places in the village and of course walked to shop! 6. Vicky the owner, was super great and wanted to make sure our stay was perfect! Her communication was top notch. We travel about 3-4 times a year, and each time with VRBO. Vicky has been the best so far!!!!!!! Thank you so much for your beautiful home. We will be back!!!!!!!!!!!

Location, location, location!

We had an amazing time at Moms Beach House in Siesta Key! We will be back for sure! The property is located a block from the beach and 2 blocks approximately to restaurants, shopping and a small market. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need- in fact the best supplied rental I have ever stayed at! Bikes, beach equipment, nice cookware and all things you could need for small children. The roof top terrace was a lovely place to rest and take in the outdoors. The soaking tub was relaxing. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean. We rarely had to drive our car which was a very nice feature with small children. We are used to staying in Naples and we found this property to be even better due to the proximity to activities! It was also nice to have the separation of many floors in the villa to allow for privacy as well. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this property! We wish it was our vacation home!!!

Great Stay at Mom's Beach House

First and foremost, I just want to say is that Vicky was a pleasure to communicate with. We have been in constant communication since booking a trip about 5 months ago and throughout the stay. She was absolutely outstanding. The property was perfect. The home was exactly as pictured and in the absolute perfect location. It was perfectly spaced out so we could have our own space when we needed to be away from each other. The layout was outstanding and we couldn't have been happier. We rented a golf cart for the week and it was perfect for the location. It got us to all parts of the island and made parking in the village much easier. Golf cart will fit in the garage and I highly recommend that for anybody staying at the property. Vicky, thank you very much for a wonderful day and allowing my family to rent your home. We will be returning!

July in Siesta Key with friends

This house is beautiful and the location is great. However, we had some issues that were not taken care of during our stay and the owner didn't compensate us for the inconvenience. One of the things that attracted us to this house was the elevator since there are a LOT of stairs. The owner called a few days before our trip to let us know that the elevator had been broken by the renters before us. Apparently, an elevator repair company could not be scheduled until two weeks after our trip. This was a major inconvenience when moving our luggage in/out. bringing in groceries and daily movement of coolers to/from the beach and pool. We had to carry everything downstairs and load the cooler up in the garage. The master bedroom's tv didn't work and was not fixed until late in the afternoon the day before we went home - so we basically had no use of it during our stay. One of the bedroom's had a non-working ceiling fan due to a lost remote. This was never rectified during our stay. The garbage cans in the garage were not emptied by the cleaning crew after prior renters left. The garage STUNK and we had to put the cans outside. This left little room for our garbage. When we mentioned that we felt we should get some sort of refund for these inconveniences, we were told that would not be an option but they would consider giving us a price cut on a future rental - this is assuming that we would rent from this owner again. Because of the issues we had, we have no plans to do that. We feel like a monetary refund would be in order so we can split it among us and the two other couples we rented the house with.

Family getaway

Overall the property was very nice well furnished and access to beach accessories. Several items were not in good working condition; Bicycles for men, several beach umbrellas broke. The property host Vickie was very easy to work with and was accessible when needed. I would highly recommend this property based on location, quality of the property and the property host.

Relaxing getaway

Beautiful home, close to everything!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mom’s Beach House! The home is meticulously maintained and all of the extras we didn’t even know we needed were available for our use. Not to mention, the location is perfect with just a short walk to the village and the beach. Vicky was a pleasure to speak with and truly made us feel welcome to stay in their vacation home. We would love to stay in this home on our next visit to Siesta Key!

We have 3 grown married children who have blessed us with 10 grandchildren. I love my Grandmother role. I am still active and have been involved in girl scouts for the last 40 years.
We bought our first cabin in Pigeon Forge, Tn near the Great Smokey National Park in 2008 and after a while decided to become a host and share out cabin with others. I absolutely loved the experience and the challenge of my newly discovered “hobby”. We now own four get-a-way retreats that I run and manage. A cabin and a condo in Pigeon Forge, Tn. A small farm in Sparta, Tn and a Villa in Siesta Key, Florida. They all have their own unique characteristics.

We fell in love with Siesta Keys for the, people, sandy beaches, the laid back atmosphere and the "The Village" with all its shopping and great restaurants
