Great location, property and host!

Great proximity for the TCM Film Fest. Walk everywhere. The property was safe (gated), quiet, clean, well appointed, and Eddy (host) was very responsive / great communication. Perfect for 2 couples since we had 2 full bathrooms. Mothers Market and Maggie’s Donuts nearby too!

Perfect Hollywood Hideout

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend Hollywood getaway. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment but tucked away just enough. Great host, very responsive!

Just as promised

The owner responded immediately to all of my questions. The house was fully furnished with everything we needed for our weekend stay. The bedding was clean and in excellent condition. The location was incredible for exploring Hollywood. There is a convenince store right on the corner. The automatic gate and other security features made us feel at ease. Please note, the driveway is directly off of a main surface street and can be a little difficult pulling in and out of during busy periods. I would definitely come back for future visits.

Good, but...

Everything was fine but the towels were damp when we arrived, so wanted to put thrm in dryer but other towels & sheets were in dryer; not a big deal but inconvenient. The Walk of Stars is about a 25 minute walk.

Safe Neighborhood / Very Clean

Eddy was very accommodating and responsive when requests were made. Basic staple items were provided for the kitchen. The main bathroom is very small, hardly any room to put anything. We had to put our suitcases in the living room. The house number is the same as the gate, the marking could be painted white for better visibility. The master bed is firm. Plenty of hot water for 5 of us showering each day!! Would recommend this home.

Great little place for a visit to Hollywood!

We really enjoyed our stay here for a 4 day visit to Universal Studios and the Pantages theater. We are native Californians and typically stay in hotels, but with 3 teenagers, having a vrbo place like this to stay makes it much more comfortable. We especially appreciated some of the amenities like the washer/dryer. There was no coffee maker when we arrived (it had apparently broken) and our host was kind enough to purchase one and deliver it to us the next morning! Our only complaint, which has nothing to do with the host, is the location of the property. It is on a busy street and difficult to get in and out of, especially with a large van. It takes a bit of navigating to get safely in and out. Otherwise, it is centrally located - we could walk to the Pantages in about 20 minutes - and there is a small store on the corner if you need to pick up a few things (more like a mini-mart).

Perfect Hollywood location for everything nearby

This house was a great base camp for our long Hollywood weekend. Close to everything, used ride share all weekend. Eddy the host was responsive and always available to guide us as needed. We were very pleased with the house.

Great location, house needs some minor sorting

We loved the convenience of this location to sites we were visiting: Peterson museum, La Brea tar pits, and the beach. The bed in the master was too firm which made sleep difficult for us. The plumbing handles need adjustment and the master shower hot/cold is backwards which was a problem because of how hot the water could get. When we arrived, the freezer wasn't closed and wouldn't close without some work. Don't get me wrong, it's a neat little place in a great location that needs some minor sorting. I'm sure the owner will address these concerns because he was pretty responsive and communicative along the way.

Great location and wonderful stay

This unit was wonderfully located to Hollywood, WeHo, and Beverly Hills. We stayed here for the location and it did not disappoint. The property was clean with great amenities. Having an off street parking spot was invaluable as well! Eddy was helpful and communicative in his correspondences with me. A few VERY minor things. The second bedroom has a single bed and a double bed. In the original listing it states there were 2 double beds. Not a problem at all for us, just worth mentioning. I had to reach out to Eddy to get check in instructions the morning of. Thankfully he responded quickly, but I got a little worried that by 10 am I didn’t have instructions. There are no dressers and only about 5 hangers in the whole property so we couldn’t actually unpack or even lay clothes anywhere. Again, these are all very minor things and did not in any way detract from our overall wonderful stay at Eddy’s property and we would definitely stay there again. Also the AC works great which was very helpful for a couple of warm days in LA.

Great Property

Great location. We were able to walk to restaurants and easily drive to places we were looking to see. Very close to bus routes that also allow use of public transportation. Would highly reccomemend.

Home Base

Visiting from NY we needed a home base, close enough to lots of restaurants, attractions, and tourist sights! This location is perfect! Very clean, well equipped with what we needed! Check out seam-less, just turn off lights and ac and leave! Check in information was to arrive 24 hours before, it came at 10pm the night before check in, that was my only issue and honestly not a big deal. Unless you’re type A like me! Thank you!

Top-Rate Stay at Eddy's LA Place

Great location for this delightful little home; safely secured, and in a nice, safe neighborhood. In walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. and other sites. House is well-kept and offers almost everything you'd need. There is a Mom & Pop grocery store behind the property, which has most items you might want. Otherwise, there is a Ralph's Supermarket 1/2 mile away. Property owner replied promptly to messages sent, and explained everything well. A positive experience! Thanks, Eddy!

Perfect location, Eddy was amazing, efficient with info to check in, responded to messages quickly. The house suited all of our needs, clean, and comfortable. Market/store was on the corner, which was super convenient. Overall, a great stay!! Would highly recommend. ☺️

Great Location and Host

This cozy house is a great location that is within walking distance to lots of stuff and also well positioned for longer excursions into the city. The host was extremely attentive and responsive without being intrusive. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting LA for the first time.
