Beautiful newly built home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms located right on river and beautiful centennial trail. 3 bedrooms upstairs with views of thr Spokane River and den to serve as potential 4th bedroom/space downstairs. A large upstairs loft with an additional wueen sleeper sofa. 2 full bathrooms upstairs including an amazing master en suite with 3 head shower and soaker tub. This is a perfect way to spend your stay in Spokane if you have a family! Lots of space for your kids, and a fully fenced yard with a beautiful patio and outdoor fireplace and tv to enjoy sunsets, s’mores and movies. Very easy access to I-90 to get to downtown Spokane or Coeur d’Alene. Great parks just blocks away! Awesome restaurants very close! This home is close to everything while being in a great, safe, family friendly neighborhood.

Amazing Home, Location and Host!

The stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful. The location by the river is very peaceful. Heather is a great host and was very responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Perfect for families or anyone!

This house is quite lovely and the amenities are superb. It was a perfect place for our family to stay while visiting our home town for a family reunion. Everybody enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the surrounding area.

Sibling Weekend for a Win

Great ammenities and access to Centennial Trail. Lots of space and very comfortable for our 6 adults. Wonderfully lit surfaces for puzzles. Loved hearing the sound of the Spokane River right out the back.

Beautiful home

This was a great location with a clean and beautiful home. We enjoyed our stay and the beautiful view from the house. The only complaint I have is every closet was locked so there is no place to unpack clothes and not enough space to hang items you want to stay nice. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here.

The Perfect Home Away From Home

Beautiful setting, fantastic house, and gracious hosts. The house was well stocked with amenities. We didn't want for anything. The location was perfectly placed between Spokane and Coeur d'Alene, making it easy to visit all of the local attractions. I couldn't recommend it more.

Perfect Place

Perfect Neighborhood, Perfect Accommodations, Perfect Location - Just Perfect. We've stayed at VRBOs for several years now and we can agree this place had everything (except a pool and/or a beach :-)). The kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor pation had grill/smoker/fireplace/tv. You can entertain inside or outside. Would highly recommend.

Girls trip 2024

The property was great. The home was so spacious and clean. The river ran right behind the property and was so peaceful. The lord cation was jammed st right. We didn’t have to travel far was a central link cation to a lot of attractions and other spall towns. We loved our stay. Would recommend this house to anyone going to Spokane Washington and Idaho area.

2nd Time is just as Great as the 1st Time

This is our 2nd time at this property and... It has everything one needs to enjoy their family during the holidays. Spacious area on the 1st floor to eat and converse, an outdoor fireplace/seating area to roast marshmallows, plus a nice 'chill' area upstairs for the kids to 'chill' :-) The property has all the essentials in the kitchen to cook for the family. No need to eat out every meal - like when staying in a hotel, etc. Just a 'Great Place' to relax with the family!!!

A place that feels like home

My friend and I had a beautiful stay at this home. This was our first time using a VRBO and it did not disappoint.The home is as beautiful as the pictures on the listing. Heather (the host) was so helpful in giving us more ideas of things to do in the area. She was gracious over all. The home is in a nice development and had everything we needed. When we came back to the VRBO from our events, it truly felt like we were coming home. I wouldn’t hesitate at all to stay in this home again. Thank you to Heather for being true to her listing and for being so kind.

AMAZING IN SO MANY WAYS!!

Amazing stay! SO clean Everything + in the kitchen (spices; pans; baggies; dishwasher; dish soap; coffee and coffee pot; gas stove; plenty of plates, glasses, bowls, and platters; utensils; lots of countertop space and storage) Wonderful outdoor living (back patio with fireplace, TV, lounge area, table and chairs, hammock, good-sized yard, direct access to river - fishing and swimming - and walking path) PLENTY of towels and blankets Games and books to use Clothes washer/dryer with soap and dryer balls Great open floor plan (great for family time) Amazing master bath with large shower with two shower heads AND a rain shower head and soaking tub Baths with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, nice hand soaps Three nice bedrooms plus a couch bed in loft area GREAT LOCATION and only 30 minutes from Spokane International Airport. Awesome host!! Thank you, Heather, for a great vacation!

Great neighborhood and home

The house size/layout and back patio/yard were great! We loved the neighborhood as well! Pros: house layout, room sizes, amount of space, neighborhood, location, parking, amount of bathrooms, and washer/dryer. Heather was also a great communicator! We would stay here again, for sure! Cons: there’s zero hanging space and limited drawers that can be used. We were there for a wedding but with every closet locked, there was nowhere to keep our gown and suits hung during our stay. Also, the floors were a bit dirty, not normally an issue but if there was a small vacuum we could have used that would have been nice. With two little ones, I was hesitant to let them play on the floor.

Thank you for your feedback! The downstairs hall closet has hanging space that previous guests have used for their formalwear. We will look into additional options, though. We will share your review with our cleaning service as well. There is, however, a vacuum in the downstairs closet for any needed clean ups during a stay.

Far exceeded our expectations!

This is our first time using vrbo. Heather was super helpful answering questions, and great with communication. I thought the photos were clear and helpful, and I appreciated the updated photos (posted after booking) that gave us an idea of the nearby river. (since my husband was bringing his fishing gear). But, everyone in my group was really surprised when we walked in to find the place was even nicer than the photos depicted. Like I said, photos were great- but the place was truly amazing! Plenty of space, much bigger than we thought. Both indoor and outdoor spaces were awesome. Very clean too, which we appreciated. All the people in our group, as well as family from our reunion that stopped in to view the place, are already making future plans to rent Heather’s house, when we have our next reunion. On a scale of 1-5 stars, we rate it a 10! Just Perfect. Oh, and the extended family that stayed in hotels and other rental homes all said ours was the best when comparing it to where they stayed.

Amazing spacious. Wonderful views. Was exactly what all of us needed to relax and have a peaceful place. Wonderful house, property, to gather and visit. Rooms were all comfortable and cheerful. White Christmas

My husband, myself, and 2 children rented this home in hopes of having a comfortable place to reconnect with family in the area. The home and area far exceeded all expectations. Adam and Heather were very accommodating and responsive. The home was well appointed and close to all kinds of fun. We played in the snow, checked out the holiday lights in Orchard Park, and watched Christmas movies by the fire. We had an amazing time and many memories were made this trip. We would love to come back when it’s not snowing.. The outside sitting area looks amazing!! It snowed most of this trip so sitting outside was not all that appealing.. lol. But the view to the Spokane River was still beautiful in all it’s winter glory!! .. And the kids loved looking for the bunny tracks each morning in the snow from the wild rabbits in the area. Lot’s of fun!! Would love to come and stay again sometime.
