Charming 9 Unit Building, Shortest Walk to the Beach on Private Path

This building has been newly remodeled for 2026! A real Gem on the Emerald Coast! This spacious one bedroom is truly steps from the Gulf of Mexico. Ground floor condo located directly on the beach. No elevator or stairs. Direct, private access makes getting back and forth from the beach a breeze. No planning your bathroom or lunch breaks because you are so close. Tiki Beach is a small. cozy complex with lots of privacy. Our guests will have two dedicated parking spaces with private keyless entry/exit into the condo. This condo has a fully stocked and updated kitchen, new flooring, stackable washer/dryer, new king bed, and sleeper sofa. Cable and WiFi that allows for sign-in to streaming services. Walk out the back door and your toes are in the sand! Freshly painted and new flooring as of December 2022.

We absolutely loved this condo! Being on the first floor with direct beach access was a total game changer. No stairs, no hassle, just walk right out to the sand. The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The bed was super comfy, the kitchen was well stocked, and you can tell the owners really care about keeping it nice for guests. This was our 3rd stay and we will definitely be back again.

Great place, easy access! Bed and pillow aren’t great but that’s personal preference. Can hear every single thing the neighbors do, which leads to some fun times, but overall excellent experience. Communication was great and straight forward. Beach access is perfect and comes with everything you’ll need for a nice relaxing day. Would stay again!

Wonderful place, wonderful hosts

We had a wonderful stay in Fort Walton. The accommodations were clean and the king bed was very comfortable. Communication up to and during our stay was excellent. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and offered recommendations. Great place, great hosts!

Always a fantastic stay

We always love staying at this condo and it makes our vacation so much better. It is always clean and has everything we need for our stay. The owners communicate promptly prior to checkin and available if any issues arise. The condo is beautiful and centrally located to lots fun activities. We will only ever stay here as it’s absolutely the best!

Perfection

My family and I had the best vacation while staying at this property, it was just what we needed. The property was perfect, so clean and beautiful, conveniently located to literally everything, beach, grocery store and restaurants. You are literally on the beach, I was concerned about all the sand we were tracking in but the owner was quick to respond to my messages and gave me tips to help reduce it. We will definitely stay here again, in fact this will be our new family tradition, get out of school for the summer and head straight to this property.

Very Nice!

Loved the stay! It was exactly as described. Being able to walk out right on the sand was awesome. The wifi wasn't that great had a hard time watching tv. If you don't stay inside that much it won't be an issue for you. Would stay again if we are back in the Ft. Walton area. I will say in previous reviews they stated bring something to wash feet off. That is a must. I didn't and ended up regretting it. Just bring a small bucket fill it with water and keep at back glass door to rinse feet off. Other than that you will love the condo and the area!

As always the condo was clean and ready for us. We always enjoy staying here. Easy walk to the beach and great location. The Satterlees have been responsive and great to rent from. To add to our enjoyment - the weather was perfect! We will be back.

First Wave at Tiki Beach Unit 12 is located directly on the beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. So convenient to step our your back door and have your toes in the sand. A beautiful sand dune covered in sea oats enhances your view of the Gulf of Mexico Watch the sea oats sway in the Gulf breeze as you sip your drink from the high top chairs on the patio. No need lugging lunch with you to the beach. It is an easy walk from the condo to the beach to accommodate any beach breaks you'll need.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We can't stress enough how this particular building is located so close to the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this. Just steps away from your toes in the sand! This is also a small condominium, which makes for a more quaint, less congested vacation experience.
