Amazing stay in the beach home! Our hosts were very welcoming and made sure we had everything we could use. Close to many restaurants and shopping. The home is great. Plenty of space for our family. We used the pool several times and when we were done with the pool we just went out back to the beach with easy access to the ocean. We’re hoping to return to Aruba and the chalet sooner than later!

Amazing location right on the ocean

Our family stayed at the condo for a week. The hosts Mayel and Ronnie were very responsive and accommodating. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything you may need, including kitchenware, spices, cooler, shopping bags, and beach towels/chairs. We loved sitting outside on the back porch watching our kids enjoying the beach. Just a note that the property is probably not ideal for very small kids due to hazardous stairways inside, and some appliances may need updating, but not a big deal, everything was in working condition after some tips from the hosts. The private pool was a big hit with the kids as well!

Awesome location! Gracious hosts!

We had excellent host Mayel and Ronnie met us at the villa and made sure everything was taken care of and and that we had all that we needed. The private pool was a bonus. They were always available if we needed them for anything. Their suggestions for local restaurants was awesome. We enjoyed the quiet and the privacy we had at the villa away from all the busyness of the high rises area. definitely considering returning. Aruba is a wonderful island can’t beat the sun and the sea.

Quiet beach condo

We loved our stay in Savaneta! It was very relaxing and the accomodations were perfect for our family of four. Ronny and Mayel went above and beyond and were very helpful. I would highly recommend staying here if you like to be away from the hustle and bustle tourist areas. Thank you for everything!

Engagement vacation

The property was just as advertised and we could not have asked for a better stay! We would highly recommend staying here. The beach is great and the entrance into the ocean is so close. We loved our stay and hope to return to this same condo! Ronny and Mayel are great hosts and we thank them for sharing this wonderful place with us!

Quaint Lil Spot

Great location outside of downtown. The house was spacious, clean and very close to the water. We used the private pool every day after the beach and it was so refreshing. Great restaurant and bakery close by. Highly recommend to anyone who does not want to be in the busy part of downtown.

Our Aruba adventure

This place was awesome .Property owners Ronny and Mayel were very nice and helpful . Location was great and as advertised and very clean. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to relax away from the busy crowds in Aruba.

Wonderful Stay :)

We had a wonderful stay at Savaneta Beach House. Sitting out back listening to the waves and watching the gorgeous sunsets were our favourite things to do. We also spent lots of time swimming in both the ocean and pool. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and the beach chairs and coolers were perfect for our days out. Mangel Halto is only minutes away and was one of our favourite beaches on the island. The location provided a great base for site seeing around the island, only 15-20 minutes from Baby Beach, Arikok National Park, the rock formations etc. Numerous restaurants and a few grocery stores only minutes away. Mayel & Ronny were great hosts, very responsive and always happy to help with any questions.

Beautiful

This is a great location away from the hotel areas! Close to Zeerovers and Old Man & the Sea. The property itself is beautiful. There are balconies overlooking both the pool and beach and 4 air conditioners, one in each sleeping area and one in the living area. The full kitchen is stocked with dishes, a blender, and a set of spices which was so nice. The water outside was perfect. If you walk to the next building on the right, there is an easy entrance into the water. The water is protected so the waves and current are both very gentle. My family saw lobster and a small barracuda snorkeling! The drive up to the high rise area was maybe just under 30 mins. You will be 4 minutes drive away from Mangel Halto where we snuck in a kayak tour to a beautiful reef on our last day. The hosts were very responsive to any questions or issues that came up. We used the living room ac in the morning/evening and all 3 others all night and were not charged extra for electric. We also used the grill, stovetop, dishwasher, and washing machine with no issues. The only "problem" we ran into was not being able to log into Netflix on the TV LOL. But we floated in the ocean outside with drinks instead :).

We’ll be back!

Mayel and Ronny were superb hosts, so kind and responsive. The condo was the perfect location and the pool was nice when the sea waves were high. The unit was outfitted with everything you might need and was very clean. We are leaving here so rested and with many good memories. We are already talking about a return visit: this definitely bears repeating!!

