Vivimos en un hermoso vecindario arbolado y seguro a las afueras de Washington DC en una casa diseñada por un arquitecto que se encuentra a pocos minutos a pie del Parque Nacional del Canal C&O, el río Potomac y a solo 15 minutos en automóvil de DC, Bethesda y Tysons Corner permitiendo un acceso rápido a increíbles compras y experiencias gastronómicas. La tienda de comestibles, la farmacia, la cafetería, la estación de servicio y los restaurantes se encuentran en un pintoresco centro comercial a menos de una milla de distancia. Además, la Universidad de Georgetown, la Universidad Americana, la Universidad de George Washington, el campus de Foxhall, las embajadas de Francia y Alemania, así como la Universidad de Georgetown y los Hospitales Sibley, se encuentran dentro de un radio de tres millas. Anne is awesome!! Helped us add Uber to our phone and even helped us book our first Uber ride. Checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Her place is clean, well kept up, very cute. We had a great five day stay!!

Anne is truly the hostess with the mostest. The location was in a very nice neighborhood within driving distance to American University, the metro bus stop, and minutes away from grocery store. Everything worked well in the apartment. My daughter and I greatly enjoyed spending time there cooking together and visiting with Anne.

Just What We Needed

Excellent accommodation for the price: safe neighborhood, clean space, fully appointed. Great base for our adventures in DC. Very well-maintained, and the owner is friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

My elderly mother and I timed our travels, down from NYC to the DC area, for the Tidal Basin cherry blossoms display. Wanted a place to stay that felt as clean and comfy as home, free from the hectic traffic, and hustle bustle of Washington DC. Was very satisfied with this calm and quiet area. Apartment was cozy compact, yet, had everything you'd need, plus no stairs to navigate for my mom. Anne was a lovely host, coming out to greet me upon our arrival, and even bringing us a vase for some flowers we wanted to purchase. I'd love to stay again, when I'm back in the area. Thanks again, Anne!

Excellent in all respects

Very well developed for comfort and efficiency for the guests. Really thoughtful in providing a few amenities that made arriving and getting started quite easy. Would absolutely stay in future opportunities. Host is delightful. The only thing to note is that it is a double bed, not a queen. One of the comments said that so we were prepared.

Nice stay at Bethesda!!

I spend a week with my daughter in this beautiful home in Glen Echo, Bethesda. The place is just like you see in the photos and Anne is an excellent host, making sure that overall experience is fine. the place is fully equipped, and all that you need is there, bedroom and coach bed very comfortable. I recommend this place 100%. you are close enough to DC, but in a quiet and nice neighborhood. Thank you very much Anne, hope to be there again in the near future.

Stayed with my daughter doing an internship in the area. Clean, safe, well stocked kitchen. Clear instructions with easy check-in/out. A neat part of Bethesda near the VA line and DC. Highly recommend!

A gorgeous spot

My wife and I stayed at this one bedroom place for four nights. It was a delightful place facilitated by the host’s careful arrangements. We were particularly impressed by the fully equipped kitchen and the glitch free wifi. The host was available and helpful. We plan on staying here again.

The place is a very nice dollhouse like appartment. Regreatfully, the bed was too small for 2 above average height and size adults, making our stay uncomfortable.

Quiet Retreat with all the luxuries.

This is the perfect get away if you're wanting a quiet retreat. The host has the apartment chopped full of all the necessities and more--great coffee and tea selections, makeup wipes, all you could need to cook your own meal, plus lots of fantastic art to enjoy etc. Do not hesitate to book your stay.

Great apartment, great neighborhood, great location!

Very clean and well appointed apartment, very nice host. It's a basement apartment that doesn't feel like a basement, given the walkout and lots of windows. This is my second time staying and I will very likely be back next time I have to travel to DC on business (up to 4x per year.)

Great property in a great area

I stayed here for an internship, and the property was perfect for my needs. It was in an excellent neighborhood and close to the scenic C&O canal trail (I rode over 600 miles on my bike during my stay!). The apartment was clean and very nice, and the hosts put a lot of effort into making it comfortable.

Cozy and well appointed

The property was exactly as described and photographed. The kitchen is a chef’s dream, with everything you could possibly need or use. Very quiet neighborhood, street parking, and enjoyed great early morning walks in the area! Anne was very responsive. Wonderful Vrbo!!

Everything you need

Anne has truly thought of everything in this lovely 1 bedroom apartment. I appreciated such details as a stylish shelf and mirror at vanity height for me to leave jewelry, eyeglasses etc; a beautiful full length mirror in the living room made it easy to get dressed. Anne provides many amenities,, such as shampoo and conditioner, makeup wipes, body wash.The unit has a washer and dryer and the compact kitchen has all you need plus a great assortment of k-cup coffees and teas. The decor is top notch and very comfortable and I loved the art work on the walls and other decorative touches. The neighborhood is amongst the best in the area, quiet and family oriented and brief minutes to Lock 7 of the C &O Canal tow path trail, Glen Echo Park and so many other great walking trails. Downtown Bethesda is not far. We also appreciated all the outlets with USB ports and the big Roku TV Anne is a terrific host!

Cozy lodging in lovely neighborhood

We used this apartment while we visited a school in the area. Quiet neighborhood with terrific walks in the woods. Very comfortable lodging and attentive host! I’d definitely recommend a rental car, as the residential area is not convenient to public transportation. Parking is free and ample, however.
