Esta super propiedad está situada en una ubicación fantástica, cerca del puerto de El Campello. Disfrute de las vistas del mar Mediterráneo mientras disfrutan de una comida o una bebida en uno de los muchos restaurantes o simplemente por simplemente paseando por el paseo marítimo. La propiedad está diseñada en tres niveles en el primer nivel se encuentra la cocina bien equipada con horno, vitrocerámica, nevera-congelador, etc a través de la sala de estar bellamente decorado / comedor con cómodos sofás y TV Inglés y WIFI la zona de comedor de estilo contemporáneo tiene capacidad para seis , desde el salón es la terraza al aire libre para cenar con vistas a la piscina y jardines. El segundo nivel incorpora dos habitaciones dobles con camas dobles y armarios empotrados, hay un baño con ducha, lavabo e inodoro. El tercer nivel cuenta con otras dos habitaciones dobles, una con cama doble y otra con dos camas individuales con balcón y baño con ducha, tocador y baño. La propiedad tiene aire acondicionado en el salón y 3 de las habitaciones. En el exterior hay una gran piscina estilo laguna rodeada de bellos jardines vecinos de palmeras. Hay áreas verdes exuberantes bien cuidadas con bancos para relajarse, para los más activos hay canchas de tenis disponibles. Tenga en cuenta que la piscina puede no estar abierta de octubre a mayo.

Great Holiday

We were a group of 7 girls celebrating a 40th birthday, the Accommodation was great, plenty of room and the pool area was lovely. The beach was a stones throw away with shops and restaurants. The only thing I would say is there is no night life, no busy bars/pubs at all which wasn't too much of an issue for us but would have been nice for couple of nights out.

Perfect holiday spot for elderly people or families with small kids

Beautiful garden, fantastic swimming pool, fully equipped apt, 4 bedrooms with A/C in three. 150 meters from the very nice beach, cafeterias and restaurants on the long beach promenade. No high-rise buildings, no crowds. All in all the place is a rare gem for people longing for perfect relaxation. Recommended! Thanks Martene!

A well equipped spacious property, the terrace is a sun trap all day, a lovely pool which was our own for most of the day. Five minutes from the beautiful beach and promenade lined with bars and restaurants. Martene was very welcoming and only a phone call away in the unlikely event of a problem, we will return to El Campello it is still very Spanish 😎

Perfect location and pretty complex

Well equipped home in a very pretty complex. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool is bigger and deeper that we expected, which was a lovely surprise. The home itself needs some updating but this is reflected in the very reasonable price. The middle bathroom in particular needs some work, with the bidet out of order and rust around the plug hole of the bath. However, for us the pros massively outweighed the cons and we’d happily return. We had wonderful hot weather while we there and the bedroom with no air conditioning was very sweaty! Addressing this when updating would make this rental perfect! Martene was quick to respond to any questions or requests which made this a wonderfully relaxing vacation.

Excelente Ubicación

EN líneas generales ha sido fantástico. Se nota que el inmueble ya tiene sus años y necesita renovación de mobiliario y reforma, pero para un periodo vacacional está muy bien. Lo peor, los colchones, necesitan ser cambiados. Se echa en falta un baño en la planta baja y el menaje un poco escaso, también necesita renovación. Además echamos en falta el lavavajillas, pero no fue mucho problema porque comíamos fuera casi siempre. Por lo demás, la ubicación es excelente. No hemos cogido el coche en 2 semanas y además con la facilidad/tranquilidad de dejar el coche dentro de la urbanización. El complejo de la piscina es espectacular, muy bien cuidado el césped y entorno en general. Casi tropical. Y la playa a 3 minutos andando, así que muy bien. Ojo al vecino, tiquismiquis donde los haya. Una velada jugando a las cartas decía que le molestábamos por ser domingo, y nos tuvimos que meter dentro de la casa. En el garaje había hinchables para la playa lo que es de agradecer. En cualquier caso repetiríamos sin duda. Recomendable. La atención de Martene fue excelente, muy pendiente de todo. Muchas gracias!

A fantastic stay in El Campello!