Aduba Beach Chalets

Perfect for a stay in Aruba away from the tourist areas. There is a small private beach with a short drive to a much larger public beach. The private pool is great for mid day and evening swims.

Best Aruba trip

My daughter, and I with a friend from Great Britain stayed at this property. This is a beautiful property! It has all the amenities you need! It is in a nice quiet neighborhood sitting right on the beach. The beautiful Caribbean sea is 20 feet out the back door and then there is a nice private swimming pool right outside the front door. It is on the southerly side of the island so you will need to have a vehicle to get around unless you want to pay for taxis all the time, which would be more expensive than renting your own vehicle. (I suggest renting a jeep so you can take in all parts of the island and not just the paved parts.) The owners (Mayel and Ronnie) of the property came and greeted us, showed us around and even recommended some places to try. They were easy to reach anytime we had questions and responded very quickly. I will definitely stay at this location again.

A gem on the ocean

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Savaneta. The location is very convenient as well as lovely. Good restaurants in the water are nearby. Grocery stores are also close - even walking distance to a supermarket. The comfortable and spacious apartment is at the end of a small complex. There is plenty of privacy considering that beaches are public. There is some pedestrian traffic on the small stretch of sand but usually just a few neighbors walking by to enjoy the easier water access in front of the houses next door. We enjoyed speaking to a few friendly neighbors but it is easy to have as much privacy as you want. A treasure of a place!

Spacious, clean, updated. Location was perfect for us since we were away from condos, casinos and hustle bustle. Literally on the beach. Management was quick to respond and helpful with suggestions for resturants and stores nearby. Have already reserved for next year.

A quiet slice of heaven

My traveling companion (a seasoned "beach connoisseur") and I were looking for a true island experience, away from the noise and bustle of tourists, hotels, and casinos. This beautiful and well-appointed home is quite literally 3 footsteps in the sand from the ocean. A private beach, a covered veranda, and a private pool. All surrounded by privacy walls. Quiet, warm, breezy, and yet still ten minutes by car to shopping, fabulous restaurants, casinos, and any other activity you might want to explore. I cannot recommend this property enough--it was a gem of a find. It includes all modern amenities--air conditioning, clothes and dish washer, wifi, cable TV--but the best part I think was falling asleep listening to the crash of waves that you can hear through the balcony doors off the master bedroom. We spent many an evening on that upper balcony with a glass of wine watching diving pelicans and gorgeous sunsets. The hosts are absolutely lovely and responded quickly to all of our questions through the VRBO app, and they were quick to offer recommendations for authentic island activities and instructions how to get there. Mayel in particular was kind and patient with some of our timing issues due to traveling during the height of covid. When it was time to leave, we felt we were saying goodbye to old friends. We will most certainly return.

Beautiful spot in paradise!

We loved our stay in Savaneta. The views from the house are even prettier in person! It’s close to restaurants like Flying Fishbone, Zeerover, and Marina Pirata, and an easy drive to our favorite beach- Baby Beach. The house was very clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive to questions and addressed all our needs. We already rebooked for next year!!

Nice, Quiet town home with a beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay in Mayel's townhome! It was just feet away from the sea that had such a relaxing color to it. The house had just about anything we could ask for. Mayel was great with communicating before and during our trip. We had a slight issue with a water leak, but that didn't happen until the end of our trip and really didn't disrupt anything so it wasn't really an issue for us at all. I'd say that if you want to be immersed in the part of the island where the locals live, away from the busy resort area, this place is for you. We enjoyed the quiet and lack of crowds. The drive to the busy tourist areas were never long...it's just not that big of an island. We would absolutely stay again, should we make it to Aruba in the future!

Relax,relax relax!

We loved our time at Mayel’s home. Kitchen was stocked with everything you would need.House was very clean. Mayel and her husband were very kind and answered even the dumbest questions.But the outside of this home was amazing. The views were breathtaking,from watching the pelicans dive for fish,the beautiful water,the little crabs on the beach. Best vacation ever.
