Nuestra casa urbana de 1,700 pies cuadrados, 3 habitaciones, 2. 5 baños, Crimson Cliff (Unidad 55) está ubicada cerca del río Animas a solo 4 millas al norte del centro de Durango y 25 millas de Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutos). Esta casa ofrece una ubicación ideal con vistas incomparables del valle del río Animas y acceso inmediato a la zona turística sin tener que conducir por la ciudad para llegar a los senderos, las tierras forestales nacionales y la zona de esquí.

El tranvía de Durango se detiene justo en frente de la casa cada 20 minutos, por lo que es conveniente llegar al centro de la ciudad sin tener que conducir o estacionar.

La sala de estar principal cuenta con una chimenea de gas, así como un televisor de pantalla plana 4K de 50 "y un reproductor de DVD Blue Ray. Hay una parrilla de gas en la cubierta de la sala de estar principal.

El complejo Crimson Cliff incluye un parque privado con cancha de voleibol de arena, juegos infantiles, mini golf de nueve hoyos, pequeño estanque, fogata y un sendero para caminar de grava alrededor del gran césped.

We mainly used the unit for sleeping. Otherwise, we were out all day and ate all meals out. Everything was very nice. Would suggest a cooling unit on the main floor, similar to those in the bedrooms… hot and stuffy, even though we opened both balcony door and main window. It might also be worth noting that there are two sets of stairs, both steep and long, and not the best for elderly access.

Overall our stay was pleasant. We had problems with power going off if two air conditioners were running at the same time. Also, the street noise was very loud since we had to keep windows open due to the type of air conditioners installed in the windows.The description of the unit was not specific regarding the amount of stairs, so that was very difficult for two of us with health issues. Lastly, we were here for relaxation and the couch was very uncomfortable.

As described, clean, comfortable, nice condition. Only issue was that we were given the wrong name of the WiFi and had to figure that out.

Durango getaway

My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing stay in Durango

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

Weekend trip

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Peaceful celebration/vacation

My family has roots in Durango. I grew up in the area as well as my children in their younger years, so the opportunity to return to see my son graduate from FLC was a heartfelt and sentimental experience. I purposefully looked for a place to stay that would fit all six of us comfortably as well as be close to town, and this property fit the bill perfectly! It was a quiet, peaceful area, close enough to make quick runs to the grocery store or go out to restaurants in the area, and of course a hop, skip, and a jump to the college. The bedrooms were comfortable, the living space roomy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for fixing meals. I highly recommend this property if you don't want to be too far from town, yet still be able to experience a quiet escape.

Very nice!

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

Clean and convenient. Looked like a nice complex. But after the first night, we found that there was a guy across the walkway in the other building who had cameras situated on his 2nd floor balcony and 3rd floor balcony sitting on a chair, not even mounted to the wall or any thing. The cameras were pointing straight into the unit that we were in, lights and all. They were not there the first night, but with the power cord attached and strung out across the balcony propped up on a chair. It was really weird and irritating to be honest. My husband wanted to go knock on his door but I was able to talk him down. Not good for business if you ask me other than that we loved the city of Durango and the townhouse was comfortable. Just a lot of steep stairs to climb

Durango Family Vacation

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

Of course we had minor adjustments with some little things to make it perfect for us but that’s to be expected. We found the steps to get in and out to be good exercise and the kitchen was amazing to have several quiet meals in The communication with the owners is also easy and amazing.

The carpet needs to be restretched throughout the home. Someone is going to catch a heel on one of the bumps and have a fall. 2. The bunkbed room had no electricity. 3. Condo HSA does not allow outside grilling. 4. Did not realize there were 16 steps up to the main level and then 16 more to the bedrooms. My fault for not looking closely at the pictures. Again, enjoyed our stay! Had enough supplies in kitchen and bathrooms! Thanks!
