Great value for money, great central location

This flat did not disappoint us. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (albeit one with a toilet in such an awkward position that it was very difficult to actually use), clean, modern, air conditioned, centrally located, with a responsive staff on the rare occasion that we had an issue that needed their help. The flat is right on the main path between San Marco and the Accademia, so when the daytrippers and cruise ships arrive, it's very crowded on the street below - but that also means your minutes away from the main attractions in town (best visited early or late before the crowds arrive). One note - it is about 30 steps up from the street to the apartment. Was not a problem for us but might be for some.

Apartamento bien ubicado muy cerca de, puente de la academia, Rialto y Plaza San Marcos. El apartamento era ideal para 4 personas ya que dispone de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Todo estaba muy nuevo y limpio. Hay restaurantes y supermercados cercanos. EL personal de la agencia que alquilaba el apartamento muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Recomendable 100%. Únicamente eché en falta un microndas.

Mejor de lo que esperábamos

Muy bien situado y cómodo para dos parejas. Eso si hay que tener en cuenta que si se llega a deshoras (despues de las 19:30) o hay que partir antes de las 9:30 hay que pagar un suplemento de 50€.

Bien situé.

Très propre dans l’ensemble mais poussière sur plinthe du corridor. Assez spacieux pour 4 adultes mais préférable pour un couple avec enfants car les lits jumeaux de la deuxième chambre sont étroits. Même si salle de bain étroite, c’est praticable. Toutefois il manque une tablette pour articles de toilette.

Perfect 2 bedroom & location!

Absolutely loved this apartment in Venice, San Marco. Great service, met us at San Angelo vaporetto stop, gave tour of apartment and then watched our luggage after checkout on last day. Very clean and modern, and the air conditioner & washer worked well, everything was perfect! Would 100% use for either 2 couples or a family like ours with 2 kids.

Good location!

The other reviews regarding cramped kitchen/living room and bathroom layout are spot on. You can tell the unit was intended to be a rental and basic functional items like hooks and shelves were not there. The kitchen was missing a few essentials like cutting knives, wine bottle opener, cooking spoon, spatula, and hog pads. That all said, the unit was in a great location, clean, and quiet. The greeter made our arrival very welcoming and comfortable.

Bel appartement super bien situé. - great apartment and very good location

Très bien reçu par V.E.N.I.C.E Immobilier. L'appartement est très bien situé et tout-à-fait fonctionnel , mis à part les wc exigu , mais ce n'est finalement pas un problème ! L'épicerie en dessous est un peu cher, mais super pratique pour acheter toast beurre etc pour le petit déjeuner. Nous vous conseillons vivement d'aller manger un soir juste à côté chez TEAMO wine bar , tout petit lieu , mais vraiment délicieux, ils coupent le jambon au couteau sous vos yeux très fins et les pâtes sont excellente ! A droite en sortant de l'appart, puis première rue à droite ( Rio Terà de la Mandola 3795-www.teamowinebar.com). Et ils sont très sympa ! Very well received by V.E.N.I.C.E Estate. The apartment is very well located and entirely functional fact, except the toilet with not space but this is actually not a problem! The grocery store below is a little expensive, but super convenient to buy butter toast etc for breakfast. We strongly recommend that you to eat just one evening next at TEAMO wine bar, small place but really delicious, they cut ham knife under your eyes thin and pasta are excellent! A right out of the apartment, then first right (Rio Terà the Mandola 3795-www.teamowinebar.com).And really friendly !!

OK but I wouldn't return

This is a well located apartment in Venice - a stone's throw from La Fenice (for our evening at the opera), BUT too cramped for four (or as we were, three people over 65). The toilet in the en suite was ridiculous - no space for one's legs and if you are more than just pencil thin, then totally impossible to use and the twin room was so small that we had to dress in the corridor. Yes, Venice is expensive, but we still needed hooks, shelves and a wardrobe with a rail one could reach for longer clothes. Having to find the agency so that I could collect the keys was fine for me as I have been many times to Venice, but for a first time visitor, nearly impossible. Next time I shall stay in a hotel - no hassle about arrival times and no cash deposit required.

