Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: What we liked = the location, the master bed was comfortable and the bath with the hand held shower hose, the tv and its stations, the sitting area at the bedroom end. What didn't work well for us = the stool in the other end of unit was a low stool which someone who has a problem getting up it just was not what worked so well for the adult male age 60 with his problem. Also the living room furniture was not comfortable for any of us = too deep of sitting area on them. We would tell a friend about its good and not so good points and they could decide if it would keep them from choosing this place. The price was very good so that was another big plus.

Missing toilet paper and the master bathroom toilet was leaking causing water to turn on and off all night. Check-in and Check-out was very easy and the staff was responsive when we only received one key and needed another for the unit.

Excellent place to stay with family and kids

My son had a ball tournament for the weekend in St. Simons. We had 7 people in our party and getting hotel rooms would have been a nightmare. I had previously stayed at this location for a bachelorette weekend and knew it would be great, not to mention cheaper than all the hotel rooms I would have had to get. We were able to be together in between games and down time. They have a very nice pool and the area is within walking distance to the pier and shops. Can’t go wrong staying here.

Great location. Easy check in. Quiet. Only a few complaints: The linens could have been cleaner. The bedspreads and shams are in need of washing and some of the towels had stains. The water pressure in the showers wasn’t good and the dryer had to run 3 times to dry anything. A keurig would have been nice. There’s only a mr coffef Positives: bedroom step up was great for family with kids. They had charging stations everywhere for electronics and everything worked well. Kitchen items were good. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend it just wish it

Wonderful Place

This is exactly what my family needed. Just enough room for us all and in the perfect location. We were close to all the shops and places to eat. Outside the glass doors by the fountain and on the comfy couch were my two favorite places to be. Will definitely be in my favorites for next year.

Very cute place with great layout and location!

Condo was very cute, spacious and had a great layout for a family with small children. Especially loved that it was a short walk to many restaurants and shops as well as close by to a cute park for the kids to play at.
