El apartamento T1 Almisa está situado en el centro histórico de Albufeira con una fantástica vista al mar. A 100 metros de distancia del ascensor de la Playa del Túnel y del centro de Albufeira hacen toda la diferencia.
El acceso fácil a la playa así y cerca de restaurantes y bares, no necesita el coche para nada. Ideal para los que valoran la accesibilidad a la playa y al mismo tiempo quiera conocer el comercio del centro de la ciudad con excelentes restaurantes bares y terrazas adem��s de todos los servicios disponibles.
Un apartamento funcional, totalmente equipado para 4 personas, la mesa de comedor tiene fabulosa vista al mar. Está orientado al sur, tiene una excelente exposición solar.
1, 1 Hall de entrada, 1 Comedor, 1 Dormitorio, 1 Cocina americana, 1 cuarto de baño.
La habitación, con sofá cama con 2 camas individuales, con colchón de 190cm x 90Cm, tiene TV satélite y Wi-Fi.
Cocina americana muy funcional y completamente equipada con electrodomésticos, cocina eléctrica con 4 platos, microondas, nevera, lavavajillas, cilindro eléctrico de agua caliente, garantizan la calidad de la confección de sus comidas.
La habitaci���n, tiene cama de matrimonio, ventana interior, se sirve del cuarto de baño común, armario y un pequeño sofá individual.
La calidad / precio está muy equilibrada en esta oferta, recomendable.
Esta zona de la ciudad es pacifica y tiene todo cerca incluso el acceso a la playa del T��nel que tiene acceso de ascensor o por las escaleras.
El centro de albufeira esta cada vez más atractivo con sus terrazas y comercio y artesanía, tiene opciones para todos los gustos con diversidad y mucha animación.
Cada vez más cosmopolita con todos los miles de turistas que nos ven y se divierten con toda la animación que el centro proporciona.

Everything was well organized and set up, except there was no hand soap in the washroom when we arrived and we had to buy our own . The view is absolutely amazing!!!! the apartment is very spacious and clean. The location couldn't be any better. The communication with the host was prompt and effective.The taxi driver Maicon recommended by the host was superb. We are already planning our next trip and we would definitely stay in this place again. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Love the location

We stayed here for about 5 weeks. The weather was on the chilly side but the little portable heater in the unit kept was warm. We couldn’t use the oven because there is no rack. They responded to our concern quickly but weren’t able to fix it during our stay. We have no hesitation recommending this unit for a short term stay. It was an easy 5 minute stroll to Old Town.

Basic one bedroom apartment with small living room, kitchen. Pleasant, well located, appropriately priced. I minute walk to beach, 20 minute walk to an interesting marina with numerous restsurants and activities. I recommend this accommodation

Super location

Super location. Good TV (lots of English language). Well stocked kitchen. Washing machine good. Easy acces to Old Town Shops & beaches. You cannot go wrong staying here. Great value.

Albufeira stay

The location of the property is good although close to a sports centre and school that could be very noisy. The window facing south and enjoys a full day sunshine inside the property. The property offers the basis staying but the restaurants are closed within walking distance. the excellent property management and helpful.

Appartment in great location

The appartment is located 3 min walk from the seawalk/beach, and 8-10 min walk from the beginning of the restaurants area. There is parking place in front of apartment but not reserved, so we managed to find place to park in streets around. But we were end of October, so not high season. We stayed there during 5 days , ie all Algarve trip, as all famous places are 1h drive max from there

Great location, beautiful view. Could use some attention to detail

Perfect location close to the beach. Sunny, nice breeze and view. A little maintenance would go a long way. Shower head needs to be cleaned for water to flow better. Toilet seat needs to be replaced as it looks like a dog chewed on it. Still I recommend it as good money for value.

Great Location

Basic one bedroom apartment with a small living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Great location - 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to downtown. Great view of the ocean. Conveniently located to a nice restaurant, a couple local cafes, and a corner general store that served all our needs. One downside was the apartment's proximity to the local gym where there was a tournament all week with lots of excitement so it was not a quiet stay. It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies and more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the apartment as well. The price was great and overall we would stay here again - just not when there is a tournament at the local gym :)

Lack Lustre Accommodation

Well - to start with, we had to be dropped off a block away with all our luggage due to construction on the street and the two blocks prior (and we weren't notified about that prior to coming). Our host had no control over the construction situation, but it didn't help to set a good tone for our stay. We stayed here for three weeks. There were no instructions for how or where to take the garbage, how to use the rusted laundry machine, and there were no racks in the oven, if you wished to cook. We had one set of fresh sheets for the bed, no vacuum cleaner for the floors (only a broom which was already filled with gross black dust). We had a small heater, which barely kept us warm enough at night. There were two egg chairs to sit on in the apartment (which most people use on their patios) and a day bed (not comfortable to sit on). This apartment is up four flights of concrete stairs, so you need to be in decent shape to haul your luggage. The keys for the gate to the complex and the door to the apartment were bent and difficult to use. I am only providing this review because I feel some of the previous reviews didn't paint the proper picture. This place needs help and upgrades if the owner wants anyone to stay here more than once.

3 nights in Albufeira

The location was fantastic! My husband immediately found that he could perch on the large window sill and take in the view of the sea. Beautiful view from the dining table, if we actually ate there. It was a very short walk to the beach overlook and elevator, and not far from town at all. Check in worked out fine, but it would have been nice if the host (or someone) let us in and showed us around. There is no heat or AC and the window in the bathroom was stuck open so we were cold. The bed cover is not warm but we found a comforter in the closet, though it didn't fit the bed. Neither did the sheets - they were no wider than the top of the bed! Towels were of the cheap hotel variety. Simply investing in nicer linens would be an easy improvement. We were planning to do some laundry but there was no detergent. While searching for it we found clothespins for the drying line located above the window, but it was a bit rusty looking, so we were leery of hanging clean clothes to dry (if we could have cleaned them). We also had expected to buy some food for breakfasts but we found only small markets in the old town with minimal options, so if you are planning to stay for awhile be aware of this. There was no food in the apartment. One of the flushing buttons on the toilet was missing, and the entry door was very difficult to unlock. The door could use some WD40 (very squeaky). It was fine for 3 days, but we wouldn't have been happy there for any longer.
