Esta nueva casa de playa de Kite es una villa moderna de nueva construcción (2019) ubicada justo frente a la playa de kite en la conocida ciudad de Cabarete. Está esperando ofrecerle momentos inolvidables de vacaciones y un alojamiento confortable en su ubicación ideal para relajarse cerca de la playa y de todas las comodidades.

El espacio
La villa de lujo tiene una superficie habitable neta de 320 metros cuadrados, que se distribuyen en 2 niveles.
Se encuentra en primera línea de mar con acceso privado al mar e impresiona con sus impresionantes vistas del mar y las puestas de sol. La propiedad de lujo combina la arquitectura tradicional, un diseño interior muy moderno, absoluta privacidad y perfecta orientación al sol. Una maravillosa terraza, rodea la piscina, que invita a tomar el sol.

La casa de playa Kite tiene grandes terrazas para disfrutar de las vistas sobre el océano y escuchar las olas que ruedan en la playa.
En el nivel inferior, hay una cocina de planta abierta con lavadero, un dormitorio con baño y un amplio salón comedor y acceso a las amplias terrazas cubiertas y descubiertas y al área de la piscina de esta villa de lujo.

We had an awesome stay at this property. Communication with host was excellent. The location was very good, right on the beach with daily kite surfing to watch from our pool. The house was very comfortable and had everything needed for a great stay. When we did stay inside, the air conditioning worked great in all rooms of the house(there is no AC in one of the four bedrooms, but we only needed three). Jenny, the housekeeper, was a complete joy. She cooked for us several days and it was always fantastic. She was very helpful and always cheerful. We also used the driver recommended by our host, Joel. He was always on time, quite knowledgeable, and very friendly. Given the roads and local drivers, we highly recommend using a driver rather than renting a vehicle of your own.The one cautionary issue is that the beds and linens are not very comfortable. This was not enough of an issue for us to lower our overall rating of the house, but it may be a significant concern for some. We provided the feedback directly to the host as well.Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this property and would recommend it.

A Vacation To Repeat

A perfect location for 3 couples. Everyone has their own bedroom/bathroom. The open concept of kitchen, dining room, and living room provide ample space when staying inside. Most of your time will be spent enjoying the beautiful pool and beach right in front of the property! We made use of Joel's taxi services to and from the airport as well as excursions. The snorkeling that he set up was one of the best we have ever participated in. Jenny is amazing and we had her prepare dinner 3 different nights during our stay. Her bubbly personality and sense of humor were refreshing and melded into our having an amazing experience. The few times we had questions a short call to Alex took care of the issue. A couple of restaurant/bars a short distance from the house added to the levity and festive times.

Restful Elegance with Options

A beautiful property on one of the world’s best kiteboarding beaches in the world. It was enhanced by Alex, Joel , and Jenny, who were there to assist us with any needs we had, whether it was help with immigration details, transfer and taxi rides, or laundry. The modern home is well appointed with everything we needed to relax, cook, and be comfortable. The AC and ceiling fans made the place comfortable day and night. Plenty of TV’s, a gas cooktop, fresh bottled water and a stainless fridge were all at our fingertips. The beach was just beyond the glass fence surround on the infinity pool, with kiteboarding schools both to the right and left of our property. A restaurant within a stones throw served three meals a day, and a short taxi ride got us to anything else we could ask for. We’ll be back to ere again.

One week at our new favorite beach house

Wonderful experience! Joel was at airport to meet us and transfer us the 25 mins to the property. House was great for 6 adults. Amazing view from pool deck and upper deck. 2 of us took a class and kite-boarded all week, right in front of the property. The pool is the perfect size and depth. The house was provisioned well for cooking and lounging. We walked on beach to Cabarete town (2km) multiple times for dinner and used local taxi to return late night or with groceries. Janet’s supermarket has everything you need. You can secure a taxi very easily in town and the one-way fare is always 400 DOP ($8). You don’t need to rent a car. Kite Beach hotel, two properties to the east, has a great restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner where you can sit in the sand and watch all the kite action. Jenny can assist you with anything and is super nice. Alex is very available and will respond quickly to any request. Loved this place so much- Will return!

The best spot for kitesurfing

This is very special house where you can kitesurf right on the beach in front of it. Jenny cooks great meals. Love the fried plantains! And the pool is everyone favorite. Walking distance to restaurants on the beach. Fantastic place to spend vacation.

Devastated to leave!

