Ubicado en una planta alta de un prestigioso condominio cerrado, este espacio aúna elegancia y modernidad con una distribución funcional.
Con aproximadamente 60 m² de superficie bien aprovechada, incluye un dormitorio amplio, un cuarto de baño completo, una acogedora zona de estar y comedor y una cocina totalmente equipada, todo ello iluminado por grandes ventanales panorámicos.

El interior combina líneas depuradas, tonos neutros y mobiliario de calidad elegido con cuidado.

This condo/apt in Lisbon was great!!!

Our condo/apt in Lisbon was great! It was clean, well-equipped and close to restaurants, shopping and the subway, which we used extensively while we were in Lisbon. Miguel and Cátia were very responsive and easy to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great Location

Would like to thank Miguel for our wonderful stay in Lisbon at his apartment! Close to transportation, a large mall and many restaurants and coffee/pastry shops. Great view of the New Lisbon area from the 15th floor! Very easy to communicate with Miguel because he responded to any questions or concerns about Lisbon very promptly! Modern apartment with a view, close to Altice Arena.

Overall very positive experience, stayed for five days. Nice modern apartment, equipped at a high standard, good view over the city, very comfortable bed, reasonably quiet for sleeping, great bathroom/shower, very secure building with a concierge. It’s a walking distance from Altice Arena, Oceanarium, Oriente Station and Vasco da Gamma shopping mall. 50 meters from the entrance “Holmes Place” is a great place for breakfast. Cátia is extremely polite, efficient and helpful. From the dislikes, would really prefer not to deal with a cash transaction of a security deposit (EUR200, got it back with no problems though), emails from the host regarding property’s rules could have been less frequent (potential fines for noises, no window opening, no leaving the key in the lock inside etc. None of those were relevant/happened though). All in all, would definitely recommend.

Excellent property in convenient location.

Thoroughly enjoyed my one week stay at this apartment in Lisbon. Miguel was an excellent host, even picked me up at the train station and drove me to the apartment when I arrived. This is a newer unit with all the amenities. The 15th story location offers a very nice view, including a partial view of the Tagus river. It’s an easy 5-10 minute walk to the metro station, or the Oriente train station. There is a well stocked market just down the street where one can pick up all kinds of goodies, including beer, wine and some wonderful pastries. The unit is a 1bd apartment, although a 3rd person could sleep comfortably on a chaise lounge couch, so that a family of three would be very comfortable here. The only negative, although it really has nothing to do with Miguel or the apartment, is that for whatever reason the GPS (Google maps) puts the address of the apartment about a half a mile away. As a result, I got lost one night returning to the apartment very late and wandered around for about an hour trying to find the place. On the plus side, I got to explore more of Lisbon and even though it was quite late (1AM), there were many people out and about and I did not feel at all unsafe. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Lisbon and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon

Apartamento caprichoso. Estupendas vistas, luminoso, con muebles modernos y bonitos. Todo un lujo. Tiene de todo, tanto en menaje como en ropa de cama-baño. Lo dejaron impecable. Repetiremos. Totalmente recomendable, sin duda alguna. Seguid así

Great location!

This is a lovely modern apartment perfectly located for someone who wants easy access to the city but doesn't want to be right in the middle of that chaos. Metro stations Moscovide and Oriente are almost equidistant away, an easy walk. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen very well equipped. Having access to underground parking was a bonus on our last day! Definitely a place we would return to.

Brilliant place to stay in Lisbon!!!

First of all, I want to thank Miguel for his efforts ensuring our holiday were enjoyable and unforgettable! In addition to great communication during the booking process, Miguel has organised a baby cot, highchair and secure underground parking for us, as we arrived in Lisbon by car with 1,5 y.o. baby. Up on our arrival the apartment exceeded our expectations! Very charming, well designed, maintained and fully equipped with all necessary highest quality appliances that brought our satisfaction level to 200%. From the moment, we entered the apartment we felt like home and enjoyed amazing city views. Regarding the location, I believe you won’t find any better for a holiday as apart from stunning views of modern part of Lisbon there are plenty of entertainment activities, shops and restaurants within walking distance even when if one of the days is rainy. The only thing we regret is that we should have booked our holiday for at least another week to explore most of beauties of Lisbon that we missed during this visit. However, this is a valid reason to come back here again in few months and to maintain our highly-raised bar of satisfaction level we are planning to book the same place again from Miguel. Thank you! Amazing apartment in stylish Lisbon district

