¡BIENVENIDAS A LAS FAMILIAS!
Disfrute de sus vacaciones en nuestro encantador primer piso, condominio de 3 habitaciones. Baldosas cerámicas en cocina, comedor y baños. Alfombra en todas las habitaciones.

La playa está a pocos pasos de distancia. ¡No tienes que cruzar la carretera costera!

Mantenemos nuestro condominio muy limpio para que lo disfrute. Tenemos nuestra propia señora de la limpieza que limpia bien y presta atención a los detalles.
Tenemos las alfombras limpiadas profesionalmente al menos dos veces durante la temporada.
A / C en cada habitación.
Tenemos una cocina totalmente equipada, encimeras de granito, con lavaplatos, microondas, tostadora, cafetera, etc.
La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD y un sofá cama Queen.

Dormitorios:
Dormitorio principal: duerma cómodamente en una cama queen size extendida 6 pulgadas más ancha que la normal (se recomienda sábanas king size)
El baño principal tiene una gran ducha con 2 cabezales de ducha y puertas corredizas de vidrio.
El segundo dormitorio tiene 2 literas dobles. Muy amigable para los niños con una TV / VCR.
El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama queen size y un televisor de pantalla plana / reproductor de DVD.
Un segundo baño completo se encuentra entre las dos habitaciones con bañera / ducha.
Lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo en el pasillo.
Disfrute de su taza de café en nuestro amplio balcón.
Hay 2 plazas de aparcamiento reservadas detrás del edificio.

This apartment was the perfect size for my family. The location was great-just steps away from the beach! The top bunk beds were not able to be used by adults due to the weight restriction. Some suggestions would be to get a set of sharp knives, fix the blind in the living room that was missing the stick to open the slats, add extra towel racks, and provide blankets for the beds.

Overall a good stay for the family - kids and adults. Kids really loved the games and VCR TV with plenty of tapes. Spacious, big living room smart TV and a huge plus to be so close to the beach! (with hose for cleaning off sand!!) All the homes/rentals on this street seem to be super family friendly, so it was not loud or disruptive at night for the little ones. Space was cleaned well overall. Although, you can tell the unit is on the older side (thin walls, old screen door, unsteady bed frames). The AC units worked well to cool the unit down but were dirty. Also, the listing was inaccurate as the advertised couch futon has clearly been broken for a long time and was unusable. So, we had to use an air mattress that we found in the bedroom closet but were not made aware this was the alternative (something to consider before booking). One of the 2 toilets was not working upon check-in but the owner sent a plumber to fix it the following afternoon. Owner was very responsive to any inquiries and questions we had, which was very appreciated!

Lots of Space & Close to Beach!

This place was perfect for our budget & the size of our family! We had 2x40 year-olds, 2x12-year-olds (my daughter & her friend), a 10YO, and a 7YO. We love the 3 bedrooms and the layout- it was great for the tweens to have their own room & nice that the bathroom separates the 2 bedrooms for added privacy. Younger kids loved the bunk room - great use of the space to sleep more people/larger families. The tweens enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the evenings & the neighbors/guests in both condo buildings were great. The updated walk-in shower w/dual showerheads in the master was an unexpected bonus!Although not oceanfront, it was VERY close to beach access and LOVE the handicap mats on the dune crossing that made it even easier to get out to the beach with all our stuff. Thought being all the way down on 139th would put us a little far from OC's non-beach attractions, but it really wasn't that bad of a drive to restaurants and activities. Parking is great, too!For a place that sleeps so many and is an ocean resort, it's short on places to hang bath towels, beach towels, & bathing suits to dry, but I find this is a very common problem in most of the places we stay (I recommend the owners install some back of the door hooks on each bathroom and bedroom door). The only reason for knocking off a star is that it does not have central air. The window A/C units kept the rooms plenty cool, but they are loud...Excellent place and we would definitely stay there again!

Nice place

We stayed 7 days and it was so nice being so close to the beach, and mini golf. Two nights we caught a bus to the board walk, so much nicer then driving in that traffic. It was a very friendly, family get a way.

We were down for my daughter’s dance competition and wanted to turn it into a vacation as well. Everything was clean and nice. The neighbors were very friendly. We loved being so close to the ocean. We can’t wait to book this place again.

Family vacation

Neighbors in next building a little loud and smoke a bit heavy. Realize not much control of surroundings. Bed in master a bit like a see saw. Good experience for the price.

