Beautiful & Cozy Home in Dublin's Phoenix Park area
2 Bedroom apartment in one of Dublin's most exclusive areas and across the street from Phoenix Park. The apartment offers a large, sunny, west facing balcony ensuring all day sun light.
Both bedrooms have triple beds, double bed on the bottom with a single (twin) bed above allowing 6 guests to sleep in the apartment.
Living area is open planned with a triple seated couch and a two seat couch open onto a beautiful dining area which seats 6 guests, leading to a fully equipped kitchen with almost every appliance and utensil one would need for any cooking. A 55" TV with access to Amazon Prime Movies and a satellite box for movies, TV series and all types of entertainment from around the world, as well as local TV channels.
There is a full bathroom with bath tub and shower and a large wooden counter top for all your toiletries.
You can expect your stay to be enjoyable and relaxing within this safe community which caters to families and professionals.
The residential complex offers a mini market, providing all the necessities a home might require from fresh made sandwiches to a wide selection of groceries to make a home cooked meal.
An on-site coffee shop is a local favorite for those who enjoy a healthy meal or just a relaxing cup of coffee.
A supermarket is also a 5 minute walk away.
Free on-site parking is available on a first come first serve basis.
Europe's largest enclosed park is across the street where you will find many sights to explore including Dublin Zoo, the President's Home and the beautiful wildlife.
