** DESCRIPCIÓN GENERAL DEL CONDOMINIO **
Bonita casa de pueblo de estilo montañés ubicada a unos pasos de la parte inferior de Park City Mountain Resort. Minutos a la histórica calle principal, tiendas y lugares de entretenimiento. Las comodidades incluyen: servicio de transporte gratuito que lo lleva a cualquier parte de la ciudad, piscina comunitaria climatizada durante todo el año, estacionamiento cubierto, bañera de hidromasaje compartida justo enfrente del condominio, lavandería de monedas. Duerme hasta 10 personas con el uso del sofá cama. Chimenea de gas en la sala de estar para relajarse después de un largo día esquiando.

**UBICACIÓN**
Este condominio se encuentra en uno de los mejores lugares de la ciudad. Literalmente cruzando la calle desde la parada de autobús principal en Park Ave, mercado de productos frescos, colesport, jans y Burger king. La capitana Molly está lo suficientemente cerca como para tirar los esquís en el hombro y tomar el autobús para el viaje de dos minutos por la carretera hacia la base de la estación de esquí de Park City.

**COMODIDADES**
La puerta de entrada de nuestro condominio entra directamente en el área de la piscina y el jacuzzi, que es perfecta después de un largo día de esquí, ciclismo o senderismo. Nuestro condominio está equipado con los mejores muebles para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible. Una cama King en el dormitorio principal y King en la segunda habitación, ambas con espacio más que suficiente para guardar ropa, maletas y más. La tercera habitación tiene 2 literas, ambas camas individuales en la parte superior e inferior. La unidad está totalmente equipada con toallas, ropa de cama, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina. Encontrará todo lo que necesita para hacer de este condominio su hogar durante toda su estadía. Venga a relajarse junto a la hermosa chimenea de gas en la habitación del frente y esté completamente conectado con WiFi y televisión por cable.

Family Ski Vacation

The condo was very spacious and comfortable. The location is fantastic- right next to the hot tub and behind the bus stop. An easy walk to the grocery store, Starbucks, and 6m walk to the base. The only complaint I have is that the master bed was very firm.

Nice place and location

We had a great time during our stay. We had excellent communication with the manager/owners who took care of any minor issues we had. The property was in a very good location central to everything. I also think the property was actually bigger than it looked in the pictures and was more than big enough for our family of 5.

Great Stay in Park City!

We had an awesome stay at Captain Molly's! Spacious condo that fit our group of 7 perfectly. Grocery store and Starbucks across the street. A few minutes walk to the bus stop, a few minutes drive to Park City Resort and a few minutes drive to Park City main street. Nice fireplace in unit. Hot tub in building right next to unit. Checkin/checkout was easy. Highly recommend!

Family Ski Trip

Fantastic location. Wonderful stay. We had 5 adults in our group and all were cozy and comfortable. Had a little bit of a mix up on the instructions about how to access the hot tub in the community lodge, but the team at "Park City Hosts" was quick to respond to our texts and calls and got the proper access code information to us. The kitchen could have used a toaster for toast and bagels in the morning, but other than that we easily prepared meals with the very substantial spice cabinet, cookware, and utensils provided, and then enjoyed games by the fireplace after spending all day skiing on the mountain. Great location. We'll definitely return again.

Centralized location

This condo is much more spacious than it looks on the website. Its cozy with plenty of spots to rest and relax after a long day of waiting in lift lines (oh wait I mean skiing). The hot tub is not private but there are two large ones across the road from the condo...convenient and relaxing. The kitchen is plenty large to cook yourself, however there's amenities right across the street and/or a free shuttle ride into town. You can walk but its over 1 mile to downtown and up hill. All in all, we had a great trip and will likely come back...but probably in the Fall or Summer when there are less people.

Very pleased

The captain Molly condo had everything we needed for meal preparation. The property is convenient to park city shopping, walking, biking, parks. It is clean. The remodel made it bright and appealing. There were fans in every room. We did not need the portable air conditionets even though the weather was quite warm. The pool is very close. The grounds are appealing with large trees. Sitting out on the patio was very pleasant. We also used the grassy area next to the condo as it is an end unit. Will definitely ask for this condo again when we return

Girls Trip

The house was super clean, great layout, fully stocked and communication with the host was Excellent! Check in and out was easy. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location to Doubletree Hilton

We rented this condo for a business trip when the Hilton was booked. It was a nice neighborhood, quiet, safe, and good neighbors. Able to walk to Market, Starbucks, and catch the free bus to downtown Main Street right out the sliding door. Could use a good deep cleaning but was comfortable, and they had mobile AC units in each bedroom since the temps got into the low 90s while we were there. We would stay there again, and definitely visit Park City as a vacation spot for summer. Ate burgers at the The Spur downtown and Italian at Versante.

Family trip to PC

Stayed for 5 days with family. Condo was as described, would benefit the listing to show pictures of the pool and hot tub, they were right across the street from the condo and great for the kids. Location is honestly perfect for what we were looking for. Across the street from fresh market for all food needs during the stay. Also access to the free transit line which gets you to the resorts and main st quickly. The unit was stocked with a good supply of essentials, not much extra was needed. Would definitely recommend, we’d stay here again for sure.

Park City Condo

The property was in very good condition and looked like the pictures. I did not give 5 stars due to the fact that upon our arrival the gas fireplace did not work, there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms (with a shower) and the key pad on the front door had a dying battery (meaning it would not open properly). It was late at night and very cold when we arrived and we had to fiddle with the key pad for quite some time - thankfully it finally opened. The help number I had did not answer the phone. Although over the next two days these things were fixed and attended to it's not my desire on vacation to keep calling in maintenance items...these things should have been checked prior to our arrival (especially front door and hot water). Great location

Our family stayed here on a summer visit to Park City. It is very close to the base of the mountain for access to the summer attractions (scenic lift, mountain coaster, etc.). It is also walkable to Main Street in town. It is part of one of the older developments but the unit has been updated. The washer/dryer is nice. The air conditioners are portable units in a couple of bedrooms and can be loud, but for the most part air conditioning was not needed not needed for our August visit. The unit is long and thin with a lot of space to spread out downstairs. Overall we enjoyed our visit.

Boys ski trip

From Chicago, Kansas City, St. Louis and Huntington Beach we came together for a boys skip. Plenty of room for all 6 of us. Kitchen was fully stocked and very roomy. Large table worked out great for some fun card playing in the evening. Very close to the slopes. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Fantastic property for family ski trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. My husband and I with our three teenagers and two of their friends were quite comfortable in this nicely furnished/stocked condo. Well appointed kitchen allowed us to enjoy dinners in. We took the bus to and from the slopes and to Main Street and it was very easy to use. Our only complaint about the property was that the floorboard heating system upstairs seemed to run constantly, so we had to open windows to allow it to cool. We did contact the property manager during the stay about this issue but did not hear back from them.

Great Location for our Holiday Weekend

Our family traveled to Park City for a "stay-cation" for the Labor Day weekend. We were looking for a relaxed, fun getaway not far from home. The condo was very convenient to amenities and Park City Mountain Resort. It could have been a bit cleaner, but for the location and price, we are more than satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is in a great location, nicely furnished and very comfortable. Our problem was insufficient towels/washcloths and especially no kitchen towels and washcloths. There were nine of us and only 5 towels. The washer/dryer are a nice touch but they don’t work very well. Overall great time. Grandkids loved the pool.
