Este condominio de tres dormitorios y dos baños en el techo alto ofrece vistas sin obstáculos del Océano Pacífico y la playa. ¡Mira las olas llegar desde tu balcón privado! El lujo y la comodidad describen este condominio recientemente remodelado ubicado en la comunidad cerrada de Sunrise. Esta es la mejor ubicación en Tamarindo y está a poca distancia de restaurantes, tiendas, servicios médicos y más, ¡por lo que no es necesario un automóvil!

Este exclusivo condominio penthouse de 1800 SF ofrece balcones en todas las direcciones: el patio principal con amplias vistas al mar y la playa, además de balcones con vistas a Tamarindo y las montañas detrás. Ofrece aire acondicionado central en todo. El principal cuenta con una cama king-size, vista al mar, baño privado y acceso a la terraza privada. También hay una cama queen en el segundo dormitorio y otra cama Queen en el tercer dormitorio. Hay un colch��n inflable de tamaño completo para hasta 2 invitados adicionales. Esta casa duerme 6 en camas con un máximo de 8 personas entre las camas y el colchón inflable.

La gran cocina gourmet está completamente equipada con todos los utensilios y utensilios de cocina, encimeras de granito, gabinetes de madera, electrodomésticos y lavadora / secadora. Great location. Short walks to beach, restaurants, bars and shopping! Highly recommend. If I return to Tamarindo, this is our spot, for sure!

Loved this place! Walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. So roomy for our family of four so the teens could each have their own space. Spectacular balcony view of the ocean and sunsets.

Beautiful Sunsets

The property was really nice, great pool and amazing view of the sunset from balcony. The beach wasn’t my favorite but the area had great shopping, restaurants and lots to see. We rented a car and traveled to other beaches.

Beautiful condo!

Our family of 5 stayed here the last week of May. The location was absolutely perfect! Very short easy walk to everything…. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, surf shops and more. The condo was very clean and well kept. It’s was accommodating and had a great view! We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Costa Rica.

Anniversary trip

We always stay at sunrise when we visit tamarindo! We have been visiting 12 or more years now. The condo is great! Very clean, spacious nice hot showers, very comfy master bed and linens. Coffee pot, juicer and tuppeware for fruit..pots and pans. Washer and dryer is a must for us! Best sunset view! Great A/C and breeze from ocean at night. We will definitely rent this condo again!

Great stay and amazing views at the Sunrise condos!

My husband and I just came back from a 6 day stay at this condo and we really enjoyed our stay. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops is fantastic. We loved the views from the condo, absolutely gorgeous views of the ocean, the boats and the sunset. We had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning and towels, beach chairs for our beach days. On two occasions, we walked barefoot from the condo to the beach and rented our surfboards to surf all morning, what a perfect way to spend a day on holidays :) we spent some time at the pool which was really nice and quiet. We loved our stay at Sunrise condos and in a Tamarindo and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Great town, great location

Tamarindo is a great town for teens. There are tons of activities and the condo is pretty close to the center of town. withe beach across the street, a small grocery just in front of the property, and easy in and out and parking. The pool was nice, sometimes too busy with tons of little kids. The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room. We started with 3 and then my college daughter arrived with a friend, and we still had plenty of room. We had a few ants when we first arrived and management was very responsive and quick to see to it. We will be back.

Great condo but many things not working

We enjoyed this unit for 3 nights while on vacation. The property is safe, has guard staff. It is close to the surfing beach area and a supermercado for basic groceries. The town is adorable surf town and we enjoyed greatly the visit overall. The unit for us however had a few issues, no appliances in the kitchen worked. We moved the toaster to the living room to work :) The dryer did not work and there were no extra bath towels or paper goods. We shared these issues with the staff and hope the fix for future guests.

Tamarindo vaca

Reservation process was bumpy. Agent with property management company was prickly and not customer service oriented. Condo was as described and the location was perfect with a great view. The air conditioner failed on our last day. The service techs made great effort to make the repair however stated that the unit needed to be replaced. Property manager should have a back up plan for situations such as these by offering fans or portable a/c. Property Manager did not respond to text messages after condo reached temps of 86F. Condo is perfect but should drop property managers.

An excellent condo!

