Unit 11A-6. Introducing the Sea Walk Condo! It’s not just any condo but a beautifully appointed oceanfront property with front row seats to views of a private rocky point and crashing waves. Settle into the Sea Walk Condo and enjoy your connection to the natural environment. Here you can sit in an Adirondack chair on the private ocean side deck or cozy in next to the roaring fireplace while watching the whales making their migrating journey to Baja and back. Take in the breathtaking views that are enhanced by a multilevel floorplan. One of the special features Sea Walk Condo has to offer is there is no bluff top trail between you and the ocean.

Tastefully appointed contemporary interior in neutral colors, stainless steel kitchen appliances and a well equipped kitchen make this a desirable vacation property. Conveniently located within walking distance of the Sea Ranch Lodge. Close proximity to the start of the Bluff Top Trail where you can begin your journey on foot hiking north bound for 10 miles along the Bluff Top Trail while enjoying secluded beaches and tide pools along the way. Sea Walk Condo is a true respite. Quality bed linens and towels are included with the rate.
Due to the close proximity to the ocean bluffs, homeowner suggests guests age 10 and older occupy this home rental. No Hot Tub or BBQ grill. Free WIFI.

SEA RANCH AND SONOMA COUNTY GUIDELINES
Drones are strictly prohibited in The Sea Ranch.
Quiet hours must be observed between 9pm and 7am every day.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at any time day or night.
Maximum number of vehicles at house shall be 2 (two), with 1 car carport available. No RV's.
Maximum occupancy is 4 for this home.

Beautiful condo visit spoiled by odor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My stay was marred by a foul odor that would come and go near the stairs at the entry level. I could never pinpoint the source nor could I find any stain or spill. It smelled like spoiled milk or worse. It was a near constant annoyance of an otherwise wonderful place. The powerful Pacific storm was amazing to watch from the living and dining room.On the final day, I finally found the odor's source. It was on the stair's carpet. I notified the agency about the location. Hopefully, it will be eliminated for the next guest.

The location on the property is unmatched for spectacular views of the coastline, watching the sunset and the moon beams. Easy access to the Lodge and hiking trails. This unit captures the spirit, history and beauty of Sea Ranch. Can't wait to return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Walk Condo. Nicely furnished, beautifully located and very quiet (except for the yappy dogs next store who got very excited whenever seeing a human). I think there should be a better checkout procedure. We had to drive a half hour out of our way to bring the keys back to the Beach Rentals office. Why not just leave in the unit and have housekeeping pick them up and return them to the office?

They responded to my email questions within 24 hours and provided detailed instructions for all aspects of the stay. The Sea Walk condo is beautifully appointed with an excellent view. The car park is conveniently located near the Unit. There are a lot of interior stairs connecting the three floors. For someone physically challenged or disabled this Unit would not work.
