Enjoy access to several community pools (one heated from Nov–March), tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a clubhouse—all within a gated neighborhood.
The spacious, open-concept main floor includes a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and a cozy living room with a large SMART TV for relaxing after a day in the sun.
Sleeping arrangements include:
GROUND FLOOR:
-Queen and twin bed with SMART TV
-Full bathroom with tub/shower combo
SECOND FLOOR:
-Master Suite: Queen bed, twin over full bunk, SMART TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower
-Master closet includes iron, vacuum, and extra storage
Each bedroom and living area is equipped with a large SMART TV for streaming and entertainment.
FREE AMENITIES & EXTRAS:
Enjoy access to a beach gear closet that includes backpack chairs, a pop-up tent, sports equipment, sand toys, and more. Hooks are provided on the patio for drying towels. Horizon South also features a putt-putt course, newly remodeled workout facility, and billiard table. Guests will need to obtain a code from the main office to access these amenities.

The property has parking for up to 2 vehicles (parking passes required, $25 each), and resort wristbands are $20 each (required for guests over 6 years old). A link to purchase parking passes and wrist bands will be sent to guest after booking has been confirmed. This is a non-smoking property, ensuring a refreshing environment for everyone.
Beach access is located beside the Sandpiper Beacon, just across the street. You’ll also find restaurants, grills, and beach gear rentals nearby!
A $250 security deposit hold will be put on your credit card 2 days before your arrival date and will be returned 7 days after departure, assuming no issues are found. At booking, a 20% non-refundable down payment is due. The remaining balance is payable to Gulf Front Getaways by credit card or check 30 days before check-in, or immediately if booking within 30 days of arrival.
Please be aware that all cancellations made within 30 days of your check-in date are nonrefundable.