This was the most enjoyable and relaxing vacation we have had (saying a lot with 3 kids in tow). I cannot wait to come back. Alex, Jenny and Joel were all fantastic and helped us with anything we needed. Jenny is a wonderful chef. Such a beautiful property it was like a dream!

Amazing Property, Great Location

This is a beautiful, immaculate property is situated on Kite Beach in a private-gated area. The area includes the vacation home and a small care-taker house out by the tall, electric, private gate. The house is beautifully decorated and comes with lots of amenities. The A/C works great and the beds are very comfortable! We especially enjoyed the upscale feel and comfort of the home and the gorgeous pool and patio! We love that a care-taker is onsite (within the gates) so we could always get our questions answered or make requests. The driver, Joel, who the manager makes available to guests, is awesome. We called on him quite frequently and he was ALWAYS on time or a few minutes early! The entire experience at this property was just fantastic. We would definitely stay here again!

Sophisticated & Elegant! Everything we hoped for!

The house and the property it is situated on are simply stated, spectacular. Sleek, contemporary, yet inviting is the most accurate way to describe the house, while the pool and outdoor areas provide breathtaking views and offer numerous ways to relax and unwind. Unlike most reviewers, we did not engage the services of Jenni, and her son, Christopher, nor Mr. Joel. This is not to say that Jenni and Christopher were not exactly as described: warm, welcoming, friendly and entirely professional. It was an added pleasure knowing they were around. We, 5 family members/spouses in our 50s & 60s, opted for renting our own car, shopping in the local grocery stores. cooking and bonding over meals, exploring Cabarete, Sosua, and Puerto Plata, while swimming and bodysurfing the waves right outside our door where on a daily basis, scores of kite-surfers entertained us beyond measure. Additionally, Alex made the entire process seamless by being an exceptional host. This was truly an experience we will cherish.

Awesome getaway

The property is beautifully appointed and the staff is first class. Jenny who stays on the property is a joy and lovely to work with. She always came in with a smile. We had a few days of uninterrupted fun in the sun and I would definitely recommend this property. Alex was helpful and unobtrusive. It made our time on beautiful kite beach a memorable one and we would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Best views in the Dominican.

All of the photos are very accurate of this lovely home. I can’t say enough about the views. Kite Beach is something unique and spectacular. There are four bedrooms. I would only clarify that the bedroom on the first floor is very small and does not have any air-conditioning. I didn’t think that was as clear as it should have been in the description. The real gem of this property is Jenny. Jenny is available to cook, to clean, to do laundry, even to give massages - and she is GREAT! She is the most hospitable and welcoming person that you could ever want. We had several mishaps during our visit and she supported us, kept the owner informed, and always checked to be sure we were OK. We all fell in love with her. We engaged Jenny to prepare dinner each night we were there – seven nights. One night was a special occasion and she rose to that challenge as well. We worked together to decide the main course. Then she created a full course meal with all the fixings. She did all the shopping, and she was very accurate in asking for money for the food. She gave receipts and change. She is an incredible and diverse cook. Obviously she had a huge impact on our trip. Equally Joel, the driver who is available for you to engage, went above and beyond. As I stated we had a few mishaps one of which was a broken foot on day two of our trip and he spent the entire day at the hospital helping sort things out and translating and giving guidance, etc. We changed our mind several times on plans but he was extremely flexible. He also provided guidance to us on excursions. One in particular was a private catamaran. He organized a half day with snorkeling and BBQ lunch - plenty of drinks - got us there, and was there to pick us up when it was all over. He was extremely accommodating. Plus, he researched where to get the proper Covid tests 24 hours before our flight and took us to get tested and went back later to pick up the documented negative results required at the airport. The rules had changed the week we arrived. Prior to December 202, it was 72 hours - at least for US citizens. I don’t want to leave out Criss who is Jenny’s son. He was always available to be helpful to us, and to help Jenny get the groceries put away in the house as well as a few house related issues that came up. We knew that if Jenny wasn’t available Criss would definitely help us. A lovely home with wonderful support staff!

Ultimate Beach House Experience Ever!!

