Exactly as pictured….even better… loved the attention to detail, all the art, so much to delight the eye wherever we looked. Generously furnished and generously provisioned in every way. You always wonder what you’ll find to work with in the kitchen - this had everything and then some. Good quality and beautiful choices for serving etc. We loved our stay here. Comfortable bedding, beautiful views, everything worked. Game room was a hit with everyone ages 7-76! The whole house felt spacious, even more so with the wind-protected front terrace, the loft, and serene outdoor back areas to soak in the solace of the sea. All communication was prompt and helpful. We’d hope to stay again and again. Loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay. This beachfront property is a rare find. Mia and Mike have done a fantastic job at making this like your home way from home. They truly thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Property is very clean, warm, cozy and inviting. We will certainly be back.

Not only is this the ideal location, but this place has it all. All the amenities, breathtaking views, game room, and the fact you can walk two minutes to the beach. Perfect all around!

Casa Bella was Great!

Casa Bella is an amazing property in an amazing location. So easy to walk down to the beach and enjoy the amazing sights. The house was great and offered many great games such as pool, darts, ping pong, and more. The house was fully stocked with every thing you could possibly need. The house is close to many different attractions as well. Highly recommend this property!

Another Amazing Stay

We found this property in August 2020 and it was an amazing getaway during Covid. Our kids have been begging to go back and we were finally able to make it back! The view and sunsets are breathtaking, the house is comfy, it's close to the beach, and a short drive to fun day excursions!

Beautifully appointed beach themed house was perfect for our family weekend getaway. Mia was a terrific host and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. While the ocean view was amazing, we enjoyed much of our time in the tranquil garden seating area sheltered from the ocean breeze. Table tennis was our favorite activity filled with laughter and fun! Definitely a 5/5 property and experience!

Beautiful home by the beach

Our family loved our stay in this wonderful home. It is big enough for eight adults to enjoy time together. We loved being so close to the ocean, and the trail from the house is such a bonus. We look forward to next time.

This property is a 10 all the way around. Beautiful home and the amenities are endless. Beautiful kitchen with everything you could need in it. Check in was a breeze and Mia is the best!!!! Took our grandchildren and they had so much fun with the games/pool table and ping pong table and just steps away from the ocean. We can't wait to come back.

Amazing Pacific Views

Amazing location with a really nice yard and incredible views. Plenty of space to stretch out. Some furnishings are somewhat dated and a few things were dusty, but overall a great place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Relaxation at the Beach

Mia’s place is clean and beautifully kept. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable and we loved the game room with ping pong, pool, and darts. Her fully stocked kitchen was welcoming for our holiday meals. The sound of the waves and proximity to the beach were a real treat. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great Father's day weekend

What a beautiful home with spectacular views it was very clean and tastefully decorated. Lots of room for my family. The game room was so much fun it inspired me to recreate it at my home. The host was very friendly and answered any questions promptly. We cannot wait to come back.

Bodega Bay Beauty

This is a beautiful, immaculate and comfortable beach themed home. The ocean views from both living rooms are unobstructed and stunning. Mia, the owner, has thought of everything, from the bedrooms to the recreation room, kitchen and living areas. The beach is just steps from the large back yard. We'll certainly return.

First California experience

We could not have been happier with our stay. The location was breathtaking, so much beauty. Home was stocked with everything we needed and so clean! Owners we easy to communicate with and responded quickly with questions. God's creation was definitely enjoyed just sitting on the sofa! Thanks for sharing your place!

Beautiful home & awesome view!

We had a great time at this home. Everything was clean and well stocked. I loved that each room had its own bathroom & bathroom supplies. The host was clear with all instructions. The only thing I would suggest is that you bring your own beach chairs for the back patio. The concrete table wasn’t the most comfortable. I hope to stay here again!

Awesome property, even more awesome owners

Family of 5 wanted a weekend getaway for hiking, kayaking, cooking, board games. We could not have dreamed of a better home to base out of. Everything worked, supplies were abundant, owner was easy to contact and ask questions, beds were comfortable, huge TV in den was amazing g for Olympics watching, views were killer.... it was just so easy and comfortable and spacious. Wow. We will be back!

In general, it's a clean house in a nice location, and the host is responsive. We had a good time and didn't regret choosing this house.Pros:- A beautiful view and nice grounds.- An ample space for joint activities - living room, dining room, game room and more.- A kitchen with everything you need for a short stay, including some supplies (salt, pepper, spices) but not everything that was ever left by previous guests.- Clean and nicely decorated rooms.- Comfortable mattresses - not too soft, not too hard.- A bathroom in each bedroom plus one bathroom in the common area.- A gas fireplace with a remote control in one of the bedrooms.- Modern and clean washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator.- A very reasonable check-in and check-out time.Cons:- A slightly strange configuration for two out of 3 bedrooms: they are joined by a door that needs to be closed but can't be locked other than by a key, and then the entrance to that room becomes through the game room/garage (completely workable but strange)- One of the master bedrooms doesn't have any wardrobe to hang clothes.- A bathroom in one of the master bedrooms is really tiny. Really tiny. It's usable, and you can choose to take a shower in the forth bathroom, which is of the regular size. - Just one and not the best pillow per person. Spare ones could be found in the closet, but there are no clean pillowcases for them.