We returned yesterday (5th of June) after a weeks stay at this property in El Campello and we had a great time. Our party consisted of 6 adults and two children aged 9 & 13 and I really couldn't fault the entire process. The booking was easy and made even easier with having Martine and the end of an email if required. The pool was perfectly useable / adequate during the duration of our stay (late May to June) and the accomodation offered everything we needed as a family + friends. The area of El campello was nothing short of stunning. There is evidently a concentration of brits in the area but we found it still retained its Spanish charm and the beach (45 seconds walk away) along with the promenade is fantastic. We enjoyed it so much that we will be returning to the same property in a few years time for my birthday. A quick 10 minute walk takes you to a the tram station and in half an hour you can be in Benidorm at the cost of between 2 - 4 Euro! So to summarise. Great accomodation, superb management of the property, great beach, great restaurants / bars, great transport links ... just great really. I'd highly recommend :) Andy

Fabulous 2 weeks in El Campello

The agent met us at a predetermined time and showed us around the property. We knew the agent from using both properties in the past and she is really nice. The place is very close to the middle of El Campello, around 5 minutes walk to the tram station. Trams go either north to Benidorm then another to Denia or south to Alicante, both take around 30 minutes and are very cheap. If using in the Metropolitan zone best to purchase a multi card as it's very cheap. El Campello is classed as being in the Metropolitan zone. There are also buses to Alicante, no. 21. Within El Campello there are many cafës, bars, restaurants, carry outs, shops, supermarkets, and twice a week a farmer's market, Wednesday and Sunday. The beach front is great for walks or relaxing or eating at one of the many eateries. The complex we where in was fab, tennis court and a pool, but at this time of year was cold, although we did had a dip on one occasion. Sure in height of summer all will be grand. The common garden area is beautiful with benches to sit on, and many flowering plants. The apartment was very good, plenty of space on the patio, and had a sunscreen to keep the rays at bay. Living room was big with lots of space and seats. Kitchen is very well equipped, we used to prepare many meals. It was also very clean on arrival, washing machine is situated in the garage below the house with plenty of indoor and out door clothes racks. Heeps of space for clothes in bedrooms and showers are fab. We had many walks along the El Campello beach then onto the Muchavista beach which is around 3 miles long, the tram follows most of this route so you can jump on the tram to go further or return to El Campello. We had fab weather for early April and would return to use this apartment again as it's so good. Cheers😎😎😎😎😎😎

Superb service from start to finish

A fabulous location with one of the best equipped and well run properties I have ever rented. Both Martene and Debbie were a pleasure to deal with while the house itself was a real home from home. We have been totally won over by both this property and El Campello in general ❤️

Fantastic property in El Campello.

The property is just as shown in the photographs. We stayed here as a large family group for 10 days in September. The townhouse was spotlessly clean with plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, etc., for the 7 of us. The air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms was welcome in the hot weather we experienced. The complex itself was beautifully kept with the groundsman working on the grass, etc every day. The pool was also very well kept and the water temperature perfect. The location is great being just a 5 minute walk from the tram stop to Alicante, Benidorm and beyond, and also a few minutes from the marina and lovely beach with bars and restaurants a plenty. Martene was very helpful at all times both before and during our visit even sourcing some tennis kit for us to use at the complex tennis court. She even organised a taxi for us for an early morning flight back home. A wonderful break and we will be back.

Wonderful holiday and fabulous accommodation

We had a fantastic holiday! The house is lovely and big enough for a group of us. The outside veranda is an added bonus, being able to sit outside and so close to the pool. The pool was never over packed and we was able to swim comfortably. The location is super and literally less than 5 minutes to the beach {which is lovely and never over packed} and a huge strip of restaurants/bars, where there is a great choice. Very reasonable too! The tram is close by and we took a trip into Alicante and Benidorm. We loved it in El Campello and would visit again. We all felt so rested and happy after our holiday. If the house hadn't been booked after us we would of stayed longer as none of us wanted to leave. I contacted Martene several times before our holiday to ask questions and it was never to much trouble to answer me. Martene is warm and friendly and I/we would highly recommend this property/Location for a holiday.

Best holiday ever at El Campello

I have been all over Spain but this Holiday in El Campello has been the best.The townhouse was actually better than the photos,it has everything you need,spotlessly clean,plenty of space inside,and a lovely garden outside,which is seconds away from the gorgeous outdoor pool...The beach is great and it is just across the road,it has a lovely long promenade with loads of different shops and restaurants,lovely when you get too hot on the beach and fancy a nice cold drink ...the beach I loved and plenty of it,its clean and felt very chilled lying between the beautiful palm trees. They have a Tram just up the road,which takes you to the old Benidorm and other places which is great.Went to a few bars in the evening,had some gorgeous typical Spanish food and everyone so friendly,will definitely be bringing my friends next year...Thanks Martene(manager)for being so helpful and nice and thanks for the milk etc as that late night cup of tea tasted wonderful after a long day travelling :)
