One bedroom beach cottage renovated in 2025, 30 second walk to the beach! This unit has 2 wall-mounted tv's, one in the living room and 1 in the bedroom for netflix, Amazon Prime etc. This unit is located on the outer corner of the complex for maximum privacy and private outdoor space but yet 10 second walk to the heated pool ! Full size stove and refrigerator. Community has outdoor bbq grill and onsite parking ! Great outdoor space to lounge or work remote. 2 minutes to Johns Pass with plenty of restaurants and fun for the kids. Great restaurants within walking distance !

The host was great! Sent lots of informative details prior to trip. The cottage was lovely..just remolded and just as described. The only problem was the cottage next door was under construction. The noise level was extremely loud and we could hear the workers movie/voices like they were in the same room. We ended up staying with family elsewhere.

This is a great little place. Perfect location just across the street from the beach. There was a minor issue upon check-in that was addressed in a timely manner. The only negative part was the very noisy construction next door. I didn't realize most all of the other units have been gutted and several under construction...mostly the one next door. I would definitely stay there again however.

Beach house

We had to leave the property due to a small issue but the management was very responsive to our needs. The place is intimately small but offers all amenities that youd need and it is so close to the beach. Access to restaurants and shops within short drive. Also provided everything necessary if you needed to cook in. Would rent again!

This property was convenient to anything you may need. Wonderful restaraunts, a grocery store, tattoo shop 😉😉 and the beautiful beach right accross the street.

Fabulous Florida Beach Vacation!

We loved our stay in this beach cottage at Madeira Beach! Clean and nice updated decor. We loved being just across the street from the beach. Lots to do within walking distance or taking the trolley. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay

Neat, clean and decorated very nice! All amenities included were much appreciated, shampoo, shaving cream, sunscreen… and lots of cooking needs were all right there. Wish the shower was a little bigger, but otherwise the set up was perfect!

Great Location!

This property is right across the street from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants in all directions. The pool was wonderful to relax by after a full day of sun at the beach. It wasn't crazy busy anywhere we went-October must be a great time to visit! We will be back to the area again.

Perfect location for a beach getaway

The property was small but had everything we needed. We stayed with our toddler and appreciated the beach toys that were left for our use. The location can't be beat! Walking across the road gets you to the beach in less than 2 minutes. There is a small grocery store located next door which is convenient. We would definitely stay again :)

Excellent cottage in great location

Perfect small cottage for our first trip to this area. Exactly as described. Comfortable bed and sofa. Very clean. Convenient to restaurants and just across the street from the beach. Nice pool.

Great stay

This little cottage was perfect for my husband and I’s long weekend getaway to the beach. The cottage is small, but had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the location. It’s so close to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. We walked to Johns Pass the first day, but then drove when we went back for shopping and other activities. Definitely would come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Christmas Visit!

A very quaint place to stay for a week! The house was just perfect for two, with a well-appointed kitchen, a small but neat bathroom, and a nice bedroom and living room. We walked the beach every morning, just minutes from our front door!! Thanks again,

Spring Break 2023

Place worked perfectly! Took my 9 year old and 13 year old to the beach each day and pool. Everything within walking distance and kids had a blast. Clean unit and very nice manager and host. Would definitely go back

Close to Beach

Property was excellent for the two of us. Very clean. Nice pool area. Good quality blankets and towels. Basically everything you need in the kitchen. Beach is just across the street. Restaurants within walking distance. Just off of Gulf Blvd so a bit noisy. Overall, a great property.

Great place close to all the fun

The property and area were great. The property was clean and nice and also has a pool. The owner is very quick to respond if you need anything. It was about a 60 second walk across the street to the white sand beach. There is a small store next door with all the small necessities. It was only 1 mile to johns pass about 20 minutes walking, with tones of shops and charters available. We loved the property and the area and will definitely be back.

Needs storage pieces.

Bought plastic drawer pieces to hold clothes in the bedroom. Also needs a place to put food, a pantry closet. Every drawer (all small) were filled with flyers and unnecessary paper stuff!! It was clean and I tried to keep that up where I rented for a couple of months. That made it necessary for me to purchase a Swiffer and the Swiffer wet mops. The location is ideal: just walk across the street to the ocean. The people are very friendly and welcoming. The property manager assisted in any way he could.

Location is EVERYTHING!!!

This cute little cottage is perfectly located; Caddy's is across the street and you can see the Gulf from the pool. We loved being able to walk across the street to the beach and get dinner at Caddy's or several other places within walking distance. The complex Manager was AMAZING!!!! My only real issue was we did not get the check in code until an hour after our allotted check-in time. In the past, I have always received my code a day or two earlier, so that was a little nerve racking. Other than that definitely recommend, even if you don't stay in this specific cottage, the complex is perfect :)

EXACTLY AS PICTURED

This beach cottage is absolutely adorable! Super Clean! The bed is comfy (THANK GOD), quiet area, no street noise in the evening. There are bath towels, kitchen towels and wash cloths (sponge only, no wash cloth for kitchen), fully equipt kitchen WITH salt n pepper, etc. NO there is not an ironing board/iron. Yes the shower is small but WHO CARES! You are only in there 10 minutes to get clean! Shut the water off to get scrubbed turn it on to rinse! Was not warm enough to swim but the pool area is exceptionally clean and beautiful, and the grill is near the pool with a covered eating area (utensils are there for cooking). The washer and dryer are next to the pool as well. Under $2 load, get quarters from the site manager. The snowbirds here are so friendly and will answer your questions and give you tips. This cottage is across the street from the beach so when there is not traffic you can cross right there, otherwise walk half a block down to the crosswalk. Either way you are just a few minute walk to the beach!!! Beach chairs are in closet along with sand toys. There is also a container in the back of the cottage with more beach chairs, umbrella, etc. Shopping is abundant in the area to say the least! If you want a KICK ASS DELICIOUS breakfast, go to "THE REEF" about a block from the cottage. Just a heads up that when you drive around the island that parking is NOT FREE! You have to pay $3 hr with a 2 hr minimum. The owner promptly answers emails which is wonderful. THANK YOU for offering such a perfect cottage for us to stay for our sons wedding! Was a very nice place with all the amenities we needed. Quaint cottage with a beachy feel.
