Sand, Surf, and Sun--a perfect beach house!

The house was absolutely perfect--well-maintained, well-decorated, and well-stocked. We had everything we needed, and we enjoyed our stay there so much. From the beach signs scattered around the house to the beautiful bed linens to the board games and boogie boards, we couldn't have asked for a better place to make our home during our vacation.

This is a perfect house on a quiet street. Wendy was a great host. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit to Kennedy Space Center. As a bonus we were able to see a rocket launch from the beach just a block away from the house.

Beautiful week in cocoa beach

Very clean, well stocked and very close to a quiet section of beach. Within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and bars. Also less than an hour drive to Orlando. Thanks for a great stay!

A Perfect House & Location!

We searched quite a few locations before settling on this listing due to ratings, location, number of beds, and beach theme decor. Based on pics, all 4 kids (ages 3-11) agreed that this one was THE one with the appealing ocean themed decor. They were eager for their first trip to Florida, and the first time going to the ocean. We are so glad we chose this one as it did not disappoint! The house was clean, large enough for our family of 6, plenty of towels, plenty of outdoor space, and a host that was a pleasure to deal with. We enjoyed our stay so much that we added another night onto our reservation once we got there! The house has everything you'd need to take kids to the beach...a shed with a beach wagon, boogie boards, surf boards, beach toys, chairs, and a bonus outdoor shower to rinse all that sand off! They even have some kid-friendly plastic utensils, plates, and cups! The older kids thoroughly enjoyed ending the gaming area to end the evening. If you have small children, I'd recommend making sure you pack an inflatable bed rail since the beds are high (thankfully we were prepared). Since we added onto our reservation, we ran out of paper towel so we contacted the host, which responded immediately and provided us more (as they live locally). I highly recommend Wendy as a host. We are hoping to go back one day! Thanks for the memories!

Cute quiet stay for family with young kids

We had a lovely stay with our toddler and baby. The house is very well stocked; I especially appreciated small items for the kids like sectioned silicone plates and cups with lids and straws. My daughter was obsessed with the mermaid doll toy. Lots of very thoughtful items to make one's stay a little more comfortable. It's also super well decorated, I did relocate some of the delicate items to a higher level during our stay.The house is in a quiet neighborhood well off the main street. You do have to walk a small way to the beach access, but it's close enough that we could dart out quickly to catch a rocket launch. The shed had lots of chairs, a beach cart, and toys. All in all it was a peaceful visit with plenty of space for our family.

Super Fun Experience

The house is immaculate and has everything you need for beach days! We traveled with our kids (ages 12, 10, 8, and 6) and enjoyed how close we were to the beach. The house has everything—a wagon to pull your stuff, chairs, sand toys, beach towels, and boogie boards. Location is great also; you’re close to putt-putt, lots of restaurants/bars, and about a 15-minute walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier. (We loved Pier 62 Oceanside Restaurant on the Pier—really good food and drinks!)We will be back!

Weekend Trip

This house was fantastic! The kitchen was extremely well stocked, bed was very comfortable, and the house was very clean. Host included shampoo, conditioner, soaps, lotions, etc. It is close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants. Highly recommend!

Xmas break getaway

Our stay was fabulous and we loved our home away from home. It truly felt like home and was incredibly cozy. Location was great, short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood. House is cutely decorated and well stocked with everything you may need. We appreciate having paper products, dish liquid, laundry detergent, beach towels, beach supplies. Nothing we needed to bring or get. Thank you for sharing your rental with us, See you again Cocoa Beach!

Great House in a Great Location

We stayed at this property for two nights just prior to a cruise. The house was conveniently located to Port Canaveral. It was close to the beach and perfect for 4 adults and 2 small children. Thank you for making our family trip so easy.

Great short stay

This was a great short stay for my family before our cruise. Hurricane Milton was coming in and we were able to communicate easily about our stay. The house was clean and the kids loved the game room with video games. The beach was close but unfortunately we were not able to enjoy it because of the hurricane weather. The little gifts and snacks were a lovely touch. The only complaint I have if I am being picky is that the air condition unit in the main bedroom was noisy. There is a unit for each room and the other rooms seemed fine but our bedroom was noisy. My husband said he didnt mind because it sounded like loud crickets to him and he likes camping :-)

Perfect place to unwind and spend time together

This house was perfect. It was just around the corner from the beach and also within walking distance to yummy restaurants and the Cocoa Beach Pier. Beds were comfy. The A/C was amazing, with a unit and controls in each room so we could each choose our favorite sleeping temperature. The shed out back is full of everything you need for the beach. Lots of beach towels and soft bath towels. The screened patio has a fan and protection from the elements as well as a TV with lots of channel choices. We spent a lot of our time in here. Wendy is awesome to work with. We really felt like this was a bargain! We will definitely be back!

A gem

So cute, so well thought out, at every turn there was a detail that was thought of. Location was so perfect, great size and plenty of areas to spread out and have space. We have stayed at countless VRBO's all over the US and this one was one of the best thought out and most impressive Not because it is flashy, but because it just seems to have everything a visitor to Cocoa Beach could want in the comfort of a home.

Dissappointed

House was not like the online pictures. When your rent is that high, you should get a larger space, a TV that gets regular channels, floors that don't stub your toes and the WIFI and passwords written correctly on the wall sign. Most of the thresholds were different heights and the main floor sloped. We are over 70 and if we had known about the floors, we never would have rented it. Bedrooms and bathrooms are very tight.
