Overall it was a great stay. I would say the outside wasn’t what I was expected but the inside was nice!! It was close to everything and near the beach etc.

Great stay!

Clean, comfy, quiet, and centrally located spot for me, husband and pup. Greatly enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again. The host, Nicole, is extremely helpful and sends great recommendations!

Wonderful Stay/Wonderful Condo

We stayed for a week. We had come for a large family gathering and most of our family stayed in same complex. It is a very good location. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Ocean just across the street. Super cute and super comfy condo.

Family Vacation

Nicole was such a wonderful host! Very responsive and always made sure we were having a wonderful time and enjoying the property. Very close to everything. Beautiful condo! A Piece of Paradise

This is a wonderful gem that was beautiful, had a wonderful bed, everything you might need in this condo is provided. The owner is amazing. Before we even got there she made us feel so welcome. The amenities at the complex are excellent. Just a brief walk to the beach. Stores and restaurants are nearby. If you want all the beauty of Panama City Beach but away from the crowds, this is the place for you!

Great Getaway

My wife and I just had one of the most relaxing trips we have had in a long time. Our unit had everything we needed. Condo was very spacious with a large deck for morning coffee or evening cocktails. Hot Tub is a must do!!!!! Being pet friendly there is not much more you can ask for. Certainly would come back.

Wonderful place and host!

This was a great little condo. The host was absolutely amazing. I love that they supplied all you need for the amenities on site. It was great that our pups was able to enjoy it as well. It was close enough to the beach without having a beach view. I would recommend staying here.

Lovely condo

Such a cute condo ! Nicely decorated, comfortable, and super Close to the beach. There's also a lot of fun activities to do on the property and everything you need for shuffle board, mini golf, pickle ball, and billiards is in the closet. Owners were easy to contact and available for any questions. We will stay here again when in PCB.

Wonderful!

I loved staying here! The beach right across the street is perfect for walking and the dog beach at the pier is only a 2 min drive away. Hope and I enjoyed the dog beach several times. The neighborhood offers quite a bit as well and I felt very safe walking Hope at all hours. And the unit had everything I needed to cook and bake. I loved the porch - perfect to sit and enjoy a glass of wine after a long day. Hope loved it too! Thank you!

Made for a wonderful vacation for the whole family!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and couldn't be happier with the area, the condo, the beach and the access to all kinds of fun things to do! The beach access is so close and convenient as well as all the pools and various activities. Our hosts communicated so well and were incredibly kind. They answered questions quickly when needed and the condo was clean, cute & had beautiful personal touches that made it feel homey. We are so thankful for the time we were able to spend here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect beach stay!

Peaceful Weekend

Owners were communicative, attentive, and readily available to answer any questions throughout our stay. The apartment is located in a nice community with plenty of family activities within the grounds. Apartment is also a short walk to beautiful beaches and good restaurants. Will stay here again when we are back in Panama City.

Adorable Condo - Quiet End of Town

Nicole was a wonderful host. Easy to get in touch with, friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The place was absolutely adorable and very clean. We had everything we needed for our weekend stay. Parking was plentiful and everything was in working order. The beach is super easy to access - just a few minute walk from the condo. With the pandemic, it was nice to be on the quieter end of town. We didn’t get a chance to use all the other amenities in the condo complex due to our short stay. I would highly recommend this host, their condo and the location. Thanks Nicole! We had a wonderful time!

PASSED THE WHITE GLOVE TEST AND THEN SOME!!!!

This condo is the 3 "C's" Cozy, Clean and Comfy. Cozy-while on the small size, the layout and and the arrangement of the furniture makes it feel open and airy, Nicole has done a great job with the space. The balcony is very private and a great place to sit and watch the day go by. Across the road is a frog pond, and if you are on the balcony in the evening you can hear them croaking. Clean-not a speck of dust anywhere!!!! It passed the "white glove test". Comfy-living room furniture was comfortable, great recliner. The bed was comfy and gave us a good night sleep. The bunk area was great for an afternoon nap while there was some construction going on outside that made the bedroom a little noisy. Oh and the kids will love this area, it's like a little hideout all for themselves. A few minutes and your toes are in the soft white powder sand and the water of the Gulf. While we didn't have the opportunity to use the pools, we did walk around the property and they are very well maintained, good size and loads of lounge chairs on the decks. One of the pools is right across the parking lot from the condo. Many good restaurants in the area and a grocery store right down the street. We would recommend this property to family and friends, and next time in the area we will check to see if Nicole's condo is available.

Perhaps you have similar requirements. You will find all this and more in our cute condo at Horizon South Resort, Panama City Beach, FL.

We have found the Horizon South Resort to be family friendly with a good amount of amenities. It is a gated community with a well lit condo entrance. We feel safe vacationing with our family of 6 here. The walk to the beach is an easy distance (2 min walk) for any age. You can leave your vehicle at the condo instead of fighting for parking. Grab a cup of coffee and head to the beach for one of the most amazing sunsets you have ever seen along the horizon of the "World's Most Beautiful Beaches".
