**** El calendario siempre se actualiza y puede reservar la propiedad en línea **** Nuestra residencia de 2.500 pies cuadrados fue construida en 2018 y cuenta con 4 dormitorios y 4. 5 baños y se encuentra a solo 3 millas del centro de Durango y a 27 millas (30 minutos) de la estación de esquí Purgatory. Esta casa se encuentra en uno de los mejores entornos residenciales en el área de Durango y cuenta con impresionantes vistas hacia el norte sobre el Valle de Animas, pero a solo minutos del centro de Durango. A una altura de 7,000 pies, disfruta de un entorno alpino con vistas excepcionales, mientras estás cerca de todas las increíbles comodidades y recreación que vienes a Durango para experimentar. This home in Durango was perfect for our stay for our daughter‘s 35th birthday with some of her friends. The check in/code entry was very easy. The kitchen was very well stocked with implements and some herbs, etc.. The deck facing the mountains was lovely to sit on, and the hot tub great too Soak tired muscles after ATVing, horseback riding, etc.. All the bedrooms and beds were comfortable, the bathrooms, clean, and lovely.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was one of the prettiest places we have stayed. Views were stunning, house was beautiful, house was very clean and had everything we needed. There were eight of us so one couple stayed above the garage which was no problem as it was summer. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house with a thoughtful floor plan, in a great area. It was super clean and extremely well stocked. The deck was a great gathering place with plenty of seating and amazing views. There wasn’t anything about the property that disappointed us. I must also mention that the management company was a pleasure to work with. They were always quick to respond to any questions from the moment I booked to checkout. This was by far a favorite rental for our family.