Nice property, great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It was incredibly clean. Most vacation rentals we've used over the years have had some level of dirtiness, but this place was much cleaner than most. We loved being so close to the beach; only about 1/2 block from the beach, which allowed us to stake out a spot in the morning and then come and go as we pleased. The location also allowed us to walk to some restaurants, mini-golf, and ice cream! I had concerns about having individual A/C units in rooms rather than central A/C. When we arrived it was perhaps a slight bit stuffy, but once we got the A/C units going, I never once felt uncomfortable! The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were just the right size for myself, my husband, and our two teenagers. We probably even could have had another guest or two comfortably. The kitchen had enough basics for us to work with, although we didn't do much in the way of cooking. Parking was the only challenge. The two spaces allotted to each condo in the building are not side by side, but rather one in front of the other. So, you're parking two deep. This wasn't the issue for us as we only had one vehicle with us. But the spaces and the lot were tight and once we had someone on one side of us with a large truck and folks on the other side with two vehicles in their spaces, we struggled a bit to park. There is public parking on the street, but the spaces were often full. Overall, this was a winner and we'd stay here again!

Location is everything

With small children that like to go back and forth to the beach and not necessarily stay all day this location is perfect. I loved being able to just take a short walk back to the house and not worry about crossing major intersections. The kids loved the bunk beds and sitting on the porch in the morning. Having the washer and dryer, 2 full bathrooms and all the necessary kitchen needs was also a major convenience. Neighbors were quiet and polite. We had a great stay.

Cute but damp and internet-less

The place was very moldy, damp smelling upon arrival. We had ac units that made noise, needed filters changed and kept us relatively cool during the stay. If it was the hot of July or August this would not have worked for us. Hot water only lasted for 2 people and we had no Wi-fi and no response upon asking for help with it. Overall, the place was ok. Definitely not worth the money we spent on it.

Family Vacation 2022

We had a great stay here for the 2nd time. Love this spot in OC. Just park the car and everything is in very short walking distance. Beach, restaurants, convenience store, putt putt golf…. We also like the 1st floor easy in and out with a nice outdoor deck for leaving the sandy chairs, umbrellas and fishing gear. We enjoyed our coffee in the morning out here as well.

Great location

We had such a great time. The property is so close to the beach and large enough for our group. It has everything we needed to cook and do laundry. I’ll miss the double shower head in the master bath! Definitely recommend!

Perfectly peaceful

Absolutely everything we needed was right there. Great neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach or to food. Absolutely the best sushi I've ever had right around the corner. We feel absolutely blessed to have found this spot.

The condo is a bit outdated!!!

There was a bit of a moldy, wet, smell as we entered the condo. We bought a few plugins, airfreshers and opened up the window to help get rid of the odor. The size of the condo was very comfortable and it is very close to the beach but if you want to be near the boardwalk you will have to drive about 25mins. I would have liked if the condo had sheets & towels would have been convinient.The couches are pretty old and needs to be replaced but that didn't interfere with us having a great time.

Fantastic location

We loved the proximity to the ocean -- doesn't get better than this in OCMD (if you want the "heart" of the action, the places are always crappy or a hotel -- so this offers great beach access and you can drive or take the bus to the prime boardwalk areas). We like to use a kitchen when we travel -- this was definitely one of the best filled kitchen's we have been in. There ended up being only 3 of us (but there would have been room for a whole other family with us!) but I appreciated that we had enough dishes that we didn't have to wash them after every meal -- plenty of dishes! That is always an issue at rental.

Great family friendly condo and super close to the beach!

My sister and I really enjoyed our long weekend at the beach and Romy's condo fit our needs perfectly. Off street parking is great, short walk to the beach and to the 7-Eleven, and several other restaurants. Place was very clean but with the window AC units being turned off completely it was a little stuffy and smelly when we first arrived and it took a bit for it to cool down. But once it did temp inside was comfortable. I am a laundry at the beach type of person so I do always look for places with washers/dryers. These were old but full size and worked great. At first I was disappointed that there seemed to be a lack of TV channels. But in retrospect we ended up hanging out and chatting more while in the condo (which wasn't a lot as we spent most of the day on the beach) and the TV never got turned on again. However you can sign into your own subscription channels like Netflix etc if you really need some shows! Overall I would highly recommend this condo. You can't beat a 3 bedroom this close to the beach. Friendly little neighborhood too!

We are a family of 6 we live just outside of Baltimore Maryland. Our kids are all under the age of 14 and keep us very busy.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We always wanted a place near Fenwick Island away from all the Highrises and the Boardwalk. The location of the unit was perfect, Ocean Block , so close to the beach.
The first level makes it so easy, especially when you have little kids.
We love the spacious balcony where you can sit and relax and it has enough room for the kids to play.
The Condo has good size bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen/dining/ living area is just so cozy and comfortable. WE Love it.
