We have never, never, never had a response such as this. The house may have had an odd cockroach or two( they do exist) A possibility would be the local council may have done their yearly drain clean which unfortunately fumigates and draws out thousands of the horrible things. The house is situated a 10 minute drive from the edge of Campello, what is generally considered as a beautiful scenic rambling route to give magnificent vistas of the coast and Alicante ( Normally acceptable as a correct description by 99% of people. (You’re the1%) NOT by any imagination is it 25 minutes.( any one leaving the house and staying within the speed limit, can be at Alicante in 25 minutes!!! The Barbecue is sited in a very shaded area of the garden under a flowering bush, (For obvious reasons) Not a tree!(Not so obvious in your case though) I can only accept your Word, that some crumbs and maybe the mirror not being 110% clean, was in fact not to your standard? If this was so, then I make an apology in accepting your word. One thing remains and that is to say, “why if things were so terrible, did you not make contact and communicate these allegedly causes for concern.?” As our Agent lives, literally over the rear wall of our garden. Unfortunately the visitors started their visit somewhat unhappy. They were Spanish visitors from further North. We advertise our property through an English portal, therefore the vast majority Of descriptions and general observations are in English. However we rectified immediately there problems being. 1) no Spanish tv. Rectified immediately and had a new Spanish aerial installed for them. 2) although it is described as a 2 bedroom with 2 single and one double. They had a fifth visitor. Rectified by supplying a spare mattress and bedding. High degree of cleaning is done after every visitor leaves and new ones arrive. We Personally spend Much time there and keep cleanliness a priority. Disappointed and surprised at their comments.

Thank you for enjoying and liking our home. Always we note there are issues like an odd socket may need tightening and other matters often need attention after visitors have been. The ceiling fans are 3 speed and therefore they require movement in order to give them the flexibility to perform efficiently.. Again we thank you for your kind comments.

Excellent, thank you for your positive comments. The expectation of the pool size is in the eye of the beholder, it obviously shows in the photos it’s only a small private pool, surrounded by higher decked area with a covered dining area, in order to enjoy the surrounding mountain views.