Très bien situé

Appartement propre et bien situé. Nous avons fait nos visites à pieds car Venise se fait à la marche. Une ville magnifique et impressionnante par sa circulation sur l'eau. Le seul point négatif est l'accès au toilette. Il y a peu d'espace entre la toilette et la douche.

Very modern and clean

The apartment was clean, modern, and spacious. It was very convenient with 2 bathrooms. However, it was a bit difficult to use the toilet in one of the bathrooms as there is barely any space between the toilet and the wall in front of the toilet. But, overall the stay was pleasant. The apartment is located in a quieter area of town, but it is walkable to all the main attractions of Venice. The host was also very nice and helpful.

Good location and okay price.

The positives are in the title. We would not ever stay in this property again. We are comparing this to 2 other rentals on our same trip to Italy (one in Rome and one in Florence, both recorded 5 stars from us). It is managed by a company and therefore you don't get the personalised feel you do with a private rental. They were not helpful in explaining how to actually get to the office for checkin which is not easy in Venice. There was a ** euro charge for EARLY checkout?!?! And the person who was supposed to meet us to check out and give back our security deposit (that had to be paid in cash upon arrival - *** euros) didn't show up at the meeting time and so we had to leave without our cash so that we would not miss our flight! They did refund the money to my credit card after we arrived home, but it was very stressful at the time and we had to leave the apartment unlocked - which is very risky. The furnishings appear nice but are not functional - you literally cannot sit on one of the toilets (I am not exaggerating), the bathroom mirror had been ripped off the wall (or not installed?? there was a hole with wires sticking out where the mirror should be), but not left in the apt so, no mirror, at all! There was no place to set anything in the bathroom (table, sink edge, shelf, shower ledge). And did I mention the non usable toilets ;) it was like something off of candid camera! The air conditioning (necessary in July), when working properly, would blow the circuit after about 8-10 minutes and then the fuses would have to be reset....every 10 min if you wanted AC (not very conducive to sleeping). Venice is interesting and beautiful, but we really wished we had stayed in a hotel for this one - would not recommend this unit and not really happy with the agency either.

Gut, aber noch durch Kleinigkeiten zu toppen

Sehr saubere Wohnung, sehr zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, gute Organisation mit Schlüsselübergabe. Gute Betten und genügend Badetücher vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, die Badezimmer sind sehr eng, besser wäre es, aus diesen beiden kleinen Räumen ein grösseres Badezimmer zu machen, ein WC ist kaum zu gebrauchen (dann lieber kein Bidet), so auch ein Spiegel nicht, der Platz ist wirklich eng, die Beleuchtung in den Baderäumen ist zu spärlich. Abwaschmaschine ok, aber kein entsprechendes Spülmittel vorhanden. Keine Weingläser, und das in Italien?? Das sind zwei Sachen, welche ohne Mühe und viel Geld besorgt werden könnten. Vorgehend waren wir in einer anderen Ferienwohnung in Venedig, dort haben wir noch einen Stadtplan vorgefunden, dies ist auch noch sehr hilfreich. Darüberhinaus haben wir einen grösseren "Ganzheitsspiegel" vermisst, aber das ist wirklich nur ein Input und nicht zu bewerten. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt total und aus diesem Grunde würde ich diese Wohnung wirklich weiterempfehlen. Restaurantsempfehlungen: a beccafico und Busa alle Torre da Lele in Murano. Ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt und danken für die schöne Zeit, welche wir in Venedig verbringen konnten.

Great location

Our arrival in Venice was met with a very clean apartment despite the 20 or so steps to gain entry. The main room (kitchen/living) was adequate. The two bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable minus the fact that one toilet was squeezed into a corner. Thus, for individuals with long legs this could be a challenge. The location was excellent and quiet. I would recommend it for up to 4 persons. Definitely a keeper for future visits. Overall, this apartment felt Venetian with modern touches.

