Nestling at the top of a hill, Maison Cécile offers breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux. This former 18th-century Provencal farmhouse has been tastefully and meticulously restored to create a warm, modern home with top-of-the-range amenities.



The spacious villa (330 m²) can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people in its 6 bedrooms. One of its major assets is the huge 12-metre swimming pool with its breathtaking views of Mont Ventoux.



The decor is original and warm, the work of owners Marie and Antoine, who wanted to give the villa the atmosphere of a family home.

Perfectly renovated, this beautiful Provencal farmhouse has retained its historic character but is now perfectly equipped for your comfort. It is in a wonderfully quiet location, just outside the village of Pernes-les-Fontaines, but is not isolated. You'll also be just 10 minutes from l'Isle sur la Sorgue.



The interior is both charming and relaxed, brimming with treasures gleaned from flea markets and sometimes reinvigorated family furniture.



You'll love the cool stone walls in summer. On the ground floor, the sitting area around the fireplace resembles a small cabinet of curiosities, with its frames, silver candlesticks and glass bells. With sofas on either side of a wooden coffee table, the lounge is the ideal place to chat, leaf through magazines or read books. As with almost every room in the house, you can also admire the magnificent exposed beams.



A door from the living room leads you into the separate modern kitchen with its dining table. In this friendly, well-appointed space, you'll find everything you need to prepare and enjoy delicious meals: dishwasher, microwave, cooking utensils, fridge, grill, hob, Nespresso and filter coffee maker, oven, toaster and more!



The six rooms at ‘Maison Cécile’ are comfortable and equipped with top-of-the-range hotel-style bedding. All rooms are on the first floor: three rooms have two king-size single beds (1 mx 2 m) and three rooms have a super king-size double bed (2 mx 2 m).



Upstairs you'll also find a charming lounge with sofas, a TV and shelves full of books and magazines.



Two bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower and bath, as well as a separate toilet.

The third bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and toilet.

The fourth bedroom has a private shower and double washbasin.

Finally, the fifth and sixth bedrooms share a fourth bathroom with WC.



There is a fifth bathroom in the pool house, as well as 2 separate toilets in the communal living areas.

The grounds are divided into three contemporary outdoor areas. The first is a pergola planted among the stones in the courtyard between the old farm buildings. This delightful space has two tables perfect for al fresco dining, unless you prefer the summer terrace in the shade of the farmhouse with its low tables and sofa overlooking the garden.



Or follow the large stepping stones down to the blue waters of the huge swimming pool surrounded by lush vegetation. Think of all the good times you'll have here... The vast covered terrace by the pool offers breathtaking views and has everything you need to relax: tables, benches, lights, bar and barbecue. Around the pool, relax and perfect your tan on the sun loungers.



On the neighbouring lawn, the original pergolas cast welcome shade, ideal if you want to enjoy the fresh air even during the hottest hours of the day.