Absolutely gorgeous beach house in the perfect location. It is always a risk to rent an unseen property but this place is so much better in person. We had Joel pick us up at the POP airport and take us to the property. Super Host, Alex, met us there and made us feel welcome. He showed us around and then introduced us to Jenny, who stays at the front of the property in separate quarters. She is so sweet and always has an ear to ear smile. She gave my bride a relaxing massage on one of the days and also cooked a wonderful meal for us one night. She is available for several services with proper notice. The property was absolutely spotless and you can open the bottom floor up on 3 sides when you slide back the floor to ceiling glass doors and let that tropical breeze flow through. This place is very secure and there is a single locking gate that goes down to the beach where that gorgeous blue water is less than 60 feet. The property is located on Kite Beach and there are dozens of kite surfers that come out in the afternoons which makes for a spectacular setting. I think this is the perfect location because it is isolated enough for your own privacy so that you can relax in peace and yet it is just a short walk along the beach to the kite schools and other water sports activities as well beach bars and restaurants. If you are searching through properties and are having trouble deciding which one you think you might like, please do yourself a favor and contact Alex and book this place. We have been home for only a day and we are already planning our next stay there.

AH-MAZING

I'm trying to think of the things that I would want to know about. So, first we felt extremely safe as the house is gated and in a good area. Secondly, the house looks like the pictures and just feels even better in person too. The cook/maid and the taxi driver were so nice and helpful. Alex made sure we were taken care of even with travel issues we experienced with our airline. I would totally stay at this property again and hope to be able to one day. Also, this was the first time I've ever gotten a rental house and it's something I will definitely look at doing again. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Excellent experience

OMG!! Where do I start!! It has been by far one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! It is exactly the way you see it in the pictures or even more stunning. Yenni, Cristofer, y El señor Joel (the driver) were AMAZING!! THESE people were by far, the most honest, humbled, and caring human beings that I have ever met. They were all very caring, and were always making sure that we had what we needed at all times. Yenni, was the cook, housekeeper, massus, and she cooks DELICIOUS 😋. you asked she does it and you can feel the love thru her food!! Her massages are incredible! She kept the house clean and super organized. Cristofer was so sweet and helpful he was available at all times and always willing to help. Mr Joel was are driver and always made sure we were safe and did not put any of us in harms ways. Everything was above and beyond our expectations. These people made sure that were always happy and that we had everything we needed and beyond. I have no words to express the gratitude and the way they made us feel. This was and always will be one of the best vacations we have ever had. Did I mention that Yenni's food was AMAZING? OH well I say it again it was!! The lady can cook Almost EVERYTHING you asked!! Loved it. Thank you Alex and his team for the wonderful experience! We definitely recommend this place!

Location is perfect, on the quiet side of the beach, very close to kite surf schools and good restaurants. The house is truly amazing, stunning view on the beach from the master suite. Jenny who leaves at the entrance of the property is very kind and helpful. One of our best rental experiences.

Wow - this is an amazing property. We had an absolutely epic vacation at the kite beach house. First off - the property is brand new which is why there aren’t so many reviews. I think we were the second folks to stay at the house. It’s totally built out to the owners specs and is extremely modern. The appliances and bathrooms are all adorned with brand new stainless steel. There’s a water cooler with ample water for your entire stay, and an absolutely beautiful kitchen area / BBQ. About 15 min away there’s a large grocery store in Sosua that you can visit to stock up on supplies. The location is absurdly convenient. You’re literally beachfront, with a little gate that walks you right to the sand. Next door is the XTREME hotel cabarete, as well as a nice restaurant for sushi / breakfast / typical American style fare. It’s a 10 minute beach walk to TUVA, an amazing Italian beachfront restaurant which was next level good. Alex, the host, is amazing. He provided us with a private driver (we paid him but he was essentially on call) to help us move around. Sosua beach is about 20 min from the house and is incredible. Snorkeling, adventure, scuba, water sports etc are all there waiting for you. Kite beach itself is an awesome site to see, with 50-60 kite surfers daily. The water is warm. We went on an excursion to paradise island just a few hours away which was unreal and truly incredible. Alex actually brought us medicine on Christmas morning after my wife had a fall, he was so incredibly available and responsive to our needs. He has a lot of other properties and is super knowledgeable about the area. The driver, Joel. Is alex’s friend and introduced us to Jose, a local who helped with all our excursions. There is a small guest house on property with a full time security guard (Christopher) and a maid/massage therapist (Jenny) who are both extremely sweet and nice folks. It made us feel secure, although the area is already extremely safe. Overall I rate this property a 100/100. No real complaints whatsoever. A brand new villa with an awesome pool that’s right on the beach, with unspeakable intangibles to make your vacation amazing. This is a great property in a really awesome area of the Dominican and you should book with full confidence!