Very comfortable apartment with all mod cons and wonderful views from every aspect. Extremely clean and well kept. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area which made eating in as pleasurable as eating out. There is an excellent local supermarket as well as plenty of local restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Access to both the airport and town centre is made very easy by the local metro station. There are plenty of things to see locally including the spectacular aquarium. Miguel was a very thoughtful host and did everything to ensure a comfortable stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a memorable stay in this wonderful city.

Excelente apartamento na melhor localização do Parque das Nações

Passamos três semanas neste apartamento, e a satisfação não poderia ser maior. A descrição do imóvel e as fotos correspondem exatamente à realidade. O imóvel é novo, funcional, bem equipado, confortável e limpo. A localização é ótima, perto de tudo no Parque das Nações. Como um capítulo à parte, gostaria de registrar toda a amabilidade, disponibilidade, educação e seriedade do proprietário e das pessoas que trabalham com ele. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Lage, nahe zu S Bahn und U Bahn. Atemberaubende Kulisse von Mascovide und Lisabon. Sehr gute Möblierung Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Auch die Tiefgarage und Infrastuktur wie Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Umgebung sind gut Für Urlauber ,die gerne selber kochen sollte die Kücheneinrichtung noch erweitert werden Wi r vermissten die angegebene Stereoanlage und deutschsprachiges TV

Like New and Convenient

We were three seniors and found Miguel's apartment on the 15th floor of a beautiful new condo building had great city views and was clean and bright and had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Lisbon. It was so close to the train station, grocery stores and restaurants we could walk to them. It was a short walk to three metro stops that were easily used to reach all the city sights and the airport was only one metro stop away! Miguel was so helpful and accommodating meeting, us at the train and helping with our luggage, booking taxi, getting boarding passes printed ,recommending places and orienting us. We truly enjoyed Lisbon and would love to return to Miguel's apartment again and have recommended it to our son.

Just Perfect !

Fantastic accommodation with amazing views

Miguel's apartment was exactly as listed. Fantastic accommodation with amazing views in a very nice, quiet area with easy access to underground, buses and taxis. Taxi from the airport only cost 8 euros and it was hassle free getting into the centre of Lisbon. Correspondence with Miguel was very easy and any queries we had he would answer promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend this Miguel's apartment. We had an extremely enjoyable stay.

A holiday to remember

We spent 4 nights in this apartments and we wish we would have spent more :) It is a really cool place - two metro stations away from the airport (we had a late flight and being home very soon after landing was extremely useful) and one station away from Vasco da Gama shopping mall. The apartment has everything you need and you will certainly feel at home. It's clean and it has a whole lot of all-size towels (I love it!). Miguel and his wife are great hosts and very friendly. Ah, and the view is absolutely incredible indeed!

Привет всем! Очень неплохое место, реально близко к аэропорту, торговому центру, вокзалу и океанариуму. Чистое, куча полотенец, вся посуда, большой шкаф, практически все есть, хозяева адекватные люди, вид из окна крутой. Два маленьких минуса - около дома проходит железная дорога, что некоторым может мешать, но нам с маленьким ребенком это вообще в плюс пошло - сын ту-тукал каждому поезду. На самом деле не слишком шумно. Короче, я одобряю!

Gorgeous City Apartment

Miguel is a great host! The apartment was exactly as in the advert. He's very prompt with reply to emails and question. Location of the apartment is just perfect. Also for anyone renting car it is prefect with secure underground parking so that you know your car will be safe. There is everything in apartment that you expect! Even more like Netflix! I would recommend this apartment and Miguel as host 100%! I will certainly come back!

Excellent apartment in Lisbon

The apartment was spotlessly clean,modern,with great views,especially at night,very secure,fast WiFi,and with all quality appliances. It was a treat to come back to the apartment and have a huge selection of TV channels or to watch a movie on Netflix while enjoying a Nespresso coffee. Miguel is an excellent host who responded to any queries immediately and made the key exchange a breeze. Location is ideal,being close to trains,planes,buses and the Metro.
