Esta gran unidad frente al golfo de 3 dormitorios y 4 baños ofrece hermosas vistas de las playas. La suite principal cuenta con una cama King y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha grande de azulejos con doble cabezal de ducha y tocador doble. El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama king con baño privado, y el tercer dormitorio ofrece dos camas queen y baño privado. Todas las habitaciones tienen TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. Esta unidad cuenta con un sofá cama en la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas y un reproductor de Blu-Ray. El acceso inalámbrico a Internet está disponible, así como una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, bar con máquina de hielo y una lavadora y secadora grandes.

Phoenix West II ofrece espectaculares vistas al golfo y fabulosas comodidades. My family loved this unit and it was an awesome week in Orange Beach. The unit was super clean and spacious and gave the 5 of us plenty of room. We can not wait to come back and hope to re-book the same exact unit for next year.

Unit was clean, amenities were great, communication with host was great, and the beds were comfortable. However, we did have issues with there being no service at all in the building for our entire stay so we could not make any phone calls and could only use WiFi, which was still not fixed by the time we left so hopefully they’re working on that. And this unit could also use a little TLC as we had lighting issues in two bathrooms, the hot water runs out quickly if more than one person is showering, and it would be nice to have something to hang hand towels on by the bathroom sinks!

Convent location

Wasn’t a fan of the last minute check in time change. VRBO reflected 3 and the company let me know the day before that it was actually 4…. Checking in at 4 was an absolute nightmare! With everyone trying to come in from the beach and others checking in we waited 45 minutes and longer for elevators. The condo its self was ok. The shower in the room with 2 queens is abusive! The beds are uncomfortable and comforters are cheap and scratchy. I like that they had Some kids dishes. Unsecured WiFi, and terrible cell reception. Hot tubs weren’t functioning properly but the rest of the hotel amenities were great!

It was very packed as expected during the summer. Elevators are not the fastest. There are lots of people constantly getting on or off at different floors. The bed in master is most comfortable ive ever slept on.

Great location and CLEAN

We loved staying in this unit. It was exceptionally clean, had an incredible view, comfy beds & furniture, and plenty of room to spread out. The communication with Liquid Life was amazing. Quick and helpful. Cannot recommend this enough.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean, and we had everything we needed right there. The lazy river is our favorite. We have stayed at Phoenix West II many times and will continue to stay here! Can’t wait for the upgrades coming in 2024.

This property was beautiful, spacious and clean! It is in a great location right in the beach with many great amenities! Would definitely recommend ! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We definitely visit again!

Super clean!!

This had to be the cleanest condo I have ever stayed in! We have stayed at the best of the best in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores, but this condo was by far the cleanest. Even the baseboards were clean and don't ask me why, but I always look at baseboards lol. Whatever or whoever they use to clean their condo is fabulous! The condo was exactly as pictured and was stocked with everything we needed to cook and eat meals. We did grill one night and I would suggest if you plan to grill bring a grill brush to clean the grill the condo does not supply any grill tools. No big deal though I wouldn't expect them too. The property was wonderful. We found no issues with the elevators as other reviews stated. They were quick and all in working order. They could supply maybe one more extra drying towel in the kitchen and maybe one dish rag. That is by no means a deal breaker or a complaint. We enjoyed our stayed very much. Definitely would stay here again.

The experience we had in the building over all was not great. The elevators were ridiculous, wait times for the elevators was sometimes 45mins. With only 6 elevators for a 32 story building and 2 of them being out of order part of the stay made going anywhere a little tough. Being in the 28th floor wasn’t easy for some people in our party to take the stairs. Would not stay in this building again.

Family Vacation @ Phoenix West II 2808/Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice and the view was amazing! The property management company was very unprofessional. Upon arrival the AC unit was out, my son called the company. The first AC tech reset unit, told us to call after an hour if unit didn't cool. We made several calls, no return call. Some family members had health concerns, including Heart Conditions, Asthma, Sleep Apnea and Bronchitis. We couldn't stay in our own unit, due to the AC. The next day Hansen's came out that afternoon to check unit, it cooled off that night. The next day again no AC. After no one answered our calls, my sister went to Liquid Life office around 4:30 PM. She was told no one in management was available to address our concerns. Steve (from Liquid Life maintenance dept.) contacted us via phone @ 6:42pm, to ask if we'll allow the AC company to return. So the unit would be comfortable for the next guest. (Wow, I guest we didn't matter). The company stated they could move us to 2802, only if the AC company stated the unit couldn't be repaired. Our rental was 12/26-12/29. We only has AC about 14 hours. Needless to say some of our family members got sick and couldn't enjoy the trip. This was our family's last vacation together before my son reports to Germany from Fort Benning, for the next 3-5 years. This wasn't the experience I wanted my family to have. Today is 1/5/2022, we're still waiting for Liquid Life to make compensation for our trip.

Birthday and Mothers Day Weekend Trip!

Wonderful location for our family members (coming from 4 states) to meet up and celebrate a birthday and Mother’s Day! This beautiful condo was plenty spacious for our seven member group. It was beautifully decorated with amazing beds and everything we needed in the kitchen! Conveniently located near a Publix and a few of our favorite restaurants and live music venues. Our family will definitely be back!

Reviewer Comments: There were some issues with the condo that were never addressed. The floors were filthy. If our grand baby was barefoot, his feet were black.We put our grand child in the bath tub with jets and when we turned it on it was full of mold. We quickly removed him and showered him down and tried to flush the tub through water cycles but it never cleared.
