The view is stunning, with a large deck overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and had all the amenities you need. The host was responsive to questions. We look forward to getting back there again soon.

This place is awesome!! 9 of us (5 adults, 4 kids) had a wonderful Thanksgiving here. BEST location! Couldn't be closer to the beach. The waves are like a lullaby. So nice to have access to beach chairs, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids. They had a blast running back and forth to the beach. The house was set up perfectly for a large (or small) family. It was very cozy and comfortable and had everything we needed. The only thing I was missing was a screen door in the sliding glass door so we could feel the ocean breeze and hear the crashing waves from inside the house too (without mosquitos.) Debby was a great host! Very accomodating and very quick response. We loved this place so much and can't wait to come back!

We had a great weekend on the beach in Cocoa. This house had such a relaxing vibe. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were nicely decorated. The suite downstairs was really spacious with a full bathroom. It had a king size bed and a twin bed and room enough for toddler cot. The outdoor deck was huge with a nice seating area and also a dining table and gas grill. The house was fully equipped and being right on the beach was the best. Our host Debbie was very accommodating. We are a family of 6 adults and 3 kids. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend getaway

We came for a family event and fell in love with the ocean and Florida. This house has everything (and more) a family beach vacation would need. Great location, beautiful scenery, clean beach. Hope to be back again someday. Thank you Debby for sharing your gorgeous home.

The way the east coast used to be!

Perfect setting. The way the east coast used to be before condos and hotels arrived. I used to surf these beaches as a teenager when a handful of houses were all that dotted the coast. Beautiful home. Plenty of room. The porch was amazing! Steps to beach. Everything you could need. Very few people on the beach in this spot. There is a large home being built in front of the house I am sure to the dismay of the owners but it does not affect the stay or sunrises. I will be back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Our stay at this house was excellent! The location with its beautiful beach front access was wonderful. We felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The house was well stocked with everything you’d need to cook. The beds and linens were great. The spiral staircase was a little difficult with suitcases but my daughters loved the charming bedroom at the bottom. The house had wonderful beach supplies and towels. It was a perfect stay for our family of five. * There is a big building going up right next to the house, but no construction was done during our stay. It was wonderful to hear the ocean right off the back porch every morning. We had a great time! We would definitely come back!

Perfection

This house was exactly what we were looking for. Directly on the beach with the most beautiful views. The garage had most everything you could need in terms of beach accessories (umbrella, tent, surf board, boogie boards, chairs, toys etc). House was clean with plenty of space for our family of 6. Can't wait to stay again!

Annual surfing trip

This was the third year that my daughters, granddaughters and I have stayed at this property. We will never stay anywhere else. Beautiful location, great beach access, big well furnished deck. The interior is comfortably furnished with lots of room for my family of seven. The beach decorations in the house add to the ambiance. The kitchen has everything you need & more. Don’t waste your time/money on a hotel/resort or any other property at Cocoa Beach. Stay at this beach cottage.

I needed a relaxing getaway in a peaceful setting. This home was perfect! The waves at night, the home decor, the hostess just everything. So grateful that I was able to do this for my family. It was a quick getaway but it was just right.

Wonderful beach house

We had an incredible stay at this beach house! The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the beach, and the views from the deck are breathtaking. Watching the sunrise over the water each morning, seeing a rocket launch from the beach house and playing in the surf were the highlights of our trip. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a beach day, including chairs, boogie boards, and an ice chest. There is plenty of outdoor seating on the deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The interior of the house was also fantastic, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Also there's a great family restaurant steps away as well. Highly recommend!

Little charm on cocoa beach

Great little house on the beach. We fit four of us comfortably. My son took the basement room with spiral staircase. All beach gear was in good condition and available to use! House was well stocked and a new grill! The enclosed porch with direct access to another small ground area for was great for the pup and gecko chasing! Plenty of deck chairs for lounging and umbrellas for shade with direct beach access.The host is very responsive as well.

Attractive House, Hugh Deck, on the Beach.

Deck space allowed for young grandchildren to run around, plus plenty of kid water toys available. Personal path to the beach. Three bedrooms. The downstairs bedroom was large and had a full bath, though access is a spiral staircase (which might be a consideration for very young or very old).

AMAZING

This was exactly what we were looking for four our daughter's Senior Spring Break: just the four of us right on the beach. A cute little (but doesn't feel little) place tucked into the sand dunes. Gorgeous views, saw some awesome ocean critters at high and low tides, lots of things to use (boogie boards, sand toys, bikes, etc.) along with a washer and dryer so we could pack a little lighter and not check bags. Did I mention the stunning views? Oh, and Squid lips just up the road is an awesome beach vibes restaurant with a fantastic patio! We had a wonderful time. Thank you for the memories!

Relaxing Vacation

We had a really great vacation at the beach house! The house was very comfortable and very well equipped. Debby definitely cares that her renters have an enjoyable stay with all the extras that are available and answered quickly when we had any questions. We spent a lot of time on the awesome deck and saw three rocket launches. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We would highly recommend this rental to all our family and friends. Love being right at the Beach!

Really comfy house right on the beach! We loved it!There is big construction behind that didn’t bother us but I’m sure will have an affect at some point. We would definitely stay again!

Home way from home!!!

We stayed in this beautiful property a few times!! We love expand family time with our 2 daughters now 18 and 21, and our little dogs!!! The views from the living room, master bedrom or deck is magnificent in the sunrise !!! We are very layback, we make breakfast and lunch at home and go out for dinner and ice cream. Will be back soon!!So thankful for this home!

Family getaway

This was a great place to spend a few days over the Christmas holiday! We really enjoyed the proximity to the beach. We visited several good restaurants in Cocoa Beach. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with a beautiful view of the ocean!

Our favorite place!

This is our second time staying at this proerty and we will definitely be back. The house is stocked with everything you could need, from linens and towels to laundry detergent and beach supplies. Two words sum up everything.......THE VIEW! It simply cannot be beat.

Spring break

Was hoping to be somewhat secluded. We were. There were condos on either side of us and beach access from across the road right beside us but we still pretty much had the beach to ourselves. We were told there were plenty_ of beach chairs but several were broken and rusty. Unusable. Also the living room could use more seating At least one more chair/recliner. Not enough seating for the amount of people the house holds.

AMAAAAZING Vacation Home!!!

This house is AMAAAAZING! The owners of this property do it better than anyone I have ever stayed with before. They have everything! Anything you could possibly need is right there for you. There were plenty of every kitchen item you could ever need, plenty of towels, tons of beach toys, plenty of seating on the deck, a grill, a dining table and 2 umbrellas to stay out of the hot sun. It's super short walk from the deck down to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clean. The location is close to dining and downtown. We were able to watch 2 rocket launches during our stay and we saw a sea turtle come onto the beach to lay her eggs which were amazing experiences!!!! Oh yeah, AND this house is pet friendly. Really the only thing that wasn't great for me was the spiral staircase down to the largest bedroom with 2 beds and a full bath. I didn't stay in that room, but the few trips I made up and down were a little tricky for an elderly person like myself. My youngest daughter and 2 grandsons took that room and they thought the staircase was cool. We hope to return and stay here again soon :)
