¡Nuestra casa de un solo nivel de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños es la escapada perfecta de Moab! Está convenientemente ubicado a menos de diez minutos en automóvil (5 millas) del centro de Moab. Su céntrica ubicación ofrece acceso incomparable a todas las comodidades del área.

¡Esta casa completamente moderna y nueva cuenta con una bañera de hidromasaje privada, excelentes áreas de estar al aire libre, acceso a una piscina comunitaria y vistas inmejorables de Moab Rim! El diseño y el mobiliario de nuestra casa son perfectos para varias familias, incluida una cocina completamente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, un plano de planta de concepto abierto y un patio al aire libre con chimenea de gas, parrilla de gas y bañera de hidromasaje. También hay una piscina comunitaria (abierta de abril a noviembre) y bañera de hidromasaje.

La residencia ofrece acceso a un garaje para dos autos para estacionamiento y almacenamiento de bicicletas. Además del acceso al garaje, hay mucho estacionamiento en la calle para remolques, etc.

Beautiful home in a great location close to Moab and outdoor adventures. The house is stocked with everything you need and more. The private backyard was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit. We would stay again for sure.

We enjoyed a very nice, comfortable stay. The house was located just outside Moab, far enough away to enjoy the beautiful red rock scenery and dazzling night sky but close enough to quickly grab dinner and visit town in just a few minutes. It was the perfect spot to stay as a family with great proximity to Arches and Canyonlands, and the home’s pet friendliness was appreciated! Our host was very easy to work with and responded quickly when I requested to extend our stay by one day.

Nice place

The only complaint I would have is the shower condiments, had to use very little shampoo to make it last, every other place I have stayed has a big jug with a pump handle but now I’m just nitpicking. The hot tub was the best part of the stay

Nice place for families

We stayed here with our children and everyone was comfortable. It’s was very clean and a great pet friendly unit with a fenced back yard. The hot tub at the end of the day was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Clean and comfortable

Our family just stayed for a short stay but it was great. Very clean and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Our kids enjoyed the community pool.

Great accomodations. The home was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy drive to Canyonlands Island in the Sky District, Arches and dead horse state park. Good breweries in Moab. I would definitely stay here again!

Great stay in Moab

Great house to stay in. Neighborhood was quiet and house was clean and in good condition. Beautiful view from the back patio. Kids loved the ping pong table in the garage! Would definitely stay here again!