Très bonne adresse

Appartement très bien situé, entre le Rialto et la Piazza San Marco. Excellent accueil,rendez-vous très précis. Logement agréable, et bien aménagé. Adresse à mettre dans les favoris! Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants Remarques:- notez bien l'adresse en arrivant et gardez-la avec vous, on se perd vite à Venise! - petit magasin d'alimentation tout proche (mais vous n'y trouverez pas grand'chose). Préférez un grand supermarché comme la Coop de la salizada San Lio (ouvert tous les jours jusqu'à 22h)

schön + zentral

Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, die Schlafräume in den Hof und das Küchen/Wohnzimmerfenster mit Blick auf eine kleine belebte Gasse, die alles zu bieten hat, was das Urlauberherz wünscht - Ristorante, Osteria, Supermarkt, Taschen, Glas .... Wenn man sich nicht verirrt, ist man in knapp 10 Minuten am Markusplatz oder Academia. Treffpunkt für die Übernahme der Wohnung ist der Campo Stefano, der sehr leicht zu finden ist (und wo man gemütlich in der Morgensonne Frühstücken kann), und von dort wurden wir in die Wohnung begleitet, und somit mussten wir nicht suchen. Die Kommunikation in den Vortagen hat sehr gut geklappt und Ilaria kam unseren An- und Abreisewünschen entgegen. Sehr empfehlenswert für zwei Paar (oder wie wir mit Sohn + Freundin). Wir waren nur 2 Nächte und somit mit Rucksack unterwegs, sollte wer mit Rollkoffer kommen ist nach der Anfahrt mit Linie 1 oder 2 nur die (große) Pte. Accademia und die steilen Stufen hoch in die Wohnung zu überwinden. Angelika (04/16)

Localisation parfaite!

Coquet appartement tout près de la Plaza San Marco (2 minutes). Accueil chaleureux, indications précises et même une application IPhone pour trouver le point de rencontre! Confortable et bien insonorisé. Une des 2 salles de bains est exigüe et la toilette difficile d'utilisation. L'autre est correcte. Recommandé!

appartement bien situé

Cet appartement est très pratique, central et près des vaporetto, à deux pas de la Fenice, du rialto .... Les contacts avec l'agence, simples et une personne parle le français ce qui a facilité nos échanges concernant les petits soucis rencontrés. Nous avions loué une semaine donc plusieurs repas pris sur place. L'équipement de la cuisine est plus que sommaire. Pas une poêle correcte , des assiettes et des verres ébréchés. Pour les prochains prévoir une nouvelle batterie de cuisine, une paire de ciseaux, peut être des verres à vin (boire un petit proseco dans un verre à limonade...) un rideau occultant dans la chambre à 2 lits. Pour les personnes souffrant d'arthrose s'abstenir, les escaliers sont extrêmement raides et après une journée de balades c'est dur !! Un conseil n'allez pas dîner au ristorante juste en bas , pas terrible et cher. Nous avons découvert une librairie extraordinaire dans le Dorsoduro , le lieu et le libraire valenr vraiment le détour "Librairie Acqua Alta: calle lunga santa marie formosa"

Wonderful apartment in the middle of it all.

We had a fantastic time in Venice partially due to our wonderful accommodations. The two bedroom, two bath was a perfect set up to get us up and going early. The apartment was neat and clean. Nice decor. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. It was a perfect central location. Wi-Fi worked great. We had a late arrival and were accommodated in this ( for a fee as expected). We did have to wait a couple of hours to get into the apartment and took a little while to get communication going that evening. It was a small hiccup I an otherwise perfect stay and I figure beggars can't be choosers with our late arrival. Our host was very nice and helpful and I don't think there is a better location. We were very comfortable.
