Harbour Oaks: 3 bed/3 bath townhouse -Pup Friendly

Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this three-bedroom, three-bathroom upstairs vacation rental townhouse at Harbour Oaks on St. Simons Island.

Take approximately 20 steps to the front door and enter the first level of this lovely townhome. On the main floor, there is one bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as the kitchen, den and dining room. Plenty of room for everyone!

The next level has a king master bedroom with en-suite bath with a walk-in shower. The remaining guest room has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Harbour Oaks provides one covered parking space with extra spaces for additional cars.

The Harbour Oaks community is situated in a quiet gated area off Mallery Street. You are just a few blocks from the famous St. Simons Island Village/Pier, St. Simons Lighthouse, Neptune Fun Zone and many one-of-a-kind shops and restaurants. Just outside the gates, you will find the local park on Mallery Street featuring tennis & pickleball courts, dog park, baseball fields and playground.

Community amenities include a swimming pool (open seasonally), tennis courts and fitness room. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lagoons throughout.

CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am

• Group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Strict HOA 2 dog limit. Dogs are allowed with additional $100/pup non-refundable pet fee.
• 1 Covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots.
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area and pickleball courts!

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

What to Expect in your Unit:
• There are 4 TVs located in this property for streaming
• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

Not clean

Not as clean as our previous trips. Hair on kitchen counter, bathroom sinks, living room carpet, etc. When plugged in the electrical grill on the patio, the circuit breaker got overloaded, we were unable to use the grill.

Great location and well appointed hideaway.

Harbour Oaks is a great place to stay near the village on SSI. It's also a quick walk, bike or golf cart ride to "other" side of the Isle--King and Prince area and East Beach. The condo overlooked the stream that runs through the complex so that you can see the turtles. The furniture was cozy and there are two master suites (in addition to a third bedroom), so ideal for two couples to share with kids. Dog friendly, too! The only down side was that the porch is so teeny (and access to it is blocked by the sofa) that it's really not a place you can sit. There are benches throughout the complex, so we were able to hang out there for a drink in the eve.

Harbor Oaks 112 was a good fit since it was conveniently located to wonderful restaurants, the beach and shops. Our residence for the weekend was clean and homey. We also enjoyed meeting some new friends at Frederica Baptist Church for Sunday services.

In the kitchen we feel that there should be more cooking utensils. Other than those couple of things we like our stay at Harbour Oaks, it was a very nice place and we will be at the same place next year. Real Escapes are very nice to work with.We enjoyed all the restaurants and going down to village .

Thanksgiving getaway

Very relaxing area for a great Thanksgiving spent with family. Condo was very clean with ample quantity of kitchen and bath supplies to meet all our needs for a 5 night stay. Convenient location within walking distance of the historic district. Would love to go back.

The unit was clean and comfortable with most everything we needed, making for a relaxing weekend. The walking distance to the village made it easy to get around and really enjoy the atmosphere and excitement that surrounds the Georgia Florida Weekend in St. Simons.
