Ubicado en John's Pass, a poca distancia a pie de esta propiedad frente al mar encontrará excelentes tiendas, restaurantes, vida nocturna, vida salvaje y la playa. Tiene un muelle privado de aguas profundas con un muelle y una pequeña piscina para crear un oasis relajante para "alejarse de todo". Los delfines, las aves y, a veces, los manatíes lo visitarán mientras se relaja en la privacidad de su propio patio trasero. Esta unidad está totalmente equipada y lista para disfrutar. El dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y la sala de estar tiene un sofá cama y un futón de tamaño completo. También hay una silla futón que se despliega y es perfecta para un niño pequeño. Un deslizamiento del barco también está disponible.

El Beach Trolley va desde St. Pete Beach hasta Clearwater Beach con una parada justo en frente de John's Pass. En Polito del Mar puede tener la comodidad de una excelente ubicación con la privacidad de un dúplex en lugar de un apartamento de varias unidades. Relájate, refréscate y disfruta.

Best location in town !

Had a wonderful 1 week stay at the property. Located directly behind Johns’s Pass, we had all the best ice cream destinations close by. Very short walk to beach. Would definitely stay again !

Hidden Gem!

Another great vacation

This was a return trip from our vacation here last year. We had another great holiday. Such a good location, everything on your doorstep. The pool is just enough and the beach is a 5 minute walk away. I love it here.

Fantastic Gem of a Place

This was our second time staying at this property so that should tell you how much we love it here. The location is perfect, the host is very responsive with any questions/needs, and the backyard/dock is the perfect place for peace and relaxation. We will be coming back again!

Madeira Beach Vacation

The property is older/dated but well maintained and clean. Pool in backyard was great after a long morning walk on the beach which is minutes away. You can easily walk to John's Pass and the beach. Peaceful back yard water view. Enjoyed our stay.

The property was located directly across the street from John's Pass which was great for shopping and just relaxing. The caretaker, Bonnie, was excellent. She gave great recommendations for places to eat and was generally very helpful and responsive to any needs that we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

We had such a great time! Between sitting on the dock watching dolphins, listening to music at the Bamboo tiki bar, enjoying the herons and cranes, walking the glorious beach, eating at the great choice of restaurants, we were certainly never bored! Beautiful house! We were also lucky enough to have fabulous weather!!

Awesome vacation spot!

First time staying at this home and we loved it!!!! Located right behind John’s Pass, we walked to restaurants, shopping and beach. Quite place even being so close to everything. The house was perfect….clean, comfortable and anything we needed, we founded there. We enjoyed very much the pool, fishing and bird’s visits. Fantastic vacation!!! Thank you Beverly and Bonnie!

The Best Place at John's Pass

My husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We have rented condos and beach houses at other places in the area before but this place takes the cake! Your own dock/pool with friendly birds that come by to hang, literally footsteps to our favorite Bamboo Beach Bar as well as everything else John's Pass has to offer and a spacious and clean place, as well. Bonnie, next door, was very sweet and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay and Beverly is very responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Great property

My husband and I spent a week at this awesome place. Clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy. We enjoyed everything. A wonderful fruit basket was an extra touch, great bed and all the conveniences were provided. Close proximity to all johns pass and the beach - perfect. Lots of attractions really close by, all walking distance. Will probably return.

This was our second time staying and it was just as great as the first. Clean, comfortable and you can’t ask for a better location! Perfect for a couple. We bring our boat and the dock is so convenient. Minutes to the gulf by boat. Beverly is easy to deal with and Bonnie couldn’t be sweeter! Thank you for another great vacation!

Fantastic relaxing stay

My wife and I were lucky enough to grab this property after another host cancelled on us 4 days before our trip during spring break time. You couldn't be any closer to Johns pass and basically right behind the Bamboo Beach (Tiki) bar, the location is fantastic. We were a little concerned about the walk to the beach, but it is an easy 5 min walk across gulf blvd with a public access right across the road. We spent a couple of days just hanging in the peaceful backyard with the pool and dock which was very relaxing and refreshing. We saw dolphins on 2 different days in the marina right off the dock. Beverly was very responsive and Bonnie was available for anything we needed. We would 100% stay here again.

week in paradise

wow we wanted to be close to johns pass this property is on doorstep no noise from bar across road music stops 10 pm ish , the property everything is there and more , spotlessly clean , outside my heaven fishing and pool to cool off in , white sand beach 10 min walk , next door neighbour bonnie what a lady i left a personal item and she posted back to uk we are back over in april i will recompense you then unfortunatly not using this property as we need 2 bedrooms but certainly recomend for 2 adults and children , eateries abound all around johns pass my favorite , grouper sandwich at dockside daves a short trip on trolley buss no need for car and can have drink , thank you for allowing us to use this piece of heaven

My family stayed for spring break and had a blast. We found the place exactly as promised, clean, well stocked kitchen, full laundry, walking distance to the beach, walking distance to shops/restaurants and very friendly and helpful staff. Live music next door was very inviting. Our boys (4 & 7) enjoyed seeing George the blue heron who visited daily as well as a few of the bananas hanging over the fence. We saw a dolphin right off the pier and had much success catching fish as well. The pool was well cared for and perfect for our boys. We would definitely recommend this to a couple or a small family such as ours, (just one bedroom.)

Great place for the right people.

We enjoyed our stay. Some people may not like the fact that across the street is the back end of a restaurant with live music. A couple nights there was music until 10 and 11pm. We did not mind because we enjoyed the bands. If someone wanted peace and quiet at 9pm, they would not be happy here Also right across the street were the many many shops of John’s Pass. We enjoyed walking through the shops and restaurants so close. And of course having close access to Madiera Beach was very nice. One minor issue was trouble getting a consistently strong wifi signal. We were busy enough it did not matter.

Awesome Place To Stay

This is a great unit for one or two people. I traveled alone so it was perfect. The location to John's Pass is perfect. The backyard with the inground pool makes this place a gem. The views are incredible. The dock on the intercoastal is great to pass the time. The beach is across the street. Plenty of nightlife, stores, restaurants and more all in walking distance. A few minor recommendations would be there is no umbrella or shade covering the table set on the dock. This makes it almost impossible to eat outside on the dock with the Florida sun. Also, there is really no exterior lights near the pool for night time swimming. There is a flood light on the dock but it's super bright and isn't really ideal for lighting the pool.

First time renters, stayed two weeks. Clean, cozy,quiet and great location. No noisy Spring Breakers!! Caretakers very friendly and helpful; just call. Easy location to take day trips to St. Pete.(Dali museum,pier), Tampa, Ft. Myers and Sannabel Island for shelling. Take bus north to Clearwater, south to Passa Grille on -off bus for $4.50/DAY. Malls ,WalMart etc. 15 mins.; groceries 2 locations Winn Dixie 5 mins. and Publix 10 min. Johns Pass: shops, restaurants from Pizza to fresh seafood (Bubba Gumps) and steaks. ALL in walking distance!! Watch fishermen clean their daily catch from boardwalk. Enjoy Sunsets from beach or drawbridge. 5 min. walk to beach. Will return next year!!!

We enjoy being directly on the water. We can fish right from our backyard! It is very private but at the same time we are in the middle of John's Pass with the beach, great shopping, dining and recreation only steps away. We can either walk or take the trolley or mass transit anywhere we want to go. It is perfect for 2 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children.
