Our Home features 3 bedrooms(master bedroom is on the main level with a King bed) , 2 full baths and a stylish half bath(the master bathroom is on the main level adjacent to the master bedroom). It sleeps a Maximum of 6 people. Home offers 2 queen beds and 1 King bed. We have a high chair along with a pack and play for the small sized traveler. We have included a kids corner so the small traveler will have their own entertainment area. The well equipped kitchen will make it easy to prepare meals and the kitchen bistro area allows you to enjoy your morning coffee at a relaxed and leisurely pace. We offer 4 Smart TV's. The garage has now been upgraded to a game room with a ping pong table and comfy spaces to relax . We have beach chairs and a few beach toys for the kiddos. Please bring your own favorite beach towels with you as we don't provide any. We’ve added a swing set in the backyard for the kiddos. We have a corn hole set for your outdoor enjoyment and a very relaxing hammock so you can lay back and chill. There's a large deck w/plenty of seating. The backyard is fenced so it's very private. The home is centrally located and extremely convenient to many points of interest in the Wilmington area. This Home is a non-smoking and non-vaping property. This is a not a pet friendly home. If we find a pet there, we will need to charge a $250 pet fee.

We had a great visit to Wilmington, made perfect with this property! The house itself was wonderful, and the swingset in the backyard - which had drawn us to the listing! - was a thrill for my toddler. You can't beat the location. Property owners were outstanding as well!

Quiet and tranquil neighborhood

Lisa and Eddie are awesome hosts as they always responded to me fairly quickly when I had a question. The house was clean and ideal for 4 adults and 2 toddlers, with the extra space in the backyard. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood which is perfect for a family. The drive to the beach was less than 15 mins with shopping and restaurants nearby. If you’re looking for a nice, quiet place with hosts almost always readily available for any questions, this is the place for you. They were great.

Thanksgiving With Our Son

Our son spent 10 yrs in Jacksonville in the Marines. We came from central IL to see him. It is so nice to have a beautiful home to relax and enjoy our time in. With Covid we didn't feel confortable being out in the general public, so it was really nice being comfortable sitting on the back deck or going for a walk in the nice quiet neighborhood. We will definately keep it in mind for our next trip.

Very disappointed to learn they had 13 people staying in the house. The reservation was for 2 adults & 2 children. They didn't communicate they were bringing more than the maximum allowed individuals to the home, which is very dishonest. They did leave the home clean & I was pleased with the condition of the home. I would not consider him again for any future reservations.

Excellent rental in town!

The house was perfect for our family of four! It was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed over the holiday. Lisa and Eddie went above and beyond to provide a comfortable stay, including a welcome basket with goodies and bath bombs. We would definitely stay here again!

A lovely property in a perfect

James and Lisa were welcoming, warm, accommodating hosts! Their property is lovely and in a great, centralized location between the beach and downtown. They went out of their way to make our stay special! If we return, we will be quick to stay at their property again!

Beautiful Home accommodating owner

Lisa the owner is fantastic! We stayed during 4th of July Holiday. She left us cupcakes, glow sticks, and two bottles of wine! Wow, never have I ever had an owner go above and beyond. She was quick to answer all my questions about family friendly places to go and eat. She accommodated us with highchair, playpen, and even sent message asking if we needed a stroller during our stay. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood but is very close driving distance to beach and downtown area. If you are thinking about booking this house just do it now! You won’t regret it. Thank you for everything Lisa and James!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, honestly even nicer than the listing images. Everything was very clean. You have everything you could need inside the home. The host lives right next store and she watched us very closely to the point that it made me uncomfortable. Overall enjoyed our stay despite some communication issues with the host.

Family Christmas

This was right in the middle of both my boys so location was perfect!! We used the back deck alot and had a fire the last night in backyard. Quiet/Beautiful neighborhood. We requested if it could be decorated for Christmas. Lisa went above and beyond to make it Beautifully decorated for us. We would highly recommend this place.

Very nice cozy home . Everything you need is in the house. Neighborhood was quiet and the owners were very nice and responded quickly. I would stay there again.

This well-maintained home is 6ish miles (less than a 15-min drive) from excellent Wilmington Beach public access with lifeguards, changing rooms, showers, shopping, pier, dining - you name it. Easy commute to all the neighboring beaches and Fort Fisher Aquarium as well. There are 3 decorated bedrooms which fit the four of us well (two adults and two teens). We also appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms. The back yard is fenced and large, with a grill and outdoor seating. There are two indoor dining tables, and TVs throughout — also Bose and Echo Dot in living room which is fun. The owner responded quickly to my husband’s questions. Everything we needed to straighten up was provided, and let me tell you about the kitchen. We went out to eat for the most part (vacation and great restaurants), but every pan, spice, utensil I needed at mealtime was there and then some. I brought ingredients and condiments, but wished I had olive oil and spices like the ones I have at home. Guess what? All provided and very much appreciated. Full disclosure: This review is written in August 2020 during the Covid-19 pandemic. We were delighted to have a house to ourselves during social distancing as opposed to a “crowded” hotel. The beaches weren’t crowded and the restaurants were very vigilant so we felt safe leaving home for the first time in “forever.” I hope you also have the opportunity to enjoy this home away from home regardless of what we are in store for next....

Great stay.

Needed to get away for the weekend and this place allowed us to do that. Almost all hotels were booked for the weekend so I was lucky to find this home. I forgot to add my 2 year old, it was my first time using this app for a rental and I was clicking through too quickly and the owner went above and beyond to get the pack n play that was advertised. It’s the cutest home and a good location. Lots of communication with owner. 10/10 recommended.
