Labor Day weekend stay

My family and I took a quick last minute trip for Labor Day weekend. The Veranda 202 Wave n' Sea was a perfect fit for our family of 4. It was wonderful being able to wake up and go to bed hearing the ocean waves just off the balcony. We would definitely visit again.

I would stay again

It was a very nice condo very clean. Location is as great close to everything you need and at the end of a road with not much traffic. It was nice to go down the stairs and right out on the the beach big plus.

Wonderful getaway

Property was just perfect for a quick short beach escape. Ocean front with great views. Beach chairs and umbrella made it really easy to spend hours on the beach relaxing. Walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Overall great experience!

Great getaway!

Love that the property was just 9 units and steps from the beach. Everything we needed was provided. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Beach was quiet and 2 chairs and an umbrella was provided with the unit. Highly recommend!

My husband and I vacationed here for our 5 year wedding anniversary and I’m so GLAD that we did! Not only did it check all the boxes for perks (the chair/umbrella service was a game changer!), location, convenience, cleanliness… the management was also PHENOMENAL. Great communication! Easy check-in/out and recourses provided to help answer any questions.If I’m being completely honest, we did go buy a mattress topper upon arrival, as the king mattress is your thin metal spring type, but that was just for our personal comfort. Also, the walls seemed thin and others were easily heard above and beside us. Luckily it was only footsteps and sliding doors as no children or loud guests were present during our stay. We spent most days at the beach anyway and it was very quiet at night, so those things didn’t bother us. I would bet the upper level is a better option if that bothers you.All in all, we are grateful to have found this company/property and are already planning a family trip for next year!

Great for a weekend getaway!

I bought four kids down for the long holiday weekend and we loved the property. Perfect for a small family that spent every second of the trip on the beach. Loved being able to keep an eye on both the pool and the beach from the condo. Communication from the property management company was fantastic - quick responses and lots of helpful information. Loved the donuts upon arrival (they were SO good). Appreciated that we could add both early arrival and late checkout options. We felt very safe, other tenants were friendly.

Great time!

We had a great time! The location was great, not a long walk to the water, quiet since it was a small complex. We even had a welcome box of donuts waiting for us on arrival! Only complaint that needs to be fixed is the balcony door! It was so hard to open, off the tracks or something. Would definitely stay here again as long as door is fixed!

Nov vacation

No cable with a hurricane coming, no local news, sliding door was impossible to open, the other was screwed shut, no screens, parking spots were extremely narrow, construction upstairs was extremely loud and disruptive ., elevator was loud and old! We left 4 days early. The weather was not good and needed at home, but we were not happy. The condo was clean the stairways and elevator was dirty!

Overall nice but needs preventative maintenance

We loved the size and location of this condo. It had convenient access to the beach & loved the included beach setup. However, our air broke 3 times while we were there & wasn’t working upon arrival. The company only sent maintenance employees which was a temporary fix. After the 3rd time, we decided to leave our vacation 2 days early. Our ice maker also did not work which resulted in us waking up one morning to water all over the kitchen floor. The sliding glass door to go to the balcony was very hard to close & you were only able to access one door. The only elevator broke, but was fixed within a couple hours. Easy stay vacation services were very easy to get a hold of though & did however make things right since we had to leave early. But I would recommend some updating to equipment.

Wonderful Long Weekend Get Away!

The property was amazing from the view to the great amenities that they had for you upon checking in. The reached out to us a couple times to be sure there was nothing we needed. We rented the beach towels because we flew & took advantage of the early & late check ins. Great place! Hope to get to stay here again sometime.

Everything you want in a beach vacation

The view was stunning. You walk outside and you’re on the beach. Every morning there are chairs and umbrellas set out by beach attendants so they have a spot ready for you. The rental itself was stocked with every appliance you could need. The property owner was just a text away and kept open communication with us. They made sure we were enjoying our stay and they were super friendly. The donuts they left on the countertop upon our arrival were a huge perk for our little ones. 😉I honestly can’t say enough good things about our stay. This was our first vacation as a family to the ocean, and it was perfect.