If you are planning on visiting Tamarindo, I recommend this property. The condo was clean, had comfy beds, and a well-stocked kitchen. I used the washer/dryer a few times- another benefit to staying in a condo. We felt safe and the best part, sunset views. The location is directly across the street from the beach and walking distance to shops/restaurants. The highlight of the area was the surfing at the beach and there were several options for board rental close to the condo. We heard from several people about theft in the area, so always keep valuables locked inside and have someone sitting with your stuff at the beach. The vendors at the beach are constantly approaching you, although I understand it is a means to their livelihood, it just interrupts relaxing. We did a couple excursions and it was nice to get out of busy Tamarindo and see the beautiful Costa Rica countryside. All of our tour operators and van/transportation workers were professional and kind. The property managers were excellent communicators. All in all, a great choice if you are visiting Tamarindo.

AVOID SUNRISE 48 PENTHOUSE- AC IN-OPERATIVE UPON ARRIVAL! UNSAFE AC ELECTRICAL!

NEGLECTED PENTHOUSE! Broken AC had to be repaired three (3) times over four days of our eight day stay. VERY HOT! Electrical breaker was badly burned due to neglected AC system and possible wiring issues. Very hot inside this top floor unit. It was so hot the ice maker would not make ice. The last four days the AC cooled marginally. The clothes drier vent has been rerouted from the outside vent line to the interior and dumps heat and humidity into the main living area. VRBO Chat line is very hard to work with-two hours of vacation time to file complaints.

Our first action was trying to fix it, but after the technician said it was not possible, we changed the A/C to a new unit to prevent any inconvenience to future guests. Important to mention there were not any issues with wires or breakers, it was just the A/C unit. Also, the property is not dangerous at all, he had other reservations after yours and it was all great. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us identify areas for improvement. Loud, deceptive property management company

Upon arrival, we were told we couldn't enter the condo because there was a bee infestation on the patio. HOA eventually got rid of the bees, but a few got in the condo, and we could barely use the patio because there were still bees! The refrigerator had a piece broken when we arrived, but it was still usable and in the spirit of pura vida, we didn't mind too much; however, we were charged over $500 to replace this piece that was already broken. Additionally, the music and spotlights from nearby night club Crazy Monkey kept us up until 3:30am on two separate night...the music was so loud that it felt right next to the condo! The power went out three times during our stay as well - twice during rainstorms and once on a beautiful weather day. During two rainstorms, a lot of water seeped into the condo from the hallway, causing a minor flood. Again - pura vida - we used our towels to clean up the mess and didn't report any issues. My family would NOT recommend this condo. The property management company is unreasonable and they do not seem to understand that this condo needs a lot of work. Highly recommend looking elseware!

We reported it to the HOA, and they controlled it after some time, we also notified to you that it was fixed the same day. The condos are located in the heart of Tamarindo, this strategic position gives a lot of options to have restaurants, shops, bars and the beach in a walkable distance. It is possible that sometimes clients can hear the activity of the businesses around, but it is not a common comment. The power outages and water seepage during the rainstorms are unfortunate occurrences that are beyond our control. We are sad to know that it was not reported, our team always try their best to assist with any request or situation. Our maintenance team typically inspects and maintains all appliances before guest arrivals to ensure a comfortable stay. The fridge was completely fine and after the check out unfortunately we founded this unique damage. We feel sad to read your perception about the experience, we had great reviews and scores in our Premier Host Account, not only in this property, also in the rest of our listings, Thank you for choosing Bluezone Experience and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more exceptional stay in the future.

Amazing stay in the best location in Tamarindo

Amazing unit right in the heart of tamarindo, walking distance to beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Cannot best this location. Condo was clean and as advertised, fully stocked and perfect for our party. Pool in the development is great. Best of all was my experience with the property management. They helped with everything from transportation to activities and answered all of my numerous questions promptly and professionally. Cannot recommend enough and we will be back to stay at Sunrise.

Amazing location, love the pool and view!

Well equipped place. So many amenities and fantastic location. We had surf lessons so it was a quick 5 minute walk in the morning to the beach. It was also a quick walk to all the eateries in town. Parking was easy and washer/dryer and easy check out really appreciated (didn’t have to do anything like strip the sheets or take out the trash… just had to turn off the AC and lights and lock the door). Love this place!
