Recientemente renovado, este ático frente al mar con tres dormitorios y tres baños completos ofrece vistas panorámicas del Océano Pacífico y ofrece un entorno elegante y sereno para sus próximas vacaciones en Big Island. Mauna Lani Terrace 303 cuenta con una elegante cocina nueva, baños nuevos y lujosos, techos abovedados espectaculares, hermosos detalles de caoba y pisos de piedra frescos en todas partes.

Cada una de las espaciosas habitaciones de la villa cuenta con su propio lanai para disfrutar pacíficamente de las impresionantes vistas al mar y al atardecer. Su cocina totalmente moderna ha sido cuidadosamente decorada con todo lo necesario para comidas relajadas en casa. Absolutely gorgeous property with breathtaking views of fish ponds and ocean. The pool and hot tub are great and kept very clean by the staff. Everything we needed for cooking was provided as well as plenty of beach towels and equipment for the beach. All of us (2 brothers and 2 sisters) loved every minute of our relaxing vacation, especially mornings on the lanai watching the fish in the ponds jump and the Nene gathering for another day.

Glorious views from this condo. We’ve stayed in A303 before. Ceiling lighting and overhead fans’ wall switches are impossible to figure out. Therefore, lighting and fan speed in the living/dining and kitchen cannot be dimmed or regulated. This was a problem last time and continues. Maintenance guy thinks they’re a problem, too. Need an electrician to change the wall switches.

So nice! Everything you need for the perfect vacation. We have stayed at Mauna Lani for years. We now have adult children so we needed more room than a hotel. It didn’t disappoint. First time in the terrace and we did t want to leave. It was everything we could’ve asked for. Felt like we were home with perfect beds, linens, well stocked kitchen. Perfect proximity to hotel. Honestly didn’t want to leave. 5 stars.

The best thing about the property was the view the walking around the fish ponds, the proximity to snorkeling the many fish in the water, It is south facing so AC is a must.

Amazing views

Beautiful condo! Corner unit so views surround you when you walk in. We ended up cooking here most nights so we could admire the view on our deck! Property manager was very prompt in replying if we had questions! I can't say enough good things about this place! We will definitely be back!

Great location and view

Only complaints are smoke detectors were problematic the first couple nights and the TV system didn’t work at first. Probably more of an issue with property management no checking everything before our arrival. We’d happily stay here again.

What a place!

My husband, our 3 daughters, and I visited the property at the end of June. It was perfect for our family. The kitchen was stocked with all the cookware we needed, which was very appreciated. The sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. We regularly used the pool and communal grills, which were spotless. Snorkeling off the beach at the beach club was amazing! We also made use of umbrellas and beach toys that were provided for guests’ to enjoy. We have stayed in many VRBOs, and this one topped them all.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The unit is beautiful, well-equipped with everything you could need, and perfectly located right on the water and next to the Mauna Lani; which we loved for its restaurants and convenience. The beds were very comfortable, and the rest of the unit stayed cool and comfortable throughout our stay.The only downside was that the master bedroom never cooled down, even with the shades closed all day and all of the unit’s fans running in the room. This kept the room in the mid-80s all day, and night. It unfortunately made it hard to enjoy the beautiful view and lanai from that space. That said, we still give this property 5 stars and would absolutely stay again. The location, amenities, and overall experience far outweighed the one negative.

Paradise found

Wow! This condo has everything you could ask for in a Hawaii destination. The location is truly one-of-a-kind, located right on the ocean next to the delightful Mauna Lani hotel and historic Hawaiian fish ponds. Every room has a stunning ocean view, and we had loads of space for our family of three. The kitchen is well-stocked with brand new appliances and lots of pots, pans, utensils. Don't want to cook? Walk one minute and enjoying the dining options at the Mauna Lani hotel. World-class snorkeling and an excellent full-service dive operator are just steps away too. Truly a vacation in paradise!

The View

Amazing view! On the one hand, being close to the Auberge has its perks (morning coffee), but the late night wedding party’s can get old. Fortunately there were only 2 during our 15 days. The unit is well appointed for staying home and cooking. If you are a person who requires lots of A/C, the top unit’s master bed room has a design flaw that causes it to be 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Not a big deal for us, but worth noting. Would gladly return.

Big island condo

The condo is beautiful and clean and well appointed. Great location next to the Auberge Hotel and also the beach club/ Napua restaurant. Amazing views/ large space which was great for our family of five. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook. Nice outdoor dining on the deck. Couple things that were not clear- there is no gym associated with the condo, and the concierge services were not the best but would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing location

Amazing location-we absolutely loved our time at this condo. It was well appointed and a wonderful place to share with friends. However, the property manager was lacking in her willingness to help us with issues like the TVs that never worked. Also the linens and towels were substandard at best. The towels were threadbare and had holes in them. The sheets on the bed were stiff and uncomfortable. The dryer Lint screen was fixed with duct tape. But the location and the views were magnificent and the upgrades to the unit were well done.

We apologize for the communication issues you had during your stay, sometimes messages get lost in the shuffle between VRBO and our Property Managers and this is not our intention. Thank you for bringing the condition of the linens and dryer lint screen to our attention. This unit has all new linens and we have not had complaints on them previously, but this is definitely something we will look into as well as the maintenance of the dryer machine. Above and beyond views, comfort and amenities. Location is spectacular. Kitchen was well stocked.

This particular unit is stunning. Honestly, the pictures online do not fully capture the spectacular views. We spent 5 nights and 6 days here with 6 adults. The art and decor is beautiful. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked with everything a cook could ask for, beach chairs and umbrella brand new. The location from the beach and pool perfect. You can tell the owners take care to ensure their guests are well taken care of. This third floor penthouse comes with everything you could possibly ask for. This three bedroom was immaculately clean and lovely. The property managers were responsive and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!

Great place for your visit to Hawaii

This property was just what we were looking for. Spacious and well cared for with all the amenities. Great location with a nice pool and access to the Mauna Lani Beach club (not to be confused with the Mauna Lani hotel). Will definitely be back!

A Lovely Condo

Fabulous ocean and coastline views and remodeled kitchen and baths with high end appliances and fixtures make this a great choice. We had a few problems though: bath rugs piled on the master bedroom floor when we arrived, so we didn't know if they were clean or not; a terrace chaise that was broken and fixed but never in 3 1/2 weeks was there a pad for it, so it was unusable; TV was never working properly; track lighting in the living room is way too bright even on the mid-dimmed setting. But, overall, it was sheer heaven.
