Newly renovated 3-bedroom house with private pool in Playa Langosta

Casa Coco is a pleasant 100-meter walk via a neighborhood trail to spectacular and private white sand Playa Langosta. The Spanish-style villa has 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps up to 12. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned bed and bath suites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a balcony overlooking the pool. The 2nd bedroom has a versatile family layout with 1 queen bed and 3 built-in single bunk beds. The 3rd bedroom has a private entrance off the pool with a king bed and twin sofa bed. In addition, a sofa bed is in the living room for extra guests. NEW to November 2025 are a beautiful full kitchen, master bedroom & bath, bunk room bath and half bath renovation. New photos coming soon.

Casa Coco is perfect for a large family, 3 couples, or a remote work getaway with fiber internet, smart TVs, a washer/dryer, a fully stocked and newly renovated kitchen with a wine fridge and espresso machine, bbq grill, ping pong table, games and secure gated parking for your rental car or golf cart. A local market with all of the basics and several casual and lively restaurants are just a block from the villa. Learn to surf (we will connect you with English-speaking instructors and boards), enjoy a sunset catamaran cruise, or spend a day on a waterfall hiking adventure. Just a mile down the beach or road is the famous surf town of Tamarindo where you can enjoy open-air restaurants, abundant nightlife, boutique shopping and a lively beach for surf lessons and beach dining. Relax in the private, lighted pool at Casa Coco while listening to the sounds of Howler monkeys and tropical birds. Savor the tropical sunsets on the peaceful Playa Langosta beach after playing in the waves of the warm Pacific Ocean waters.

Charming villa close to the beach

Perfect Getaway!

From start to finish, staying at this property was an absolute breeze! Romi and the others at Five Star made this just that, a Five Star experience! They were on top of all of the requests we had and were very thorough in our check in and check out process. The property itself was beautiful, clean and had everything our party of 5 needed for the week. It's a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beaches, 20 minutes to the downtown area and minutes from amazing restaurants! We loved staying here and appreciate the amazing staff at Five Star!

Spring Break Perfection

The house and pool were stunning. A perfect spot to end our travels across Costa Rica over spring break. Langosta Beach is very close, but a bit rocky for swimming. Service and communication were fabulous. Thank you!

The best hospitality team for check in I’ve ever experienced at a VRBO. We would not only return here, but would also be interested in any place managed by this company. The market in walking distance has most everything you need. The beach is so close and the place feels secure and quiet. Highly recommend this place

Awesome Casa Coco

A perfect home in a quiet area to relax and get away. Close enough to restaurants and shopping. Great short walk to the beach for Sunsets, and really good neighborhood restaurant /bar. The pool is ideal and very relaxing after a day out on tours. Very clean and great management staff.

The beach is that close

We were greeted late in the evening for check-in by a company associate to provide all the ins and outs of the well equipped home. Great communication through the WhatsApp for all things we wanted. They helped get surf boards for a day, plan a sunset snorkel cruise and called immediately when the security alarm sounded. We enjoyed this locations multiple bedrooms and common areas, poolside iguanas outdoor shower. Nice relaxing place with quick walking path to the beach for the famed Costa Rican sunset. I highly recommend this location for quiet peaceful getaway near all things you can do. I felt special in the care of the company of a 5 Star team

Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.

The house and amenities were beyond our expectations. Every detail and consideration was thought of and provided. What really set this rental apart from any other was the concierge service provided by Five Star Tamarindo property management. Natasha, her husband. Denisse, Cristina, Ana and everyone at the company were beyond helpful from the moment we first booked and started planning our itinerary. They provided so much more than property management - they were really more vacation planners. They helped with planning. excursions, car rentals, dinner reservations and so much more. We can’t wait to come back to Casa Coco or any other property in the Five Star rental group.

Great stay in Tamarindo!

Beautiful home with beautiful pool and yard. Very secure home just about 20 minute walk from city center. Property management communicated well with me and our questions. When it says that it will sleep 13 just know that three of those people will be sleeping on sofa beds. I would definitely recommend this home to other guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic property!

We rented Casa Coco for a wedding weekend. The house layout was perfect for our family. The house was super clean and the decor was beautiful. The hosts were very responsive and available and handled all of questions quickly.

Casa Coco is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but close enough if you also want to walk into Tamarindo for a little more excitement. The staff from Five Star Tamarindo were amazing making sure all our needs were taken care of even when travel requirements changed in the middle of our stay, they were on top of it all! We’d definitely return and now that we know how roomy and spacious Casa Coco is we’ll probably bring more people to enjoy this lovely oasis.

Wonderful two week oasis!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Casa Coco for two whole weeks and it was fantastic. First off Natalia from 5 Star Rentals was so responsive and helpful before and during our stay. She arranged transportation to and from airport as well as our covid tests. She also made some of the best restaurant suggestions including green papaya. She also helped arrange our golf cart rental with native way which we also highly recommend. We were very happy with the location of the rental as it’s close to town, many restaurants and 1 walking block to playa langosta beach. We also walked to langosta beach club for lunch and massages. I appreciated the condition of the house- the amenities (fully stocked kitchen), though recommend a new blender and a few maintenance issues that need to be fixed~ like dripping sinks. The pool was very relaxing after a day at the beach though could use some tlc on the grout which is older/ dirty looking. That said the pool itself was clean and cared for. Our only disappointment was the layout of the home. We have a young child and both additional bedrooms are not connected to the house. They are attached but you can only access from outside. If someone is staying in one of those rooms they could only access the house if the person from inside the house let them in. Also those rooms surround the pool which is a child safety issue. We had our 9 yr old sleep on pull out couch the entire trip inside the living room and never used the two bedrooms for sleeping which was a huge waste. I wish this was more clear in review or when we booked the house noting a child -9 that we were made aware so we had a heads up prior to booking.
